        역V형 철골 가새골조의 비탄성거동 및 내진성능향상 방안에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 중심가새골조 가운데 가정 널리 사용되는 역V형 철골 가새골조의 내진거동을 탄소성 후좌굴해석에 의해 고찰하고, 압축가새의 좌굴이 최초로 발생한 층에 소성화가 집중되는 약층화 현상을 완화할 수 있는 효과적 내진보강 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 즉 좌굴이 발생한 층에 집중되는 비탄성변형을 건물전체로 재분재하는 기능을 갖는 인장재(tie bar)를 삽입하여 내진성능을 효과적으로 개선할 수 있음을 입증하였다. 아울러 압축가새의 좌굴발생 순서를 감안하여 보강 인장재를 경제적으로 설계할 수 있는 실용적 설계방안을 제시하였다. An effective seismic retrofit scheme for inverted V braced (or chevron type) steel frames was proposed by studying the redistribution of forces in the post-buckling range. The steel frames with chevron bracing are highly prone to soft story response once the compression brace buckles under earthquake loading. This paper shows that the seismic performance of such frames could be significantly improved by supplying tie bars to redistribute the inelastic deformation demand over the height of the building. A practical design method of the retrofit tie bars was also proposed by considering the sequence of buckling occurrence.

        네트워크 이동성 성능향상을 위한 모바일 라우터 및 MR-MNN프로토콜 설계

        네트워크 이동성은 모바일 라우터를 도입해 네트워크 내의 다수의 노드들에게 이동성을 지원하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 이동성의 이점에 대해 기술하고, 이를 토대로 네트워크 이동성의 성능 향상을 위한 요구 사항을 제시하고, 네트워크 이동성을 구성하는 주요 통신 구간, 즉, 대응 노드와 홈 에이전트간, 홈 에이전트와 모바일 라우터 간, 모바일 라우터와 모바일 노드간을 살펴보고 성능 향상을 꾀할 수 있는 구간을 분석하여, 해당 구간에 적합한 프로토콜을 제안한다. NEMO (Network Mobility) introduces the concept of mobile router in order to supply users with group mobility over wireless and mobile networks. This paper investigates the advantages and disadvantages of NEMO in terms of the overhead of group mobility management. This paper proposes the additional requirements to enhance NEMO performance. Moreover, we analyze the main communication paths, CN-HA, HA-MR, and MR-MNN, in the real NEMO testbed.

      • 유도 결합 플라즈마를 이용한 백금 박막의 건식 식각시 가스 첨가 효과

        The highest etch rate of Pt film was obtained at 10% $Cl_2$/90% Ar gas mixing ratio in our previous investigation. However, the problems such as the etch residues(fence) remained on the pattern sidewall, low selectivity to oxide as mask and low etch slope were presented. In this paper, the etching by additive $O_2$ gas to 10% $Cl_2$/90% Ar gas base was examined. As a result, the fence-free pattern and higher etch slope as about 60$^{\circ}$was observed and the selectivity to oxide increased to 2.4 without decreasing of the etch rate $1500{\AA}$/min. XPS surface analysis proved that a only little $O_2$ gas removes the Pt-CI compounds as residues on the etched surface.

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to know the therapeutic effect of herbal-acupuncture on shoulder pain from calcific tendinitis. Methods : The patient who have the calcific tendinitis was treated by herbal-acupunture on 6 acupoints around right shoulder. The shoulder pain and dysfunction was assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS). UCLA Shoulder rating Scale. and SPAI scale. Results : After treatment. all scales showed slightly improvement.. Conclusion : Herbal-acupuncture on shoulder joint was effective in short term study. We need more further study.

        The uterine cervix is an uncommon site of primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Although the cytologic findings of NHLs are well known, most cervicovaginal smear of uterine NHLs give lower diagnostic yield than common epithelial malignancy because abnormal cells do not appear in the sample in the absence of surface ulceration. Herein, we describe cytologic findings of a case of uterine cervical NHL which was initially diagnosed by cervicovaginal smear. The tumor cells were relatively uniform, isolated, large-sized with scanty cytoplasm and round or indented nuclei. The nuclei had stippled chromatin and small nucleoli. Histologically and immunohistochemically the tumor was proven to be large cell lymphoma of T-cell lineage.

        원자층 증착장치에 의한 TiO<sub>2</sub> 박막 코팅된 폴리머 절연체의 표면 및 전기적 특성의 향상

        Titanium oxide ($TiO_2$) thin films were synthesized on polymer insulator and Si substrates by atomic layer deposition (ALD) method. The surface and electrical properties of $TiO_2$ films synthesized at various ALD cycle numbers were investigated. The synthesized $TiO_2$ films exhibited higher contact angle and smooth surface. The contact angle of $TiO_2$ films was increased with the increase of ALD-cycle number. Also, the rms surface roughness of films was slightly rough with the increase of ALD-cycle number. The leakage current on $TiO_2$ film surface synthesized at various conditions were uniformed, and the values were decreased with the increase of ALD-cycle number. In the results, the performance of $TiO_2$ films for self-cleaning critically depended on a number of ALD-cycle.

        OGC 기반의 센서 네트워크 서비스 분석 연구

        USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)은 u-city, u-health 등과 같은 영역에서의 다양한 서비스를 통해 유비쿼터스 사회에서 u-life 실현을 가능하게 하는 핵심 인프라이다. 따라서 u-Life의 핵심 기술인 USN 기술에 대한 국내 표준화 확립을 위한 연구가 필요하다. 현재 USN에 대한 표준 현황은 센서 노드 구현을 위한 기술과 센서 노드들 사이의 효율 적인 통신을 위한 프로토콜 및 기존의 망과 연동을 위한 기술 표준 및 연구가 대부분이다. 그러나, 센서 네트워크와 USN 응용을 위한 이기종 센서 네트워크의 통합관리, 센싱 데이터 관리 및 USN 데이터베이스 구조 정의 등과 같은 응용 및 미들웨어 부분에서의 표준 및 연구는 아직 까지 미약한 수준이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 센서 네트워크 서비스의 표준 개발 및 센서 응용 및 미들웨어 부분에서의 표준화된 플랫폼 기술을 위해 OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium)의 SWE(Sensor Web Enablement)를 구성하는 관련 표준 분석과, 국내 TTA(Telecommunications Technology Association)관련 표준과 상호 연관성을 통하여 OGC 표준의 국내 도입 가능성에 대한 연구를 하였다. USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) is a core infrastructure that u-life use to enable the realization in the ubiquitous society through various services of area such as u-city, u-Health. Therefore, we need a research for domestic standards to establish USN technique. Currently, status of USN standards is most standard and research that it is a technology for sensor node implementation and a protocol for energy-efficient communication and interlock with existing network. But, Standard and research for sensor network and integration management of heterogeneous sensor networks for USN application and sensing data management and USN database structure definition such as application and middleware is weak level. In this paper, we researched for standard development of domestic a sensor network and the relevant standard analysis to configure SWE(Sensor Web Enablement) of OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) for standarded plattform technology. Also we researched that it's a connection between domestic ITA(Telecommunications Technology Association) standards and SWE Standard.

        망간황화물이 Porcelain의 표면층 밀도와 색상변화에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the reaction between clay and Mn. Mn was coated using a manganese sulfate on porcelain plate and sintered from 1,100 ℃ to 1,250 ℃. The body begin to shrink around 950 ℃ with the increase in temperature and rapidly progressed after 1,100 ℃. Shrinkage of celadon body was performed at a lower temperature than for other substrates. Quartz, kaolin, and feldspar were the main crystalline phases of the starting materials, but they became mullite and crystobalite during the firing process, and some formed amorphous glass. When manganese sulfate was applied and fired, manganese oxide was fused, and some manganese oxide reacted with the substrate to show a dense microstructure different from that of the substrate; the substrate had pores. The manganese coated porcelain fired at 1,200 ℃ had L<sup>*</sup> values of 55.25, 36.87, and 37.13 for the white ware, celadon body, and white mixed ware, respectively; with a<sup>*</sup> values of 4.63, 3.07, and 2.15, and b<sup>*</sup> values of 7.93 and 3.98, it was found to be 3.42. This result indicated that the color of the surface was affected during firing by the chemical reaction between the substrate and manganese.

        Uniformity and Sheet Resistance of Flat Polysilicon by Experimental Approach

        The requirement for uniform polysilicon resistance for devices that use polysilicon as resistors has increased. Among the several poly-deposition processes, the at-polysilicon process is known to be the most eective process to improve the uniformity of polysilicon resistance. In this paper, the atpolysilicon process was evaluated to improve the polysilicon-resistance uniformity for devices using polysilicon for resistors. The results from the at-polysilicon process showed improved thickness uniformity, compared with those for normal-temperature tilted polysilicon, and improved 1 sheetresistance uniformity. The temperature tilted normal polysilicon with single injector produced a 6.35 % sheet resistance uniformity (1), while the at polysilicon with 3 injectors resulted in a below-0.40 % sheet-resistance uniformity (1). By using the experimental data, correlation analysis between sheet resistance and thickness was performed.
