The effect of Eu contents on the ferroelectric properties of $Bi_{4-x}Eu_xTi_3 O_{12}$ (BET) thin films has been investigated. Bismuth Europium titanate thin films with a Eu contents were prepared on the $Pt/Ti/SiO_2/Si$ substrate by metal-organic decomposition technique. The structure and the morphology of the films were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning microscopy (FE-SEM), respectively. From the XRD analysis, it was found that BET thin films have polycrystalline structure, and the layered-perovskite phase is obtained when the Eu contents exceeds 0.2 (x > 0.2). Also, the ferroelectric characteristics of the BET thin films were found to be dependent on the Eu content. Particularly, the BET films doped with x = 0.75 show better ferroelectric properties (remanent polarization 2Pr = 60.99 C/$cm^2$ and only a little polarization fatigue up to $3.5{\times}10^9$ bipolar switching cycling) than those doped with other Eu contents.

We investigated the structural and electrical properties of BLT films grown on Si covered with $ZrO_{2}$ buffer layer. The BLT thin film and $ZrO_{2}$ buffer layer were fabricated using a metalorganic decomposition method. The electrical properties of the MFIS structure were investigated by varying thickness of the $ZrO_{2}$ layer. AES and TEM show no interdiffusion and reaction that suppressed using the $ZrO_{2}$ film as a buffer layer The width of the memory window in the C-V curves for the MFIS structure decreased with increasing thickness of the $ZrO_{2}$ layer. It is considered that the memory window width of MFIS is not affected by remanent polarization. Leakage current density decreased by about four orders of magnitude after using $ZrO_{2}$ buffer layer. The results show that the $ZrO_{2}$ buffer layers are prospective candidates for applications in MFIS-FET memory devices.

This study was to research and study whether the types of interaction design perform the effective functions and roles as the exhibition space that audiences want centered in the digital media exhibition space. It was to suggest effective space characteristics through analyzing how the interaction design was expressed at the exhibition space and its application. For the analysis, it completes theoretical inquiry on the classification of the space characteristics according to the concept type of interaction and design characteristics. Based on it, it directly visited the exhibition space that reflected the interaction design centered in Seoul City, experienced the given experience, and designed the analyzing frame by composing a checklist after the observation research. Through the designed analysis, it performed a site questionnaire to audiences. It induced the conclusion as follows after analyzing the case space that reflected the interaction design type. First, the program analysis of the space that has the variability is necessary through a variety of digital analysis as there is a limitation that the characteristic of digital media has. Second, in the concept type of the interaction design, it needs the interaction stage among people that can communicate with audiences and stimulate their senses through vidual factors. Third, in the characteristic of the interaction design, it should try to use effective contents to get over the limitation of the space through the interaction in the designated space in case of exhibition. In the following research, it needs to study on the variety of stage plans in detail by supplying contents to audiences and grafting to the exhibition space continuously through using the interaction design that uses digital media at there.

Railroad transportation system has experienced major changes due to KTX introduction. Kyungbu corridor especially Seoul to Cheonan has line capacity problem and its solution has been a primary concern to researchers and policy decision makers. This study explored pattern of train operation between Seoul and Cheonan after the introduction of KTX in 2004. Both the number of trains and available seat capacity per day have increased but maximum number of trains per specific hour has not been changed much. Demand for train shows that it concentrated in a specific time, so number of trains during the peak hour should be increased. But, it is difficult due to line capacity, so increasing seat capacity per train might be an option. An increase in an avaliable seat should be considered the characteristics of each train lines.
미술 활동에서 학습자의 부정적 심리 극복을 위한 회복탄력성 연계 연구

본 연구는 최근에 많은 관심을 받고 있는 긍정심리학의 회복탄력성 이론을 미술교육에 접목하여 학생들의 자발적인 미술 활동 참여도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 심리학적 관점으로 다가가 모색하고자 한다. 우선 미술교육 현장에서 학습자들이 미술활 동에서 생기는 부정적 심리를 부담감, 실패감, 불만족, 열등감으로 규명하고, 이를 극복하기 위해 회복탄력성 이론을 연계하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구 지역 초등학교 6학년 학생이다. 이들과 면담한 결과를 회복탄력성의 하위 요소와 접목하여 학습자들이 미술활동에서 생기는 부정적 심리를 극복할 수 있는 방안을 논의해 보았다. 회복탄력성의 요소인 원인분석력, 충동 억제 력, 감정조절력, 자아확장력을 각자 미술에 대한 부담감, 실패감, 불만족, 열등감 극복을 위한 방향으로 미술과 학습 전략을 만들어 미술수업에 적용하였다. 그 결과 회복탄력성을 적용한 미술과 학습전략은 미술 활동에서 생기는 부정적 심리를 극복하 도록 조력하여 학습자들이 미술과목에 대해 긍정적 인식을 가지게 해 주었다. Art Activities for elementary school students can refect psychological problems. Learners through the study of art activities that undermine the psychological part of the negative factors that were associated with. Burden on art activities, sense of failure, dissatisfaction, self-esteem due to the learners did not actively participate in art activities. The aim of this study was to search the strategy on theoretical linkages of resilience to overcome the negative psychology of learners in art activities. The theory of positive psychology, resilience under stress trials and the strength to overcome adversity is. The sub-elements of resilience are emotion control, impulse control, causes analytical, communication skills, empathy skills, and self extensibility. These factors affect that negative psychological factors of learners in art activities helps to switch to positive. Pressure by using two elements, sense of failure, dissatisfaction, self-esteem and relevance that connects learners to find interesting ways to participate in art looked. Analytical leverage to overcome the burden of the cause, urges restraint and leverage to overcome a sense of failure, feelings of control ability to overcome the dissatisfaction of the class, utilizing communication skills and self extensibility was to overcome an inferiority complex. Based on this strategy, the researchers divided into five classes was applied. As a result, learners emerging from art activities to overcome the negative psychology could confirm a positive transition. Therefore, it need to establish the art activities springing from resilience theory to overcome the negative psychological factors. Positive thoughts in art classes for a given increasing expectations to participate actively in class was the driving force.
