Purpose: These case reports show the orthodontic treatment of lower anterior incisors with gingival recession. Materials and Methods: Three cases were treated by an orthodontist and a periodontist. Each case had lingually tilted lower anterior incisors, anterior crossbite and skeletal Cl III pattern. Results: A variety of etiological factors were thought to cause gingival recession: aging, oral hygiene, tooth malpositioning, occlusal trauma. Conclusion: Due to the interaction among many possible contributing factors, it is difficult to predict whether further gingival recession may occur at a given site. The position and the movement of the lower anterior incisors with gingival recession are important factors in diagnosis and orthodontic treatment planning.

상악 전치부의 임플란트 식립과 관련하여 혈관개재골막결합조직판막술을 이용한 치조제증대술: 3가지 증례보고

Purpose: The aim of augmentation of the alveolar ridge is to restore absorbed alveolar ridges for future implant site or esthetic prosthodontic restoration. The present clinical report describes the anterior maxillary augmentation cases using a soft tissue rotated palatal flap, and considers various problems of before and after surgery. Method: First & second patients were treated by vascularized interpositional periosteal-connective tissue(VIP-CT) flap for horizontal soft tissue augmentation. Especially second patient was progressed with bone grafting at the same time. Third patient was treated by the same flap with bone graft and implant placement in single tooth missing premaxillary area. Result: The obtained horizontal augmentation width measured $0.5{\sim}2.7\;mm$. Conclusion: This technique constitutes a viable approach for augmentation the anterior sector of alveolar ridge with the placement of dental implants. But it needs correct diagnosis preparation and careful surgery skill.

턱관절자세음양교정술(FCST)의 음양균형장치를 활용한 구안와사 증례보고

본 증례에서는 구안와사환자에게 음양균형장치를 포함한 표준형 구강내 균형장치, 침구치료, 골반교정 등 복합치료를 통해 유효한 임상경과를 보인 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 안면신경은 주행이 길고 측두골내에서 좁은 골관을 지나기 때문에, 좌상(bruised) 등 여러 가지 이유에 의하여 골도속의 신경 부종과 혈액순환 장애로 지연성 마비를 일으킨다. 2. 음양균형장치와 표준형구강내 균형장치 등 턱관절의 균형조절을 통한 기능적뇌척주요법의 치료가 안면신경마비의 치료에 효과적인 방법인 것을 관찰하였다. 기존의 구안와사의 경우 대부분 뚜렷한 치료방법을 선택하기가 어려웠으나, 이 증례를 통해 볼 때 수술 등의 대증요법을 하지 않고 기능적뇌척주요법 치료의 접근을 시도해 볼 수 있는 가능성이 있다고 사료된다. Therapeutic effect of temporomandibular joint postural training by functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for the balance of the meridian and neurologic system was observed in a facial palsy case. An idiopathic facial palsy case of House-Brackmann grade V was managed with FCST, combined with acupuncture and postural training of the cervical and pelvic structures. Clinical outcome measurement was performed by House-Brackmann grade and Yanagihara's scale. The patient showed positive changes in the degree of palsy and subjective symptoms within one month. Further research on the effect of FCST is expected.

The residential space of humans has continuously developed to the most suitable form considering the natural and social environment. Based on this, it has become a unique residential architectural culture of an area. In the architectural field, the space of residential structures is being categorized topologically aspect and the quantitative indicators are being calculated to conduct an objective comparative analysis of the characteristics of space by regional groups and individual rooms. Hence, the purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the spatial composition of Hanok which a modern residential structure connecting traditional residential architecture with modern residential architecture. Hanok generally had a similar spatial composition to that of the traditional Hanok. However, a minor change was spotted due to it being a modern Hanok. The porch maru which does not exist in traditional Hanok was found in Jeonju Hanok Village’s Hanok. It was objectively determined through the environmental characteristics that this form of spatial composition is due to the influence of the Japanese colonial era as the Western lifestyle of inner space centered lifestyle was introduced in the same period that the Jeonju Hanok was mostly created. The sequence of topological spatial gene of Hanok in Jeonju Hanok Village appeared in the order of porchmaru – Madang - anbang - geonneonbang - meorit bang - kitchen.

둔스 스코투스에게 있어 감정의 미학

중세 신학자이자 철학자인 둔스 스코투스는 존재자로서의 존재자 사상의 해명, 일의적 완전성에 기초한 지성적 완전성의 추구, 학문적 이해를 정초짓는 직관적 인식의 규정 등과 같은 핵심적 문제의식들의 맥락 속에서 한편으로는 감각적 과정들에 의해 규정되며 육체적 변화들과 결부되어 있는 감각적 감정의 메커니즘을 드러내고자 하였으며, 다른 한편으로는 의지의 합리성에 기초해 있는 이성적 감정의 가능성 조건들을 규정하고자 하였다. 감정논의의 예로서 예수 그리스도의 십자가 상의 고통과 슬픔 감정에 대한 스코투스의 논의에서 드러나는 사실은 자연적 원인들에 힘없이 내맡겨져 있는 유한한 인간으로 하여금 감각과 대상의 실재적이고 의도적인 변화들에 종속되도록 하는 감각적 감정이 어떠한 인과적 메커니즘에도 종속되지 않는 의지적 감정을 통해 보다 높은 상태로 승화되며, 이를 통해 이성적 존재인 인간이라면 따라야하는 감정미학적 미의 상태가 달성된다는 것이다. 이와 더불어 자유로운 의지를 통한 감정규정에 의거하여 자유의 참된 의미 역시 모습을 드러내는 것이다. In diesem Kontext hat Scotus einerseits versucht, den Mechanismus der sinnlichen Emotionen zutage zu fördern, die von den sinnlichen Prozessen bestimmt werden und mit den körperlichen Veränderungen verbunden sind. Andererseits hat er auch versucht, die Ermöglichungsbedingungen der rationalen Emotionen zu bestimmen, die auf der Willensrationalität basiert sind. Wie aufgeklärt in den Diskussionen der vorliegenden Arbeit über den Schmerz und die Traurigkeit Jesu Christi, wird die sinnliche Emotion, die sich die den natürlichen Ursachen hilflos ausgesetzten endlichen Menschen den realen und intentionalen Veränderungen der Sinnen und der Objekte unterordnen läßt, durch die keinem kausalen Mechanismus unterliegende volutive Emotion zum höheren Zustand sublimiert, und wird auch eine Art von emotionsästhetischer Schönheit erreicht, der die Menschen als rationale Wesen folgen müssen. Damit zugleich zeigt sich der wahre Sinn von Freiheit aufgrund der Emotionsbestimmung durch den freien Willen.

셸링의 ‘발생론적 포텐츠론(die genetische Potenzlehre)’

본 연구는 셸링의 철학적인 기본이념의 발전을 연대기적이거나 순차적으로 고찰함으로써 ‘정신의 프로테우스’로서의 위상만을 부각시키거나, 그를 단지 헤겔로 이르는 도정에 있는 철학자로 규정해온 기존의 연구들과 거리를 두면서, 셸링의 철학을 헨리히의 ‘논증 분석적이고 재구성적인 방식’에 따라 하나의 유기적 전체로 고찰하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기존의 셸링연구가 초래하였던 가장 중요한 난점은 다음과 같은 셸링철학의 특수성, 즉 자연철학과 관련된 초기 철학저술들에서 논의의 근거가 후기철학에서 화두였던 정신과 절대자였으며, 정신 및 신화의 철학과 관련된 후기철학에서는 자연이 다시금 논의의 중심에 놓인다는 특수성을 설명하지 못한다는 데에 있다. 사실상 셸링의 철학적 발전과정은 ‘하나의 역동적인 체계에 대한 다양한 설명과정들’로 이해되어야 하며, 이러한 체계를 통해 작동되는 철학은 인간의 표상들의 체계를 “그 체계의 존재가 아니라 그것의 생성 속에서” 고찰하는 “우리의 정신의 자연론”으로서, ‘생성되는 것과 생동적인 것에로 향해 있는 발생론적 철학이 되는 것이다. 즉, 그러한 철학은 우리의 표상들의 필연적인 전체 계열을 우리의 눈앞에서 생성되게 만드는 동시에 진행되게 만들며, 경험과 사변사이에 더 이상 어떠한 분리도 없는, 자연과 정신을 통합시키는 체계인 것이다.

새로운 신화와 미의 이상

Der Mythos der technologischen Rationalitat und der effizienten Arbeit in der Moderne hat sich im postmodernen Zeitalter in den der funktionell sich regulierenden Modalitaten und der informellen Ketteneffekte umgewandelt. Seit The Structural Study of Myth(1955) konzentriert sich die Mythologie, die eine bestimmte Rolle nicht nur als ein soziales Symbolsystem sondern auch als die Objektivation der menschlichen gesellschaftlichen Erfahrungen gespielt hat, auf die Problematik der rationalen Organisation des Mythos. Levi Strauss, der aufgrund der Darstellungsweise der synchronen Beziehungsbundel die Wiederholungsstruktur der Mythen zutage zu fordern versucht hat, stellt in La pensee sauvage (1962) einen Begriff `bricolage` als einen Kernbegriff des mythischen Denkens auf. Er bezieht sich auf eine Arbeitsweise, mit der das unbrauchbare Alte aus seinen ursprunglichen Zusammenhangen herausgenommen und durch die einfallsreiche Kombination einer neuen Intention dienstbar gemacht wird. Die Idee der `bricolage` als die der neuen Mythologie tritt an die Stelle des leitenden Prinzips in der Ausbildung des postmodernen Diskurses. Wenn der Mythos der Rationalitat der Technik und der Arbeit als das rein Kompositionelle auftaucht und die Mythologie als `bricolage`, d.h. als die mythischen Denkweise an die sinnkonstituierende Wirkungsweise der Moderne herantastet, lasst sich sagen, dass sie im gleichen Horizont mit der `Neuen Mythologie` in der Fruhromantik und dem deutschen Idealismus stehen. Denn das wichtigste Problembewusstsein bei den Romantikern und den deutschen Idealisten bestand darin, die Diskordanz zwischen dem Staat und dem Individuum als den Verlust der Legitimitat zu sehen, und richtete sich auf die `Neue Mythologie` als die Kompensation desselben. In diesem Kontext werden in dieser Arbeit die verschiedenen Texte vom Ende 18 J.h. bis zum Anfang 19 J.h., in denen das Mythologie-konzept den Diskurs der Moderne konstituierend in Gang gekommen ist, analysiert und damit versucht, die Kernmerkmale fur die moderne Aneignung des mythischen Diskurses herauszuarbeiten.
