홈 네트워크 상에서 다양한 디지털 기기들 간에 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 공유/연동하는데 있어, IPTV환경에서 응용프로그램을 비디오, 오디오, 그리고 이미지 파일과 같이 공유/연동할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제안하고 사용자의 편의성을 증진시키고 시청 환경이 서로 다른 디지털 기기에 동시 적용 가능하며 다양한 시청 환경에 최적화된 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하도록 한다.

사용자 상황 정보 기반 음원 추천 방법

기존의 음원 추천 방법은 사용자 프로파일, 사용자 선호도, 사용자가 오디오 컨텐츠를 재생한 히스토리 목록, 전문가들의 추천 음악 등을 고려하여 각 사용자가 좋아할 만한 음악을 추천해 주는 방법을 사용해 왔다. 이 논문에서는 상황 정보를 이용한 음원 추천 방법을 바탕으로 사용자가 처한 상황을 고려하여 사용자에게 더 큰 만족을 줄 수 있는 음원 추천 방법을 제안한다.

서울의 Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae 발생빈도(1998)

In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

Background: Hemorrhage itself has been shown to produce abnormalities in immunity, particularly depression of the lymphocyte function. In order to better examine the amount of hemorrhage required to suppress the lymphocyte function, we determined the effect of graded fixed-volume hemorrhage on splenocyte proliferation and the lymphocyte subpopulation. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats(weight,350∼400 g) were anesthetized, subjected to hemorrhages of 7.5 ㎖/㎏, 15 ㎖/㎏, and 22.5 ㎖/㎏ by percutaneous cardiac puncture with ㎖/㎏ needles, After 1, 2, 4, and 7 days, animals were killed to obtain the blood and spleen. The splenocyte proliferative capacity was measured by using the tritiated thymidine incorporation technique, and the peripheral lymphocyte subpopulation was determined using flow cytometry with the following monoclonal antibodies: T cell(CD3+), T helper cell(CD4+),7 cytotoxic cell(CD8+), and B cell(CD45RA+). Results: Hemorrhage of 7.5 ㎖/㎏ did not induce depression of splenocyte proliferation. However, for hemorrhage greater than 15 ㎖/㎏, the splenocyte proliferative capacity was significantly depressed at 2 days after hemorrhage and recovered at 4 days. Hemorrhage induced no changes in the relative percentage of lymphocyte subpopulations and in the number of each cell in peripheral blood. Conclusion: This study suggests that cellular immunity is depressed at 48 hrs after a hemorrhage greater than 15 ㎖/㎏ without any change in the peripheral lymphocyte subpopulation.

아미노산과 5炭糖을 121℃에서 15분간 열처리하여 Maillard반응의 發色强度를 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 아미노산은 發色强度가 높은것, 중간것, 낮은것으로 대별되었다. 2. 糖은 L(+)arabinose, D(-)-ribose, D(+)-xylose 순으로 發色强度가 높게 나타났다. 3. pH차이에 따른 영향은 反應液의 pH가 높아질수록 反應性은 增加되었다. 4. D(+)-xylose, D(-)-ribose 및 L(+)-arabinose의 농도가 높아질 수록 반응성은 높게 나타났다. Common amino acids and pentoses have been ranked acording to the intensity of Maillard browning formed when heated in an autoclave at 121℃ for 15 min. The results obtained as follows; 1. The amino compounds have been groupeed into high, intermediate and low browning producing groups. 2. The color intensity of pentoses tested was xylose>ribose>arabinose. 3. As the pH values of reaction solutions increased, the color intensity of melanoidins. 4. As the concentrations of xylose, ribose and arabinose increased, the color intensities of melanoidins.

격렬한 운동후의 Stretching과 Sports Massage가 피로회복에 미치는 영향

The effects of Stretching, Sports Massage of work Capacity and blood lactate after strenuous exercise were compared with the resting recovery of work capacity and blood lactate(La) after strenuous exercise were compared with the resting recovery conditions. In each experiment for the four recovery strategies, twelve male physical education students participated as subjects. The subjects performed 5-s maximal effort cycle ergometer exercise bouts, repeated 8 times with 20-s rests(W 1). A 33-min rest period was given after W 1 and then the same exercise as W 1 was performed again(W 2). During the rest period(from 9 to 19 min after W 1), one of the recovery strategies was practiced for 10 min. The subjects also participated in a control experiment9rest recovery) on another day. Blood samples were taken from the earlobe to determine La. The rate of work capacity recovery was Significantly higher than the control when stretching was performed, but no Significant difference was observed in the recovery rate of La. The same tendency was also observed in the case of Sports Massage. In the case of light exercise, on the other hand, the recovery rate of La was significantly higher than the control, whereas the recovery rate of work capacity was not significantly different. Many of the subjects complained that the intensity of light exercise was too hard. No significant differences were found in the recovery rates of both work capacity and La by application of a hot pack. These results suggest that stretching and Sports Massage are effective for accelerating recovery of work capacity. Light exercise was not effective in the study. However, considering previous investigations which showed light exercise to be effective, it might be effective if an adequate work intensity is given. A hot pack is suggested not to be effective. No significant correlation was observed between the recovery rate of La and that of work capacity. Thus it seems that the recovery of work capacity is regulated by factors other than La.

환경변화에 따른 대한스노우보드 협회의 조직전략 분석

The Purpose of this project is on the following below. Through analyzing the structure of KSBA, We Would like to prescribe the factor of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat and investigate the environment and strategy of our association on those bases. Also, through onproving snowboarding skills of Korean Boarders and providing information for the popularization of snowboard, we would expect to win medals on snowboarding event at the Asian Game Aomory 2003. To achieve this goal, investigating KSBA with using Thibault et al.(1993) We found out the adequate constructional strategies and got the results. First, we have to have competitive power internationally through the intercommunications between the domestic and several international associations that are related to the snowboarding, and grope for the way to participate various competitions We also should attempt to amateur sports. Second, We should not make limitations on membership just to the professionals and make the standard of KSBA for the non-professional snowboarders to expand the public recreational sports. There Should be a structural tool to test the qualification as a snowboard instructor and We also need an internship program for the sport judge for the better capacity. Through those efforts, We can make a great improvement on the quality of the competition. Third, KSBA should have a good relationship with the member players of PSA Korea to produce a lot more volunteers, and can reduce the burden of finance. Finally we would choose adequate media which is suitable for characteristics of each events in snowboard competition and ensure it as a media sport. Then we have to secure the legal and economic status of our members throughout activation of pro-sports, and we have to show the way to the athletics with increase of sponsorship.
