      • 외부온도에 따른 폴리머 콘크리트의 강도특성 변화

        불포화 에스터 수지의 큰 이용분야의 하나로 건축재료가 있으나 여기서 가장 문제로 되어 있는 것이 바로 열적 특성의 개선이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외부온도가 폴리머 콘크리트의 강도특성에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 외부온도 20∼120℃ 범위로 하여 폴리머 콘크리트의 물리·역학적 특성을 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 불포화 폴리에스터 수지를 결합재로 하고 탄산칼슘을 충진재로, 규사를 잔골재로 치환하고, 굵은골재를 쇄석으로하는 폴리머 콘크리트를 제조하여 외부온도에 따른 강도특성을 검토한 바, 폴리머 콘크리트의 사용 적정온도는 50℃이내가 적당할 것으로 판단되며, 50℃이상에서 사용할 경우는 난연성이 우수한 탄소섬유를 사용해야 할 것이다. In this study, the polymer concrete was made to investigate its strength properties, in which unsaturated polyester resin was used as s binder, calcium carbonate as the filler and silica sand as th fine aggregate, and crushed stone as the coarse aggregate. The effects according to the external temperature on strength properties of polymer concrete were examined. Test result showed that the compressive, flexural and tensile strengths of the polymer concretes decreased with increasing external temperature. The elasticity of modulus of the polymer concretes decreased with increasing external temperature.

      • 폴리프로필렌을 이용한 경량바닥재 개발

        본 연구에서는 강도 및 내구성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌을 이용한 경량바닥재를 개발할 목적으로 중질탄산칼슘 및 폴리머를 결합재로 하고 목분을 골재로 한 폴리머 모르타르를 제조하여 폴리머 모르타르의 흡수율, 휨 및 압축강도에 미치는 목분 혼입량의 영향에 대하여 검토하였다. 그 결과로, 폴리머 모르타르의 흡수율은 목분혼입량의 증가에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 폴리머 모르타르의 휨 및 압축강도는 목분 혼입량의 증가에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. In this study the lightweight polymer composites were made in which the polypropylene as binder, the heavy calcium carbonate as filler, the splinter as aggregate. The effects of splinter content on the water absorption, flexural and compressive strengths of lightweight polymer mortars with polypropylene and splinter are examined. As a result, the water absorption of the lightweight polymer mortars with polypropylene tend to increase with increasing splinter content. The flexural and compressive strengths of the lightweight polymer mortars with polypropylene tend to decrease with increasing splinter content.

      • 상부요로계감염 환자에서 Gallium-67 Citrate 스캔 및 Tc-99m Dimercaptosuccinic Acid(DMSA)스캔의 임상적 의의

        It is often not certain whether the focal defect of renal cortex of Tc-99m Dimercaptosuccinic acid(DMSA) renal scan in patients with acute pyelonephritis means the cortical scar by previous inflammation or recent active inflammatory lesion. Gallium-67 citrate(Ga-67) also has been known to be accumulated at the active inflammatory lesion. In order to evaluate the usefulness of the Ga67 and Tc-99m DMSA renal scan in patients with acute pyelonephritis, we reviewed the results of both study and clinical findings. Nintecn patients with typical clinical findings of acute pyelonephritis and admitted to our institute from Jan. 1998 to Nov. 1998 were included in this study. Tc-99m DMSA and Ga-67 scan were performed mean 3.3 and 7.3 days after admission. Eleven of 19 patients (57.9%) showed abnormally increased focal renal uptake on the Gallium-67 citrate scan and 14 of 19 patients(73.7%) had a cortical defect on the kidneys in Tc-99m DMSA scan. Seven(36.8%) patients had an abnormality in both study. Seven(36.8%) patients had an abnormality only in Tc-99m DMSA scan and 4 (21.1%) patients had an abnormality only in Ga-67 scan. Of 7 patients who had an abnormality on both scan, 5 patients had. an abnormality at same region in both scan and 2 patients had an abnormality at the different sites on the kidneys. With the above results, we speculate that Ga-67 scan and Tc-99m DMSA scan play a complementary role in the patients with upper urinary tract infection.

      • 색채 이미지에 관한 연구 : 색동에 나타난 색채를 중심으로

        The purposes of this study were 1)to arrange the systematic method for the collection of color data, 2)to analyze the color image through Saekdong, 3)to collect the color combination which were used for in Saekdong. Through the documentary studies, the contents of clothing and image, the harmony of colors and the systematic method of color planning were revealed. The result of this study were as follow; 1) Image was the real sight which recalled the meaning. The color was separated into warm, cool, neural and each color had different image. The meaning of color combination was more than the sum of each colors. 2) Saekdong was the most frequently used subject which communicated Korean image. The number of colors which used in Saekdong was few, but it revealed the gorgeous and splendor color harmony. 3) Red was the most used color. Blue, yellow, green and white were little used. 4) The strongest color tones were Vivid and Strong. 5) The strongest color combination image categories were casual, dynamics, gorgeous.

      • 높은 휨강도를 갖는 시멘트 모르타르 및 콘크리트의 개발

        본 연구에서는 강도 및 내구성이 우수한 프리캐스트 판넬을 개발할 목적으로 폴리머 및 단섬유 혼입한 시벤트 모르타르를 제조하여 시벤트 모르타르의 물리ㆍ역학적 성질에 미치는 폴리머 및 단섬유 혼입의 영향에 대하여 검토하였다. 그 결과로, 고강도 모르타르에서는 보동강도 모르타르에 비해 섬유의 부착강도가 크게 되기 때문에 아라미드의 고장도 섬유를 혼입함에 따라 휨강도는 매우 증가하였다. 또한 폴리머 및 단섬유 혼입에 의해서 고강도 모르타르의 취성이 개선되어 휨 변형에 대한 신장능력이 뚜렷하게 증가하였다. A high flexural strength results in a reduction of wall thicknesses of precast concrete products such as curtain walls and permanent formworks which assists craneage requirements or allows for larger panels. In the previous paper, flexural strength of 24MPa can be attained in water-cured cement mortars by reducing W/C, and using an optimum grading high strength sand. In this study, the effects of polymer-modification and discontinuous short fiber reinforcement on the properties of high strength mortars in the fresh and hardened states were assessed experimentally. The studied variables include polymer-cement ratio(0 to 10%), polymer types(SBR, PAE and epoxy), fiber types(vinylon and aramid), fiber volume fractions(0 to 3%), strength of matrix mortar(compressive strength of 42MPa and 112MPa), and curing conditions(water, wet and dry). The test data generated in this study indicated that improvements in flexural strength and toughness characteristics of air-cured high strength mortars can be achieved by PAE and epoxy polymers with dosage of 10% of the cement amount. It is found that use of high strength fibers such as aramid, not only reduces the brittle nature of high strength cementitious matrices, but also increases the maximum matrix strength.

      • 섬유보강 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르 및 콘크리트의 특성

      • 간이 폐기능측정기 (mini-Wright)와 비강세척액 (Nasal Lavage)을 이용한 대기오염물질과 호흡기 건강영향 분석

        A large number of studies have indicated associations between the impairment of respiratory health and exposure to ambient air pollutants such as ozone (O₃), nitrogen dioxide (N0₂), sulfur dioxide (S0₂), particulate matters (PM_(10)). To evaluate this associations, we used the pulmonary function tests (peak expiratory flow rate: PEFR) by mini-wright peak flow meter and counting neutrophils in the nasal lavage (NL) as biomarker. From 15 June to 16 July 1998, for the workers in the highway tollgates, PEFR and NL were measured three times daily and twice per week, and association between the level of air pollutants and PEFR and NL were analyzed using the multiple regression model and the poisson regression model respectively. The results indicated that the effects of all measured air pollutants (SO₂, NO₂, O₃, PM_(10)) were not significantly associated with the value of PEFR. On the other side, S0₂, NO₂, PM_(10) were significantly associated with the number of neutrophils in NL. The increase in SO₂, N0₂ of 10ppb and in PM_(10) of 10μg/m³ was associated with 24%, 21%, 35% increases in neutrophil counts. But the ozone exposure was not associated with NL.

      • 경량 인조대리석의 강도 개선 및 몰드의 균열저감에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 경량 인조석 제조공장의 애로사항 중 하나인 낮은 인조대리석의 강도와 몰드의 수축을 개선시켜 제조기술의 경쟁력을 높일 목적으로 수행된 것이다. 본 연구에서는 백색 시멘트 및 고강도 시멘트를 결합재로 하고 강모래를 잔골재로, 굵은 모래를 인공경량골재로 하는 경량 인조대리석을 제조하여 감수제 첨가량, 양생기간 및 경량골재 치환율에 따른 강도특성을 검토하였으며, 가소제 첨가량 및 EVA 첨가량에 따른 몰드의 건조수축을 검토하였다. 그 결과 경량 인조대리석의 휨 및 압축강도는 감수제 첨가량의 증가 및 양생기간의 경과에 따라 증가하였다. 또한 경량골재 치환율의 증가에 따라 강도는 감소하였다. 또한 몰드의 건조수축은 가소제 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였고, EVA 첨가량이 증가함에 따라서는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. In this study, an artificial lightweight marble was made to investigate the reduction of crack and improvement of strength, in which white cement and high-strength cement were used as a binder, river sand as the fine aggregate, and artificial lightweight aggregate as the coarse aggregate. The effect of shrinkage reducing agent content and of plasticizer content on drying shrinkage and the strength properties of artificial lightweight marble were examined. Test results show that the compressive and flexural strengths of the artificial lightweight marble increased with increasing shrinkage reducing agent content. The compressive strength of artificial lightweight marble decreased with increasing artificial lightweight aggregate content. The drying shrinkage of the mold increased with increasing plasticizer content, and decreases with increasing EVA content.
