The canine gastin gene was isolated from a genomic library. Screening of about 500,000 recombinant phages was carried out by in situ plaque hybridization employing a canine gastrin cDNA clone as a probe. As a result two different genomic clones were obtained. These contain 13-kb and 15-kb genomic DNA fragments that share at least 11-kb DNA. Comparison of the determined genomic sequences with the cDNA sequence revealed the structure of three exons and two introns, which comprise 2.3 kb in total. It resembles the human gastrin gene structure. However, the canine intron I is only 1.7 kb long, about half the size of the human intron I.
Tofieldia ulleungensis (Tofieldiaceae): A new species, endemic to Ulleungdo Island, Korea

Tofieldia ulleungensis, a new species of the genus Tofieldia from the Nari Basin on Ulleungdo Island, Korea, is described and illustrated. The new species is similar to T. yoshiiana var. koreana in terms of the plant height and in that it has having a long raceme, whitish tepals, and whitish stigma, but can be readily distinguished from the latter by the presence of 1–2 linear cauline leaves, a slightly bent leaf apex, basal leaves which are twice as wide, a shorter pedicel, a revolute style, and crescent-shaped seeds.
예비 중등교사 진로 관련 국내 연구 동향 및 향후 과제

Objectives This study aims to suggest future research directions by analyzing career-related research trends for pre-service middle school teachers and to provide implications for practical field applications. Methods To this end, from 2003 to 2021, 9 domestic dissertations and 42 academic journals with the theme of ‘career’ were selected for ‘College of Education, Preparatory Teachers, Completion of Teaching, and Teachers’ as the subject of analysis. By applying the analysis method, the frequency, medium frequency, and percentage were calculated and analyzed based on the publication status, research subject, research method, and research topic. Results As a result of the analysis on the status of research publications, 8 articles (15.7%) in 2018, 6 articles (11.8%) in 2017, 2012, 2016, and 5 articles (9.8%) in 2020 were found in that order. From 2015, when the 4th cycle of teacher training evaluation was conducted, it was confirmed that the research was steadily increasing. As a result of the analysis of the research subjects, it was found that there were 9 natural science education courses (42.9%), 8 arts and physical education courses (38.1%), 3 education departments (14.3%), and 1 language education course (4.8%). As a result of the study method analysis, quantitative research had the most with 32 studies (62.7%), followed by qualitative research with 15 studies (29.4%) and mixed studies with 3 studies (5.9%). As for the detailed analysis methods of quantitative research, 21 cases (35%) of difference analysis between groups and 15 cases (25.0%) of relationship analysis were the most common, and as detailed analysis methods of qualitative research, in-depth interview 8 cases (13.3%) and grounded theory 4 were used. Part 1 (6.7%) followed by narrative 2 part (3.3%). As a result of the analysis of research methods according to the research topic, the research topic with a large proportion of quantitative research was a problem area related to the career development stage, 35 (31.7%), and a research topic with a high proportion of qualitative research was a problem area related to the career development process, and 9 cases (8.7%) %) was analyzed. As a result of the analysis of the research topic, problems related to the stage of career development (33.0%), other career problems related to work (26.5%), career problems related to the career development process (16.7%), career problems related to education (15.2%), pleasure related to work It was confirmed that the study was conducted in the order of various emotions that did not (8.5%). Conclusions Based on these analysis results, directions for future research and implications for practical field applications were suggested. 목적 본 연구는 예비 중등교사 대상 진로 관련 연구동향을 분석하여 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고 실무 현장 적용의 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위해서 2003부터 2021년까지 ‘사범대학, 예비교사, 교직이수, 사범계’를 대상으로 ‘진로’를 주제어로 한 국내 학위 논문9편과 학술지 42편을 분석대상으로 선정하였으며 분석대상 연구물은 내용분석 방법을 적용하여 발행현황, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제를 기준으로 빈도 또는 중다빈도, 백분율을 구하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구발행 현황 분석 결과 2018년 8편(15.7%), 2017년 6편(11.8%) 2012년 2016년, 2020년 5편(9.8%) 순으로 나타났다. 교원양성평가 4주기가 진행되었던 2015년을 기점으로 연구가 꾸준히 증가되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구대상 분석 결과자연계 교육 9편(42.9%), 예체능교육 8편(38.1%), 교육학과 3편(14.3%), 어문교육 1편(4.8%)로 나타났다. 연구방법 분석 결과양적연구가 32편(62.7%)으로 가장 많았고 질적연구 15편(29.4%), 혼합연구 3편(5.9%) 순으로 나타났다. 양적연구의 세부 분석방법은 집단 간 차이분석 21편(35%), 관계분석 15편(25.0%)이 가장 많았으며, 질적연구의 세부 분석 방법으로 심층면담 8편(13.3%), 근거이론 4편(6.7%), 내러티브 2편(3.3%) 순으로 나타났다. 연구주제에 따른 연구방법 분석 결과 양적연구 비중이 큰연구주제는 진로발달단계 관련 문제 영역으로 35편(31.7%), 질적연구 비중이 높은 연구주제는 진로로발달과정 관련 문제 영역으로 9편(8.7%)으로 분석되었다. 연구주제 분석 결과 진로발달단계와 관련된 문제(33.0%), 기타 일과 관련된 진로문제(26.5%), 진로발달과정과 관련된 진로문제(16.7%), 교육과 관련된 진로문제(15.2%), 일과 관련된 유쾌하지 않은 다양한 감정(8.5%) 순으로연구되었던 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 향후 연구에 대한 방향과 실무 현장 적용에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.
