열충격에 의한 세라믹코팅재의 파괴거동

An experimental study was conducted to develop an understanding of fracture behavior of ceramic thermal barrier coating when subjected to a thetmal shock loading. The thermal loading was applied using a 1.5kW CO₂laser. In the experiments, beam-shaped specimens were subjected to a high heat flux for 4sec and cooling of 7sec in air. The interface crack length was increased as the crack density, the surface pre-crack legth and the coating thickness were increased. The center surface crack length was increased as the maximum surface temperature got higher and the surface pre-crack length got shorter.

It is important to interpret the soil chemical properties in order to effectively manage the farmland. This study was conducted to investigate the soil chemical properties of upland soybean field according to the soil series at 32 upland fields located in the parts of Gangwon-do. Soil sampling sites were selected by using the National Statistics DB and KSIS DB that is a soil environment information system provided by the Rural Development Administration. Soil samples were collected from 0~15 cm of top soil before seeding or transplanting, air-dried, passed through a 2 mm sieve, and analyzed for soil pH, EC, organic matter, available phosphorus (P2O5), exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium. The average chemical properties have exceeded the each nutrient optimum range level of RDA, except the organic matter in experimental soil 2015. And despite application of conventional fertilization, each soil series nutrient contents were change respectively. The results of this study suggest that conventional fertilization should be applied based on the analysis about the amount of accumulated nutrient contents in the soil.

We experienced a 25 year-old male patient with typhoid fever complicated with massive hemoptysis. Pulmonary complication in typhoid fever is very rare and to our knowledge, there has been no report of hemoptysis as a main cause of death with this disease. We herein report a rare case of typhoid fever.

Song is a significant message with organic combination of relics and melody. As such, songs could be an important way to deliver messages in the relics and melodies. Among the several kinds of songs 'popular song' is the most common and has the strongest effect on the public. On this purpose, total 700 songs published from 1995 to 2001 popular songs have been researched after extracting 100 songs chronologically in regards of broadcasting times, popularity rankings and records of yearly awards during its production year. These selected popular songs have been collected and studied before sampling the expression of the costume included in the relics. Clothes, hair styling, make-up, shoes & purses, accessaries and body figure, etc. are covered In this study. As the recent symbolism embedded in the relics of popular songs is closely related with our generation background, public preference & dislike and the change of modem costume, it shows the symbolism of costumes evidently again.

자두 추출물을 이용한 미용비누 제조 및 여드름 환자에 대한 효과

In this study, authors investigated the bathroom soap development using plum(Prunus salicina Lindl. cv. Soldam) extracts and studied the effects and safety of a plum soap on acne patients. For obtaining antibacterial material from dried plum, the serial extraction using organic solvent was carried out and gained of 0.2% hexane, 0.2% chloroform, 0.23% ethyl acetate, 9.8% butanol and 2.1% water extracts. The main bioactive contents of the soap were consisted of 0.006% plum extract, 0.1% glycyrrhiza extract, and 0.15% tocopheryl acetate. A clinical study of soap containg 0.006% plum extracts was carried out on three groups of people: a treatment and 2 control groups on acne patients. Efficacy and safety were assessed at baseline and at one month later. The group applving the soạp with plum extract felt better than the one applying the 2 control group. Some patients developed mild and transient local side effects. The plum soap didn't change at 40℃ and was 130 hardness. In conclusion, cleansing three times a day with a facial soap consisting 0.006% ethyl acetate extract of plum was found to be effective and safe for patients suffering from acne vulgaris

장기간의 크레아틴 구강 투여와 웨이트 트레이닝이 체구성비의 변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of long-term oral creatine(Cr) supplementation of weight training on body composition. In order to conduct this study, 10 physical education students in optimal physical condition were chosen. The test subjects were divided into 2 groups : Cr supplement group, non-Cr supplement group. In the first stage, the Cr supplement group receved 20g of Creatine monohydrate for the first 4 days, and 5g per day for 54 days, thereafter. All exercise studies were conduced to variable resistance training for 1 hour, three times per week. The training involved seven different exercise, including leg press, bench press, leg curl, leg extension, squat, shoulder press, and sit-ups. Each exercise consisted of 5 set of 12 repetitions at 70% of one repetition maximum(IRM). The IRM values were determined before training and after 8 weeks of training. 1) In terms of body weight, there was no significant difference between the Cr supplementation condition and non-Cr supplementation condition (p>0.05). However, among the Cr supplementation condition, there was a noticeable increase in body weight than in non-Cr supplementation condition. 2) In body fat percentage, there was no significant difference between the Cr supplementation condition and non-Cr supplementation condition (p>0.05), but in the Cr supplementation condition, there was a markedly lower level of body fat percentage than in the non-Cr supplementation condition. 3) In body fat mass, there was no significant difference between the Cr supplementation condition and non-Cr supplementation condition(p>0.05). However, in the Cr supplementation condition, there was lower level of body fat mass than in the non-Cr supplementation condition. 4) In terms of lean body mass(LBM), there was no significant difference between the Cr supplementation condition and non-Cr supplementation condition(p>0.05), but in the Cr supplementation condition, there was higher level of LBM than in the non-Cr supplementation condition. 5) In the creatinine level, there was no significant difference between the Cr supplementation condition and non-Cr supplementation condition(p>0.05). However, in the Cr supplementation condition, there was higher level of creatinine and non-Cr supplementation condition. 6) In the 1RM, there was no significant difference between the Cr supplementation condition and non-Cr supplementation condition(p>0.05), but in the Cr supplementation condition, there was higher level of 1RM than in the non-Cr supplementation condition. All these findings are in agreement with previous studies. Based on the results of this, we have found that Cr supplementation and 8weeks weight training decreased body fat, while increasing LBM and muscle mass.

연골막판으로 싼 정제된 산호의 조직학적 연구

Autogenous costal cartilage graft has been commonly used for reconstruction of auricular deformity. However, the risk of complication and discomfort at the donor site, as well as distortion of the graft due to morphological change in the cartilage have been serious drawbacks to this procedure. Previous studies examining the chondrogenic potential of perichondrium have suggested that perichondrium may be used as graft for cartilage reconstruction. When a perichondrial flap or a free perichondrium was used as graft, new cartilage formed appositional to the grafted perichondrium. However, the neocartilage was often irregular in shape and varied considerably in quantity. In this study, the feasibility of controlling the shape and the mass of neocartilage was investigated using coral, a porous biomaterial, as a template. A coral a template was wrapped with perichondrial flap from the ears of New Zealand white rabbits and placed into a subcutaneous pocket in the rabbits and placed into a subcutaneous pocket in the rabbit's back by incision. A total of 12 animals were used. Formation of new cartilage was later evaluated by gross and histological examination of the perichondrial flap and the coral template. New cartilage was formed in 11 animals. Immature chondrocytes were visible by 3 weeks after the surgery, and by 8 weeks the immature chondrocytes had formed a cartilage. New cartilage was formed only on the surface of the coral template. These results indicated that the shape and the mass of new cartilage may be controlled by using coral template. Therefore, the desired shape of cartilage may be achieved using a coral template of corresponding shape, and this may help in correcting subtle auricular contour defect and in correcting other structural defects that also require new cartilage formation.

‘숙명역사관’뮤지엄 아이덴티티 개선을 위한 마케팅, 디자인 전략 수립 -특별 기획전, 홍보, 기프트 샵을 중심으로-

본 연구는 디자인과 마케팅이 이분법적으로 나누어질 수 없음을 인식하고, 디자인과 마케팅을 융합하여 스페이스 디자인 마케팅을 통한 뮤지엄아이덴티티를 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2017년 3월~6월 총 15주간 숙명여자대학교 환경디자인과 ‘브랜드·스페이스·마케팅’수업에 서 진행된 결과물로서 작업물을 정리하였다. 본 연구의 범위는 4개(物, 事, 人, 場)의 주제 중, 장소(場)를 중심으로 ‘숙명역사관’의 그래픽, 제품, 공간을 개발하는 브랜드 매뉴얼과 연관하여 한정한다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘숙명역사관’이 가지고 있는 역사적 컨텐츠와 가치를 통해 현재 상황과 문제점을 분석하였다. 그 결과 ‘숙명역사관’의 다양한 마케팅 전략을 제시하고 이에 따른 디자인 전략과 해결 방안을 통해 디자인과 마케팅의 융합을 꾀하였다. 아울러 SWOT 분석을 통해 로고, 명함부터 새로 기획하는 숙명역사관 기프트샵, 인테리어디자인, 디스플레이, 공간연출과 그 안의 제품디자인에 이르기까지 일관성과 통일성을 추구했다. 끝으로 본 연구는 뮤지엄아이덴티티 구축을 위한 창의적 디자인 프로세스를 고찰하며, 이를 바탕으로 개발 매뉴얼을 총체적으로 정리함에 있어서 뮤지엄 브랜딩의 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Coccidioidomycosis is a fungal infection that results from inhaling the airborne arthroconidia of the Coccidioides species. It is an endemic disease in the southwest part of North America and rarely diagnosed in Korea. As tourism to endemic areas and the number of immunocompromised patients have been increasing, the incidence of this infection has increased in non-endemic areas. Treatment is usually successful with antifungal agents; however, recurrence is common. It is difficult to decide when to discontinue the antifungal treatment especially in non-endemic areas where doctors are not familiar with the disease. We report a case of recurrent coccidioidomycosis manifesting as osteomyelitis after the treatment of the patient for disseminated coccidioidal infection. The complement fixation test was a useful tool for the assessment of patient response and to evaluate suspected recurrence.
