Primary retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is a very rare malignancy, and little is known concerning its Pathogenesis, optimal treatment, and prognosis. A 29-year-o1d pregnant woman (21 weeks) Presented with abdominal discomfort CA 19-9, CA 125, and CEA were normal Abdominal CT scanning revealed a 19x15x13 cm retropentoneal tumor Exploratory laparotomy and tumor excision were performed. Mucinous retropentoneal implants were removed as completely as possible Histologically, the tumor showed focal areas of capsular invasion, but free resection margins The uterus and both ovaries were normal in appearance No adjuvant therapy was pursued. Six months later, Peritoneal and bilateral ovarian metastases were discovered. Hence, we report the details of this case of primary retroperitoneal mucinous Cystadeno-carcinoma and present a review of the literature.

Cationic dispersed rosin sizes are the newest of the dispersed rosin sizes. Cationic dispersed rosin sizes are self-retaining of anionic fiber pulp. This means that alum is not required for size retention, therefore it is uniform over a wider range than with traditional dispersed rosin sizes. In this study, sizing effect and retention mechanism under neutral condition were studied on the basis of handsheets prepared under various conditions.

Acinar cell carcinoma is a rare tumor that represents 1~2% of al1 pancreatic cancers. Clinical and radiologic findings are inconclusive in this disease Acinar cell carcinoma is characterized by rapid progression and early metastasis, which lead to its poor prognosis. A 41-year-o1d man was admitted to our hospital for abdominal pain. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) showed a splenic mass, which was being invaded by a pancreatic tail mass and which had increased ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake Primary radical distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy were performed. Pathologic findings revealed an acinar cell carcinoma of the Pancreas The patient underwent a total gastrectomy three months later because of gastric recurrence Four months later, multiple hepatic metastases were discovered, and the patient underwent a left hepatectomy During treatment with capecitabine, there was no evidence of tumor progression for 14 months. We report a case of metastatic pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma, which did not progress for an extended period while the patient was being treated with capecitabme.

Recently, many paper industries are trying to recycle the under of processing for reserving the environment and saving the water. Because of the decrease of the lord of waste water, the process water concentrate the in the substance which is create the scale in the process and then, these factor cause the decrease of qualify of products and need the cost for cleaning the machine. In this study, through the analysis of process water for each part, we examine the degree of stability index and saturation index. We expect the scale in the system. We also examine the change of process water to stabilize the quality of products and work.

Purpose: This study aims to test if the age of pregnant women affects the perception, experience, and attitude towards complementary alternative therapy (CAT), by investigating the perception, experience, and attitude of pregnant women under the age of 35, and above 35 (Advanced Maternal Age). The study will 1) find the general characteristics of pregnant women under and over the age of 35 2) compare the perception, behavior, and experience of pregnant women under and over the age of 35, and 3) find the comparison of the perception, behavior, and experience according to the general characteristics of pregnant women under and over the age of 35. Method: The subjects of this study are composed of 44 women under the age of 35 and 44 women above the age of 35, totaling 88 pregnant women visiting midwiferies, obstetrics and gynecology, and baby fairs in Seoul and Gyeong-Gi area. Data for this study was collected from November 28, 2015 to January 6, 2016 for 40 days. The collected data analyzed mean, standard deviation, t test, ANOVA, and chi-square by using SPSS 23.0. Result Results show that there is a significant difference in the perception, attitude, and experience of the two-sample groups in the use of CAT. The question of “what is most necessary when applying CAT in a hospital clinical environment” for the perception criteria came out with the results of t=9.980, p<.05. For the attitude, results showed that the answers of pregnant women under the age of 35 displayed a more positive attitude towards CAT. (t=2.421, p<.05) Lastly, in the experience section, pregnant women under the age of 35 showed more CAT use than the other sample group. Conclusion Results have shown that there is a difference in the perception, behavior, and experience between the two sample groups. Therefore further research on the efficacy and the adverse effects of CAT needs to be done.
Current Status and Policy Direction for Circular Economy of Electric Vehicle Used Battery
( Ji Hye Jo ),( Inchul Go ) 한국폐기물자원순환학회 2022 ISSE 초록집 Vol.2022 No.-
The number of batteries whose warranty period has expired is expected to increase according to the government's active policy of supplying electric vehicles (EVs). Resources such as cobalt and lithium can be recovered from used EV batteries. Therefore, it is important to manage the recycling of EV batteries in terms of resource recovery. In addition, the batteries can be reused in various products such as energy storage devices (ESS) and e-bikes after first-life as EV batteries, so new industries for reuse of EV batteries need be supported. In this study, we examined the current status of policies of each ministry related to used EV batteries, and derive factors to establish the foundation of circular economy. Currently, the Clean Air Conservation Act and the Public Notice on Return of Electric Vehicle Batteries by the Ministry of Environment are in place in terms of policies related to used EV batteries, and these include provisions on subsidies, return, removal, and storage of batteries. The Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy is in charge of the manufacturing and re-manufacturing of EV batteries and the major laws on collection, recycling, and disposal of EV batteries is the responsibility of the Ministry of Environment. In addition, other various ministries, including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Science and ICT, are involved. Therefore, it is important that various ministries and agencies cooperate throughout the entire life cycle of EV batteries. For this purpose, it is necessary to come up with a 'circular economic strategy for EV battery'. Each stage of the value chain needs to be strengthened, from securing raw materials for production, manufacturing of batteries and electric vehicles, reusing and recycling batteries to supplying recycled materials. In addition to regulatory policies, various factors such as innovation, financial support, statistical management and monitoring, and governance (building stakeholder consultative bodies and platforms for participation) need be combined within the policy roadmap of the circular economy.
