In this thesis, We have measured the effect of Al₂O₃ to the magnetic properties of Sr-ferrite. The specimens have been composed of SrO and Fe₂O₃. Ratios of 1:5.4 to 1:5.8 have been chosen for SrO and Fe₂O₃. As additives, We used 1wt%, 2 wt% and 3 wt% of Al₂O₃. Sintering was carried out at 1250℃ . From experiments on the magnetic properites of specimen, the results are as follows; 1) For SrO : Fe₂Op3 = 1 : 5.4 and 1 : 5.8, we got similar coercivity and residual flux density, but for 1 : 5.6, decrease sharply. 2) For the additive Al₂O₃, coercivity is increased and residual flux density is decreased with Al₂O₃ respectively. Good basic composition region of nonstoichiometric Sr-ferrite has been appeared on the n=5.4 and n=5.8, but in the case of Al₂O₃ addition, We have confirmed good magnetic properties on the n=5.8.

O-(tert-Butyldiphenylsily1)-cis-5-methyl-4-hepten-6-yn-1-ol, an intermediate in the synthesis of taxol, was efficiently synthesized from 3-methyl-2-penten-4-yn-1-ol by sequential alcohol/bromide interchange [NBS, PPh_(3), CH_(2)Cl_(2), -30℃, 82%], displacement with the lithium salt of tert-butylacetate [LDA, THF, -78 to 23℃, 84%], LAH reduction, and silylation [tBuPhSiCl, imidazole, CH_(2)Cl_(2), 45℃, 88%].

This study is planned to investigate the attitude toward the safety and health management of contractor comparry. Under the contract based production system, all of activities including safety and health management in the contractor company are depended upon the contract. How to make contract influence the worker's health of contractor company. Work's health of contractor company can be protected by efforts of company of contract-out and contractor company, especially their safety managers. The modelling of the effective safety and health management system for contractor company should consider the need of safety manager of each company and employer of contractor company. Data is collected from safety managers of 3 contract out companies as electronic and electrical manufacturing industry and 55 safety managers, 57 employers of their contractor companies using self administered survey with structured questionnaire. The most of all respondents want to support from the contract out companies. The most important items supported from contract out company is the information based on the safety information network between each company. Safety manager and employer of contactor company also itemized safety education and training in the supporting system from contract out company. These results can be generalized to survey on the other industries.

In order to investigate the pharmacological properties of New Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (NSCL), effects of Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (SCL) and NSCL were compared. In isolated rat aorta, NSCL and SCL showed the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10^-6M) regardless to intact endothelium or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presences of the inhibitor of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not affect the relaxing effect of NSCL and SCL. NSCL and SCL inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), NSCL and SCL significantly decreased heart rate. NSCL and SCL, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of left ventricular developed pressure and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In excised guinea-pig papillary muscle, NSCL and SCL had no effects on parameters of action potential such as resting membrane potential, action potential amplitude, APD_90 and V_max at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. These results suggested that NSCL and SCL have weak cardiovascular effects with relaxation of blood vessels and decrease of heart rate, and that this effect is no significant differences between cardiovascular effects of two preparations.

In rat aorta, NSCH and SCH made the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10^-6 M) regardless to endothelium containing or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presence of the inhibitors of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not aftect significantly the relaxing effects of NSCH and SCH, NSCH and SCH inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). NSCH and SCH decreased significantly heart rate. These, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of left ventricular developed pressure and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In guinea-pig papillary muscle, these had no effects on parameters of action potential such as action potential amplitude (APA). V_max and resting membrane potential (RMP) at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. Furthermore, these had a significant inhibitory effects on palpitation of the heart in normotensive rats and SHRs. These results suggest that NSCH and SCH have weak cardiovascular effects, and that there is no significant differences between cardiovascular effects of two preparations.

홍화씨가 치은섬유모세포, 치주인대세포 및 골아세포에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Carthamus tinctorius LL on gingival fibroblasts, periodontal ligament cells and osteoblasts. Periodontal ligament cells and gingival fibroblasts were primarily from extracted premolar with non-periodontal diseases. Osteoblasts were getten from calvariae of rat. Cells were cultured with DMEM at 37℃, 5% CO_2, 100% humidity incubator. MTT assay and collagen synthesis were used as a method of this paper. The obtained results were as follows : 1. The cellular activity of gingival fibroblasts was significantly increased in 10^-4g/㎖ of Carthamus tinctorius L. at the culture of the first, the second and the third day. 2. The cellular activity of periodontal ligament cells was significantly increased in 10^3g/㎖ of Carthamus tinctorius L. at the culture of the first, the second and the third day. 3. The cellular activity of osteoblasts was increased and maintained in 10^-3g/㎖ and 10^-4g/㎖ of Carthamus tinctorius L. but was significantly decreased over the level of 10^-3g/㎖. 4. The collagen synthesis of periodontal ligament cells was significantly more increased in 10^-3g/㎖ than that of the control. and the collagen synthesis of osteoblasts was significantly increased in 10^-3g/㎖ too. These findings suggest that increased cellular activity and collagen synthesis by Carthamus tinctorius L may help the periodontal regeneration and reconstruction.
