In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

Apophyseopathy in human growing-up period is divided in three parts, early stage, advancing stage, and ending stage which are analyzed by X-ray test. The tuber of kantenabtrennung, schmorl and rear oxhorn dissociation are one of the these barrier process. We assume that the fracture of apophysis by overusing is the main cause of these barriers.

The purpose of this study was to investigate sport paticipation motivation of adult bowling participants and to furnish the related information to sport centers and sport for all leaders, The 292 subjects for this study were adult males and females over 18 years old in Busan. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Males showed higher scores with regard to social behavier with external displays than females, 2. Subjects aged 10~30 years showed higher scores for intrinsic motivation such as skill development than those aged 40~50. 3. Participants with boeling career 7 below 6 months, showed higher scores for intrinsic motivation such as skill development, Participants with over 6-month career scores for intrinsic motivation such as enjoyment, extrinsic motivation such as affiliation, amotivation.

腦의 原發性 肉腫 1例 報告

The primary sarcomas of the brain have been considered rare and occur mostly in infants and children. We report one case of primary sarcoma which was diagnosed as a huze intracerebral honiatoma in the left parietote nporal area with a case history and angiographic findings. Flow ever, the operative findings and histopathological report confirmed a primary sarcoma of the brain belonging to unknown type in. Abbott and Kernohan's classification. The tumor was extended into the leptomeninges and the Virchow Robin spaces, invading the cerebral parenchyma with intracetebral hematoma in the left parieto-temporal area. Dura was not invaded by the sarcoma. This is a case of primary sarcoma arising from the leptomeninges in the brain.

Band-to-Band 터널링에 의한 게이트 유기 드레인 누설전류의 이차원 수치해석

In this paper, we investigated the characteristics of gate-induced drain leakage(GIDL) current due to the band-to-band tunneling in off-state n-MOSFET. Two-dimensional process and device simulation were performed by TMA-SUPREM4 and MEDICI. S/D(Single-Diffusion Drain) and LDD(Lightly Doped Drain) devices not applied electrical stress are simulated in order to compare drain engineering effect on GIDL characteristics. GIDL current due to direct interband tunneling in LDD structure was lower than that of S/D structure because of lower n-doping concentration. This result suggests that electric field in the gate-to-drain overlap rgion is a key factor controlling band-to-band tunneling generation rate.

한국의 기수련이 심장박동간격변화에 미치는 영향

심장박동간격은 최근 교감신경과 부교감신경의 안정을 알아보는 척도로 쓰이고 있다. 본 연구는 4~12개월 천도선법 기수련을 행한 20대의 20명의 기수련자와 동일 연령층의 20명의 일반인을 대상으로 하여 1시간 동안 천도선법을 수행하게 하여 전, 참선, 후의 심장박동을 생리 기록계로 측정을 하여 빠른 퓨리에 변환 (FFT)을 통하여 심장박동간격을 조사하였다. 그 결과 자율신경제의 안정척도인 저주파수 적분 값과 고주파수 적분 값의 비(LF/HF)가 수련전과 수련 중에서 천도선법 기수련생들의 값이 일반인과 비교하여 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 났으며 (p<0. 01) 특히 두 그룹 모두 HF 의 값이 유의하게 변화하는 것을 보았을 때 천도선법 기수련이 부교감신경의 활동을 조절하여 자율신경계를 안정화 시킨다는 것을 보여주었다. The effects of ChunDoSunBup (CDSB) Qi-training on the power spectrum of heart rate variability were studied in 20 healthy subjects and 20 CDSB Qi-trainee (subjects with CDSB Qi-training for 4-12 months) Continuous ECG signals were recorded during 1) 10 min of rest in sitting position, 2) 1 hour of CDSB Qi-training , 3) 10 min of post-training. Fast Fourier transformation was used to determine the power spectrum of heart rate variability While CDSB Qi-training, there were significant decrease in the ratio of low to high frequency power spectrum. And value of pre and mild-training in CDSB Qi-trainees were lower than that of control subjects There was a significant changes in high frequency power of both group, but net in low frequency These results suggest that CDSB Qi-training may stabilize autonomic nervous system by modulate parasympathetic nervous system.

We have been optimized tungsten(W) CMP(chemica1 mechanical polishing) characteristics using two different kinds of component of slurry and two different kinds of pad which have different hardness. The comparison of oxide film roughness on around W after polishing has been carried out. And W plug recess for consumable sets and dishing effect at dense area according to the rate of over-polishing has been investigated. Also, the analysis of residue on surface after cleaning have been performed.

Database design is the base of the entire process related to the database, and the well-designed database schema has a great effect on the system performance. So, there's a growing need for the automatic schema generation system. In this paper, database design automation system is implemented which translates automatically OMT based database model to relational database table. For developing this system, transformation rules of OMT into RDB schema are suggested which satisfy normalization and integrity constraints. This automation system can be used efficiently in the area of training database system and applying database design in actual business fields.

날개끝에서 비균일 분출(blowing)을 주었을 때의 양항특성

유체속을 움직이는 유한날개의 상하면에는 압력차가 발생하여 날개끝 와류가 형성되고 유도항력을 생기게 한다. 이러한 유도항력을 감소시킬 목적으로 비균일 날개끝 분출관이란 새로운 항력감소장치를 개발하였다. 비균일 날개끝에 시위방향으로 여러 개의 분출공을 설치한 원형관으로서 일반 항공기에 설치가 용이하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 비균일 날개끝 분출이 날개의 양항특성에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 가로세로비가 2.0인 직사각형 날개를 사용하여 풍동실험연구를 수행하였다.연구결과 비균일 날개끝 분출장치는 분출이 없는 기본날개의 양력곡선 기울기를 증가시키고 항력을 감소시키며 양항비를 증가시키는 효과를 나타내었다. A finite wing moving through a fluid induces a differential pressure field between the upper and lower surfaces and produces induced drag. A new drag reduction device called non-uniform wing tip blowing tube was developed to reduce induced drag. Non-uniform wing tip blowing tube is a circular tube with multiple blow holes in chordwise at the wing tip and easily can be installed at the wing of conventional aircraft. In this study, a wind tunnel investigation has been conducted to determine the effects of non-uniform wing tip blowing on the lift and drag characteristics of a rectangular wing of aspect ratio 2.0 The results showed that the non-uniform wing tip blowing device provided the basic wing with an increase in the lift curve slope, a reduction in the drag and an increase in lift-drag ratio.
