The primary purpose of the national real estate brokerage system with their real estate transaction is to take place safely and quickly. Real estate transactions to take place quick-ly and safely, the real estate deal in terms of things there should be no problems with rights, and acquired real estate acquired to be utilized appropriately for the purpose will be that. This paper is analysis the type of prohibited and practices of real estate Broker's law and criminal penalties for violations of this regulation is for the Discussion Korea's Real Estate Section to be recognized as a professional is needed to compen-sate the institutional, real estate broker's aggressive penalties for the illegal acts must be present. Despite of clear evidence of the existence of penalties and the alleged discovery, because it's difficult to prove a direct criminal penalties will be difficult. Therefore, Real estate strict penalties for the illegal types are needed. And it is also needed for improved methods of investigation. And the ethics of real estate brokers is essential.

In this study, a fiber-optic bundle sensor has been developed using water-equivalent organic scintillating fibers for photon beam measurement. Beam penumbra and percent depth doses(PDD) are measured according to the depth of the photon beam. This sensor has many advantages such as high resolution, real-time measurement and ease of calibration over conventional radiation measurement devices.

가공송전선용 초 내열 알루미늄 합금의 Drawing 거동에 관한 연구

STAL(Super Thermal Aluminum Alloy) containing Zr for overhead transmission line records good conductivity and thermal-resistance and has 2.6 times higher current carrying capacity than the usual ACSR at 230 ℃ with almost same sag property. Hence, we pursued a series of experiment to confirm the best drawing condition for STAL. In the case of changing the drawing speed from 200 to 500 m/min, grain size was generally decreased. Also, it was found that the tensile strength and conductivity decreased with increasing the drawing speed. So, it was concluded that the most suitable drawing speed is 400 m/min. As the final wire diameter decreased, tensile strength increased. However 4.5 ㎜ of diameter recorded the highest tensile strength. After tensile test, the cross section is almost crater type of ductile fracture, but partially showed fish-mouth and chevron type of brittle fracture.

ISP is Internet operators means that If you have access to the Internet to take advantage of the general users, businesses, institutions, organizations, etc. Typically refers users to Internet access, Web site hosting, search engines, bulletin board system provides various services, such as those that provide through the Internet. This paper examined ISP's civil liability and criminal liability from point of view of the Criminal Act. As a result, ISP's Criminal liability shall be limited to aiding and abetting by omission' only when ISP's access and control against illegal contents objectively admit-ted. The damage of defamation using the internet is so quick and extensive that in many cases the results from human rights violations due to it happen to be gone to an irreversible state to recover. The thing that will need to be preceded before the criminal law restriction on internet defamation, is the freedom of speech and harmonizing issues It is difficult to draw the exact line for the collision between freedom of speech on the Internet and rights of respect for individuals. In other words, defamation issues should be dealt carefully to protect rights of respect for individuals because cyber space doesn't permit an individual infinite freedom of speech. Basically admitting freedom of speech, a limited responsibility should be asked within the boundary of not violating a personal honor.

인터넷 게임을 이용한 초 중등학생용 과학 실험 자료의 개발

본 연구는 인터넷 게임을 기반으로 초·중학교 학생들의 과학적 탐구 능력을 기를 수 있는 다양한 실험 활동들을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 인터넷 기반의 게임으로 구현하는 방법과 과정에 대한 것이다. 게임의 장르 중 어드벤처 게임 형식을 택하여 학생들의 예측·분석·판단의 기능과 과학 탐구 능력을 기를 수 있는 방법을 모색하였다. 특히 오프라인에서의 실험 경험과 온라인에서의 게임을 결합한 새로의 형태의 과학 학습 프로그램 제작 과정을 개발하여 구현하였다. 그리고, 인터넷에 기반한 게임 속에 실험 활동을 구현하는 방안과 게임을 통한 과학 실험 교수·학습 모형을 구안하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop science experimental materials using internet game for elementary and middle school students. Adventure game type is used in this internet game based learning(IGBL). Through this program, we searched methods for nurturing of Students' scientific inquiry abilities. We developed a process of making new typed programs that combined real experimental experiences with on-line games and embodied it. And, we constructed methods for experimental activities in internet-based games, science experimental teaching and learning model.

에어로빅 운동이 비만 여중생의 복부비만과 심폐기능 및 인슐린에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of aerobic exercise on abdominal obesity, cardiopulmonary function and serum insulin in obese middle school girls participated in aerobic exercise for 20 weeks. The conclusions are as follows ; 1. Total body fat, percent body fat, body mass index, waist circumference and waist-hip ratio were significantly decreased, but lean body mass was significantly increased in the changes of body composition factors. 2. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased, but maximal oxygen consumption was significantly increased in the changes of cardiopulmonary function factors. 3. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and insulin were significantly decreased, but high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased in the changes of serum lipid and insulin factors. In conclusions, aerobic exercise may be very effective to decrease the obesity and geriatric diseases.

혈액투석중인 말기신부전 환자에서 Fludrocortisone acetate (FCA) 투여 후 혈청 칼륨 저하 효과

Background: Hyperkalemia is a commonly encountered problem in dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease. In this study we evaluated the effect of mineralocorticoid therapy (fludrocortisono acetate) on serum potassium level in the serum of hyperkalemic end-stage renal disease patients. Methods: Fourteen patients on hemodialysis receiving fludrocortisone acetate (FCA) 0.1 mg/day were observed for 2 months periods. Consecutive monthly biochemical profiles were compared for the druration of the pre-and post-treatment of FCA. Result: Fourteen patients with mean age (±SE) of 51.5 years (4 males and 10 females) and mean hemodialysis period of 51.9 months were studied. Mean serum potassium levels significantly fell (p<0.05) during the post-FCA period (5.2±0.66 mEq/L) compared with potassium levels during the pre-FCA (5.8±0.43 mEq/L) period. Pre-and post-FCA values were not different for sodium, chloride, protein, albumin, AST/ALT, glucose, blood nitrogen, creatinine, phosphate and calcium. Conclusions: FCA appears to decrease serum potassium value in patients with end-stage renal disease. These results suggested that FCA could be effective to treat hyperkalemia without any adverse effect in patients undergoing hemodialysis.

초내열 합금 Alloy718의 저주기 피로시험에서 반복연화 및 R=X (X=0,-1)효과

The LCF properties for R=0 as tension-tension and R=-1 as tension-compression were examined in DA alloy718. While the hysteresis loops composed of ?ε_(t), ?ε_(p) and ?σ were figured with similaity in both of R=0 and R=-1, the loops of R=0 were continuely going down along the stress axis during cyclic fatigue progressing. It was caused by Bauschinger effect, which includes a tendancy for stress recovering as an amount of compression stress. The phenomena of cyclic softening in both of R=0 and R=1 seem to be caused by planar slip of dislocations, which was accompanied by shearing the γ'/γ" precipitates during the cyclic fatigue test.
