IPA 분석기법을 이용한 공항 선택속성에 관한 실증연구 : 광주공항과 무안국제공항을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study presents customer-oriented activation measures through empirical research to improve the service quality and management environment of Gwangju Airport and Muan International Airport. According to the empirical analysis results, physical environment factors (commercial facilities and diversity, rest and comfort facilities, handicapped facilities, modern facilities); airport accessibility factors (physical distance, transportation infrastructure expansion, transportation convenience); and flight service factors (flight schedule, flight punctuality) should be addressed first due to their importance and their low satisfaction ratings by airport users. Also, airport human service factors (friendliness, reliability, expertise, sense of responsibility) and airport accessibility factors (parking convenience, transportation infrastructure expansion) should be maintained. In addition, it is recommended that interest and investment should be kept consistent for differentiated competitiveness from other airports. The result of this study is significant as the research has been conducted ahead of the integration of Gwanju Airport and Muan International Airport, a long sought-after project in the region. Furthermore, this paper does not rely on reference-based research, but rather on the opinions of the local citizens to demonstrate which optional attributes and factors aid in their decision-making process.
