문제해결 단기상담 프로그램이 이혼위기 부부의 문제해결능력, 결혼불만족도 및 실제이혼에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of a Social Problem-Solving Brief Counseling Program for Couples in Crisis of Divorce upon their Social Problem-Solving Ability, Dissatisfaction of Marriage, and the Decrease of Divorce Rate

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 문제해결 단기상담프로그램이 숙려기간의 이혼위기 부부의 문제해결능력과 결혼불만족도 및 실제이혼여부에 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 D광역시 소재 가정법원 및 가정상담소를 통하여 모집된 40쌍의 이혼위기 부부를 대상으로 실험집단 20쌍과 통제집단 20쌍으로 하였으며, 6회기(1회 90분)로 총9시간 3주간 실시하였다. 측정도구로 D'Zurilla와 Nezu(1990)가 개발한 사회적 문제해결능력(SPSI)척도를 Maydeu-Olivares와 D'Zurilla(1996)가 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 재개정한 개정판 사회적 문제해결능력(SPSI-R)척도를 최이순(2002)이 번안한 것과 이경성(2001)이 개발한 결혼 불만족 척도, 추후조사를 통해 부부의 이혼여부를 살펴보았으며, 자료분석은 실험집단과 비교집단의 사전, 사후, 추후검사 결과에 대해 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 이혼위기 부부의 문제해결능력이 향상되었으며, 특히 긍정적 문제지향과 합리적 문제해결기술(문제정의와 공식화, 대안생성, 의사결정, 실행과 확인)이 향상되었으며, 부정적 문제지향과 충동-부주의적 반응양식, 회피적 반응양식이 감소하였다. 둘째, 이혼위기 부부간의 결혼불만족도가 유의미하게 감소하였다. 마지막으로 실제 이혼율에서도 감소하는 효과가 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과가 상담 및 치료적 개입에 시사하는 바와 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to examine the effects of the Social Problem-Solving Brief Counseling Program for Couples in Crisis of Divorce developed by Park(2008) upon their social problem-solving ability, dissatisfaction of marriage and the decrease of divorce rate. The participants were 40 couples in crisis of divorce, 20 for the experimental group and 20 for the control group. The Program, consisting of 6 sessions, 90 minutes per session, a total of 9 hours, was implemented 2 sessions every week for 3 weeks. The instruments used were the Social Problem Solving Inventory-Revised Scale, the Dissatisfaction of Marriage Scale and the Practical Divorce Rate. The data were analyzed using the mean and standard deviation, and the ANCOVA of the SPSS 14.0 version. The results of the study indicated that the problem solving brief counseling program had a significant effect upon enhancing the participants' score of Social Problem Solving Inventory-Revised Scale and the Dissatisfaction of Marriage Scale, and the Practical Divorce Rate. Implications were discussed and limitations of the study and the suggestions for further research were offered.
