아동의 진로발달과 영향 요인 = A review of children's career development and relevant factors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, a literature review was conducted on children's career development and relevant factors affecting them. Characteristics of children's career development were described in aspects of (a) the development of occupational aspirations and expectations, (b) the development of children's interests and abilities, and their awareness of them, (c) children's acquisition of occupational information, and (d)their attitudes toward career. Factoring affecting children's career development were investigated based on the empirical findings. Future research is suggested on the developmental path of children's career aspirations, reasons of occupational circumscription, structures of children's interests and their stability, contents of occupational information they obtain, and career-related parental intervention.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 국내외의 경험적인 연구 결과를 중심으로 한 문헌 연구를 통해 아동의 진로 발달상의 특징과 진로발달에 영향을 주는 관련 변인들을 탐색하였다. 연령에 따른 진로발달의 특징은 직업포부와 직업기대의 발달, 흥미와 능력의 발달과 인식, 직업 정보의 이해, 진로태도의 발달의 측면에서 기술하였다. 경험적인 연구들에서 밝혀진 결과를 중심으로 아동의 직업포부, 자기이해, 직업 정보의 발달, 진로태도의 발달에 영향을 주는 변인들과 그 영향을 기술하였다. 문헌 연구의 결과를 기초로 아동의 직업 포부의 발달 과정, 직업포부를 제외하거나 형성할 때의 판단 근거, 아동 흥미의 발달 및 안정성, 아동이 습득하는 직업 정보의 종류와 정확성, 진로와 관련한 구체적인 부모의 개입 및 그 영향 등에 대한 후속 연구를 제안하였다.
