노인의 사회참여활동이 생활만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 노년기에 접어든 노인들의 사회참여 활동이 사회적 지지와 적응유연성을 매개로 생활만족의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정 하에 사회 참여활동을 독립변인으로, 생활만족을 종속변인으로 설정하고, 사회적 지지와 적응유연성을 생활만족에 중요한 영향을 미치는 매개변인으로 인식하여 구조적인 영향관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)은 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)은 사회적 지지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)은 적응유연성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 노인의 사회적 지지는 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 노인의 적응유연성은 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)이 생활만족에 영향을 미칠 때 사회적 지지는 매개효과를 나타났지만 경제활동이 생활만족에 영향을 미칠 때 사회적 지지는 매개 효과를 나타나지 못하였다. 일곱째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)이 생활만족에 영향을 미칠 때 적응유연성은 매개효과를 나타냈다. This study sought to establish a structural impact relationship between variables by recognizing social participation of senior citizens as an independent variable, life satisfaction as an independent variable, social support and adaptability resilience as mediator variables that have an important impact on life satisfaction, based on the assumption that the social participation of senior citizens in their old age affects life satisfaction through the medium of social support and adaptability resilience. The results of this study are as follows. First, the social participation activities of the citizens (leisure activities, economic activities, volunteer activities) have been shown to affect life satisfaction. Second, the social participation activities of the senior citizens (leisure activities, economic activities, volunteer activities) have been shown to affect social support. Third, the social participation activities of the senior citizens (leisure activities, economic activities, volunteer activities) have been shown to affect adaptability resilience. Fourth, the social support of the senior citizens has been shown to affect life satisfaction. Fifth, the adaptability resilience of the senior citizens has been shown to affects life satisfaction. Sixth, social support showed a mediated effect when the social participation activities of the senior citizens (leisure activities, volunteer activities) affect life satisfaction, but social support did not show a mediated effect when economic activities affect life satisfaction. Seventh, When social participation activities (leisure activities, economic activities, volunteer activities) of the senior citizens affect life satisfaction, adaptability resilience has shown a mediated effect.

다문화가정 부모의 양육태도가 영·유아의 사회성 발달에 미치는 영향

현대사회는 교통수단의 발달로 인하여 사회문화적 교류가 많아지고 급속한 경제발전과 세계화는 우리나라의 인구 사회학적 변화를 불어오게 되었으며, 다문화 가정의 비율도 높아가고 있다. 다문화 가정 부모의 민주적 양육참여는 자녀의 사회정서발달에 좋은 영향을 미치며 성공적인 또래관계를 형성하도록 도움을 준다. 그리고, 다문화 가정 어머니에 관한 아버지의 지원은 영·유아자녀에게는 바른 인성형성에 영향을 미치고, 사회 정서 발달에 많은 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 다문화 가정의 자녀의 올바른 성장과 다문화 가정 부모의 올바른 양육태도에 양육방법에 도움을 주고자 이 연구를 하게 되었다. Modern society has increased social and cultural exchanges due to the development of transportation means, rapid economic development and globalization have brought about demographic and sociological changes in our country, and the ratio of multicultural families is also increasing. The democratic upbringing of parents from multicultural families has a good influence on their children's development of social emotions and helps them form successful peer-to-peer relationships. In addition, father's support for mothers from multicultural families was able to affect the proper character formation for young and infant children, and had much influence on social emotional development. Therefore, the research was conducted to help the proper growth of multicultural children and the proper parenting posture of multicultural parents.

영유아의 사회성에 미치는 어머니의 양육태도

유아시기에 사회성발달이 잘 이루어지지 않으면 사회적 관계를 맺을 때에 어려움을 느끼고 대인관계를 기피 할 수 있다. 사회성은 행복한 삶을 사는데 있어서 가장 중요한 요소이다. 부모의 양육태도 특히 어머니의 양육태도는 유아의 전 일생에 영향을 주며 유아의 미래와 성격에 지대한 영향이 있음을 알 수 있다. 부모는 자녀에게 너무 과한 기대와 욕심을 낮추고 자녀의 이야기를 잘 들어주어 자아가 잘 발달 할 수 있도록 지지와 응원이 필요할 것이다. If social development does not take place well during infancy, infants can feel difficulties in forming social relationships and avoid interpersonal relationships. Sociality is one of the most important factor that helps to form a happy life. Parental attitudes, especially the mother's upbringing, affects the infant’s whole lifetime and have a profound impact on the infant’s future and personality. Parents need to support and to cheer their children lowering too much expectation and greed ,and listening to their children's stories so that infants can develop by themselves.

농촌 노인의 일자리사업 직무만족이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 자본의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 농촌 노인의 일자리사업 직무만족이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 그 영향 관계에서 사회적자본의 매개효과를 검증하여 농촌 노인의 일자리사업을 발전시키기 위한 실천적 방안 마련과 농촌 노인의 성공적 노화에 도움을 줄 수 있는 실증적 기초자료를 제공함에 있다. 연구의 대상은 홍성군, 횡성군, 인제군에 소재하고 있는 노인일자리사업 수행기관에서 노인일자리사업에 참여하고 있는 노인 496명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족은 성공적 노화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족은 사회적 자본에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. 사회적 자본은 성공적 노화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적 자본은 직무만족과 성공적 노화 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서 농촌노인의 일자리사업 직무만족은 사회적 자본을 매개로 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on successful aging of the rural elderly, to verify the mediated effects of social capital in the relationship of the influence, to prepare practical measures to develop the rural elderly job creation project, and to provide empirical basic data to help the rural elderly's successful aging. A survey was conducted on 496 senior citizens participating in the senior job program at an agency performing job programs for the elderly, and the results of the study are as follows. First, Job satisfaction was found to have a positive (+) effect on successful aging. Second, Job satisfaction was found to have a positive (+) effect on social capital. Third, Social capital was found to have a positive (+) effect on successful aging. Fourth, Social capital was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between job satisfaction and successful aging. From the above research results, it was confirmed that job satisfaction is an important variable affecting successful aging through social capital.

노인의 자기효능감 및 사회적관계가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향: 사회적 자본 효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 자기효능감과 사회적 관계망이 성공적 노화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고, 자기효능감과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 사회적 관계 망이 효과가 있는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 노인들의 성향에 따라 사회참여활동 프로그램의 다양성을 확보하여 성공적 노화 제고 방안을 마련해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 문헌연구를 통한 실증적 연구를 시행하였다. 먼저 문헌적 연구방법을 통하여 국내외의 선행 연구결과와 연구기관의 연구보고서 및 자료, 단행본 등을 수집・분석하였다. 아울러 자기효능감, 사회적 관계망과 성공적 노화의 개념과 구성요소를 정립하였다. 이를 토대로 자기효능감이 사회적 관계망과 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구모형을 설계하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the self-efficacy and social networks on successful aging and to identify the effects of social networks on the relationship between self-efficacy and successful aging. Through these efforts, this study wanted to prepare measures to enhance successful aging by securing the diversity in social participation programs according to senior citizens' attitudes. The method of this study was conducted as empirical research through literature study. Firstly, method of literary research was used for collecting and analyzing the research reports, datum, and books of research institutions at home and abroad. Additionally, this established the concept and element of self-efficacy, social network and successful aging. Based on this, a research model was designed on the effects of self-efficacy on social networks and successful aging.

노인의 건강상태와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 자아존중감과 사회적관계망의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 건강상태와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 자아존중감과 사회적 관계망의 매개효과를 검증하여, 노인의 삶의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 실천적 방안 마련과 실증적 기초자료를 제공함에 있다. 연구의 대상은 서울, 인천, 경기지역에 소재하고 있는 노인복지관, 노인회관, 경로당 이용 노인과 지역사회 거주 노인 405명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 24.0과 AMOS24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 연구의 결과는 첫째, 노인의 건강상태는 삶의 만족도에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 건강상태는 자아존중감과 사회적 관계망에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 자아존중감과 사회적 관계망은 삶의 만족도에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자아존중감과 사회적 관계망은 노인의 건강상태와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서 노인의 건강상태는 자아존중감과 사회적 관계망을 매개로 노인의 삶의 만족도 수준을 높일 수 있는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify the mediated effect of self-esteem and social network in the relation of the health status and life satisfaction of the elderly and provide practical measures and empirical basic data to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly. The study subjects were 405 senior citizens visiting or living in senior citizens' welfare centers and community centers based in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province. The collected data were analyzed using SPSSWIN 24.0 and AMOS 24.0, and the results of the study were as follows: First, the elderly's health status was found to have a significant positive effect on life satisfaction. Second, the health status of the elderly was found to have a significant positive effect on self-esteem and social network. Third, it was found that the elderly's self-esteem and social network had a significant positive effect on life satisfaction. Fourth, both the self-esteem and social network had a mediated effect in the relation between the health status and the life satisfaction of the elderly. The above findings confirmed that the health status of the elderly is an important variable that can raise the level of their life satisfaction through the medium of self-esteem and social network.

직무스트레스에 따른 감정노동이 보육교사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 보육교사의 감정노동과 이직의도 간의 직접적 영향관계를 살펴보고, 감정노동과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 직무스트레스를 매개변인으로, 사회적 지원을 조절변인으로 한 간접효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석결과, 보육교사의 감정노동이 이직의도에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 보육교사의 직무스트레스는 감정노동과 이직의도 관계에서 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보육교사의 사회적 지원은 감정노동과 이직의도 관계에서 조절효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 사회적 지원을 많이 받는 보육교사가 그렇지 못한 교사에 비해 감정노동으로 인한 이직의도에 미치는 영향이 상대적으로 적은 것으로 나타났다. If The purpose of this study was to examine the direct relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention of childcare teachers, and to examine the indirect effects of job stress as a mediator and social support as a moderating variable in the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention. The results showed that emotional labor of child care teachers had a direct effect on turnover intention, and job stress of child care teachers had a mediating effect on the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention. In addition, the social support of child care teachers showed a moderating effect on emotional labor and turnover intention. In other words, the effect of childcare teachers who receive much social support on the intention to turnover by emotional labor was relatively smaller than that of teachers who did not.

보육의 질 관련 주요변인 선행연구 고찰: 보육헌신, 행복감, 교사・영유아 상호작용을 중심으로

현대사회의 저출산 심화와 여성의 사회활동 참여로 인한 가족 및 가족 구조의 다양화 등으로 이른 시기 어린이집을 경험하는 영유아들이 많아지게 되었으며 또한 영유아들은 영유아의 특성상 하루 대부분을 보육교사와 상호작용하며 생활하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 보육의 질에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 시점에 보육의 질 향상을 위한 보육의질 관련 변인 중 영유아의 보육의 질에 직접적 영향을 미치는 보육교사의 보육헌신, 행복감, 교사・영유아 상호작용관련 선행연구를 살펴보고 보육교사의 보육헌신과 행복감 및 교사-영유아의 상호작용과 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지 알아보고 분석해 보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 통하여 보육의 질에 기초가 되는 교사・영유아의 상호작용이 긍정적으로 이루어져 보육의 질을 높이고 교사와 영유아가 모두 행복한 보육환경을 만들어 가는데 기초자료로 제공하고자한다. Due to women’s participation in social activities, which caused low birth rate in modern society, the diversification of family and family structure, the number of children who experience daycare centers have increased. In addition, owing to the nature of infants, they spent most of the day living and interacting with day care teachers. At the time of growing interest in the quality of childcare teachers, this study aims to investigate and to analyze the relationship among the quality-related variables for the improvement of childcare, the childcare teachers’ dedication, euphoria, and teacher-infant interaction. The purpose of the project is to investigate and analyze the correlation between teachers and infants. Through this process, this study want to offer that positive teacher-infant interaction based on quality of care improves quality of care and provides basic data for the establishment of a happy nursery environment for both teachers and children.

보육시설을 이용하는 학부모와 보육교사의 바람직한 역할 연구

본 연구는 보육시설을 이용하는 학부모와 보육교사의 바람직한 역할을 살펴보기 위한 연구로서, 학부모는 영유아를 보호하고 양육에 대한 책임을 지고 있으므로 자녀에게 사회화의 기초를 잘 형성해 주기 위한 밀접한 상호작용을 하는 양육방식이 필요하며, 바람직한 교사상으로는 자기계발을 위해 꾸준히 노력하고, 전문적인 지식을 토대로 영유아의 개인별 능력을 최대한으로 향상 시킬 수 있는 역할을 하는 것이다. This study aims to examine the desirable roles of parents and child care teachers using day child care facilities. As parents are responsible for protecting and nurturing infants, parents need a parenting style to have close interaction that forms the foundation of socialization. A desirable teacher, based on professional knowledge, continues to strive for self-development and assists in improving infant’s individual ability to the fullest.

보육시설 종사자의 감정노동과 이직 및 잔류의도 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과

보육시설 종사자는 영·유아의 발달과 성장 과정에 있어 보육전문가로서 기본생활, 신체운동, 의사소통, 예술경험, 사회관계, 자연탐구 등을 균형 있게 가르치는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 보육시설 종사자들의 감정노동에 대한 기본인식과 직무스트레스를 개선함으로써 잔류의도를 높이며 그들의 복지를 증진하는 데 도 움을 주어 보육시설 종사자들의 이직을 낮추고 이용자들에게 수준 높은 서비스를 제공하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. Child care teachers play an important role in teaching basic life, physical exercise, communication, art experience, social relations, and natural inquiry as child care professionals in the development and growth process of infants and young children. The purpose of this study is to lower the turnover of childcare teachers and provide high-quality services to users by helping them to improve their welfare by improving their basic awareness and job stress of emotional labor.
