        论骈文名称从“四六”到“骈文”之演变

        변문이란 명칭은 청대, 민국 시기에 출현하여 "四六"에서 "騈文"으로 변화하였다. 명칭 변화의 배경은 四六과 騈文의 관계에 대한 인식이다. 청대, 민국시기 문론가들은 주로 세 가지 인식을 갖고 있었다. 첫째, 四六과 騈文을 당연히 동일시하는 것이다. 둘째, 四六과 騈文에 대해 분석과 부별을 진행하는 것이다. 셋째, 四六을 騈文의 별조로 보는 것이다. 그 중 두 번째 것에 구분을 하는 관점이 변문 발전 방향을 대표하며 주목할 만한 가치가 있다. "騈文"이란 명칭이 "四六"을 대신하였고 四六과 騈文의 다른 점을 분석하는 것이 騈文이란 체재를 존중하는 사상(騈文尊體思想)이며, 명실상부한 체현이다. 騈文 발전변화의 단계성과 명칭의 변화는 서로 맞물려 이것이 四六과 騈文을 구분하는 것에 커다란 편의를 제공한다. 청대 민국 시기 문론가들은 주로 창작 영역과 작문 구식, 심미적 풍격이란 세 가지 분야에서 四六과 騈文을 구별하였다. 四六과 騈文을 분석하면서 변문의 명실, 이론과 창작, 역사와 현상까지 섭급하는 것이야말로 변문이란 체재를 존중하는 사상의 중요 내용이며, 변문 발전에 중대한 의의를 갖게 되는 것이다.

        Damage detection of nonlinear structures with analytical mode decomposition and Hilbert transform

        This paper proposes an analytical mode decomposition (AMD) and Hilbert transform method for structural nonlinearity quantification and damage detection under earthquake loads. The measured structural response is first decomposed into several intrinsic mode functions (IMF) using the proposed AMD method. Each IMF is an amplitude modulated-frequency modulated signal with narrow frequency bandwidth. Then, the instantaneous frequencies of the decomposed IMF can be defined with Hilbert transform. However, for a nonlinear structure, the defined instantaneous frequencies from the decomposed IMF are not equal to the instantaneous frequencies of the structure itself. The theoretical derivation in this paper indicates that the instantaneous frequency of the decomposed measured response includes a slowly-varying part which represents the instantaneous frequency of the structure and rapidly-varying part for a nonlinear structure subjected to earthquake excitations. To eliminate the rapidly-varying part effects, the instantaneous frequency is integrated over time duration. Then the degree of nonlinearity index, which represents the damage severity of structure, is defined based on the integrated instantaneous frequency in this paper. A one-story hysteretic nonlinear structure with various earthquake excitations are simulated as numerical examples and the degree of nonlinearity index is obtained. Finally, the degree of nonlinearity index is estimated from the experimental data of a seven-story building under four earthquake excitations. The index values for the building subjected to a low intensity earthquake excitation, two medium intensity earthquake excitations, and a large intensity earthquake excitation are calculated as 12.8%, 23.0%, 23.2%, and 39.5%, respectively.

      • Isomeric Folate-Conjugated Polymeric Micelles Bind to Folate Receptors and Display Anticancer Effects

        The present study aimed to prepare and evaluate polymeric micelles conjugated with folic acid through ${\alpha}$- or ${\gamma}$-carboxyl groups for antitumor efficacy. The isomeric block copolymers, ${\alpha}$- and ${\gamma}$-folate-polyethyleneglycol-distearoyl phosphatidylethanolamine (${\alpha}$- and ${\gamma}$-Fol-PEG-DSPE), were produced by solid phase peptide synthesis. Three types of doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded polymeric micelles (MPEG-DSPE-DOX and ${\alpha}$- / ${\gamma}$-Fol-PEG-DSPEDOX micelles) were prepared via the film formation method. Compared with MPEG-DSPE-DOX micelles, the ${\alpha}$- / ${\gamma}$-Fol-PEG-DSPE-DOX micelles presented a higher cellular uptake behavior in the live cell study. Cell viability percentages were 81.8%, 57.3%, 56.6% at 2 hours for MPEG-DSPE-DOX, ${\alpha}$- and ${\gamma}$-Fol-PEG-DSPE-DOX micelles, respectively (p<0.05). Using the KB xenograft tumor model, both ${\alpha}$- and ${\gamma}$-folate-conjugated micelles were found to have better antitumor effects with lower toxicity in comparison with MPEG-DSPE-DOX micelles. No difference in in vivo antitumor efficacy was found between ${\alpha}$- and ${\gamma}$-Fol-PEG-DSPE-DOX micelles. The folate-conjugated micelles might be a potentially useful strategy for tumor targeting of therapeutic agents, whether grafting with folic acid through ${\alpha}$- or ${\gamma}$-carboxyl groups.

        Effect of Co Content on the Microstructure and Corrosion Behavior of Al0.3CoxCrFeNi High Entropy Alloys

        The influence of Co content on the microstructure and corrosion behavior of Al0.3CoxCrFeNi (x = 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0) highentropy alloys were investigated. The results indicated that the increased content of Co improve the corrosion resistanceof alloy, which can be attributed to the distinction of phase composition in alloys caused by different Co content. TheAl0.3CoxCrFeNi alloy shows a double-phase (FCC + BCC) structure for x = 0.25 and 0.5, and BCC phase consists of (Al,Ni)-rich B2 phase and (Cr, Fe, Co)-rich A2 phase. The increase of Co content induces the transformations of crystalstructuresfrom BCC to FCC, resulting in the decrease of BCC phase proportion. The Al0.3CoCrFeNi alloy exhibits thesingle FCC structure, and all elements tend to be homogeneously distributed. The difference in the potential of FCC andBCC phases indicates the BCC phase acts as anode resulting to localized corrosion, while B2 phase preferentially dissolvescompared to the A2 phase due to the lower potential. Therefore, the existence of selective corrosion is found in thealloys with double-phase, by contrast, the alloy with single FCC phase shows random pitting corrosion.

        Efficacy of combination of endo-xylanase and xylan-debranching enzymes in improving cereal bran utilization in piglet diet

        Objective: This study was aimed to explore the efficacy of combination of endo-xylanase (Xyn) and xylan-debranching enzymes (arabinofuranosidase, Afd and feruloyl esterase, FE) in improving utilization of bran in piglet diet. Methods: In vitro experiments were firstly conducted to examine the enzymological properties of Xyn, Afd, and FE, concurrent with their effect on degradation of arabinoxylan (Abx) in bran. In vivo experiment was then implemented by allocating two hundred and seventy 35-d-old postweaning piglets into 3 groups (6 replicates/group), which received bran-containing diet supplemented with Xyn (1,600 U/kg) or its combination with Afd (0.8 U/kg) and FE (4 U/kg) or without enzyme. Results: Both Xyn, Afd, and FE are relatively stable against the changes in temperature and pH value. Combining Xyn with Afd and FE had a superiority (p<0.05) over Xyn alone and its combination with Afd or FE in promoting (p<0.05) degradation of Abx in different brans. Combined treatment with Xyn, Afd, and FE was more beneficial than Xyn alone to induce increasing trends (p<0.10) of average daily gain, final body weight and feed efficiency of piglets fed bran-containing diet. Moreover, combination of Xyn, Afd, and FE showed advantages (p<0.05) over Xyn alone in causing reductions (p<0.05) in diarrhea rate and cecal pH value, concurrent with increases (p<0.05) in cecal and colonic acetic acid and total volatile fatty acid concentrations, as well as cecal butyric acid concentration of piglets fed brancontaining diet. Conclusion: Combining Xyn with Afd and FE was more beneficial than Xyn alone in promoting degradation of Abx in bran, along with growth performance and intestinal volatile fatty acid profile of piglets received bran-containing diet. Thereby, combination of Xyn, Afd, and FE had a superior efficacy relative to Xyn alone in improving application of cereal bran in piglet diet.         Ischemic postconditioning protects cardiomyocytes against ischemia/reperfusion injury by inducing MIP2

        Cardiomyocytes can resist ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury through ischemic postconditioning (IPoC) which is repetitive ischemia induced during the onset of reperfusion. Myocardial ischemic preconditioning up-regulated protein 2 (MIP2) is a member of the WD-40 family proteins, we previously showed that MIP2 was up-regulated during ischemic preconditioning (IPC). As IPC and IPoC engaged similar molecular mechanisms in cardioprotection, this study aimed to elucidate whether MIP2 was up-regulated during IPoC and contributed to IPoC-mediated protection against I/R injury. The experiment was conducted on two models, an $in$ $vivo$ open chest rat coronary artery occlusion model and an $in$ $vitro$ model with H9c2 myogenic cells. In both models, 3 groups were constituted and randomly designated as the sham, I/R and IPoC/hypoxia postconditioning (HPoC) groups. In the IPoC group, after 45 min of ischemia, hearts were allowed three cycles of reperfusion/ischemia phases (each of 30 s duration) followed by reperfusion. In the HPoC group, after 6 h of hypoxia, H9c2 cells were subjected to three cycles of 10 minute reoxygenation and 10 minute hypoxia followed by reoxygenation. IPoC significantly reduced the infarct size, plasma level of Lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase MB in rats. 12 h after the reperfusion, MIP2 mRNA levels in the IPoC group were 10 folds that of the sham group and 1.4 folds that of the I/R group. Increased expression of MIP2 mRNA and attenuation of apoptosis were similarly observed in the HPoC group in the $in$ $vitro$ model. These effects were blunted by transfection with MIP2 siRNA in the H9c2 cells. This study demonstrated that IPoC induced protection was associated with increased expression of MIP2. Both MIP2 overexpression and MIP2 suppression can influence the IPoC induced protection.
