Profile Training Tourism Managers to Environmental Activity in Kazakhstan
Sikhinbayeva Zh,S. Konakbayeva U Zh 세계문화관광학회 2011 Conference Proceedings Vol.12 No.-
One of the most actual problems which require solutions in the condition of educational structure modernization is a transition to profile learning. Specialized education today we understand as a means of differentiation and individualization of instruction allowing for a change in the manner the structure and organization of the educational process more responsive to the interests skills and abilities of students to create conditions for training them according to their professional interests and intentions with respect to continuing education. In modern scientific investigations the problem of profiling study is defined as one of the most popular destinations on the modernization of the education system. It should be noted that the Vocational Education and implemented at the level of the educational process in general and at the individual level of a subject (the target set then - the program methods and forms control system etc.) and at a certain learning situation - a lesson lecture seminar etc. (important components here are: objectives contents methods and level of development training etc.). Improving professional competence professional preparation of future professionals is a major productivity and the basic conditions of school education as a priority of the educational system modernization. The concept of"ecological culture" till nowadays has not received unambiguous interpretation. At the first its main criterion is for example public relations: "Environmental culture is a set of defined quality levels of society materially and spiritually practical and theoretical relationships of people to nature and to each other about the nature of incorporating and expressing the organization and development process of reproduction their immediate life"[3]. In connection with these modern society realities of the environmental component in the structure of vocational tourism education has become an important place speaking indivisible condition of training specialists for the sphere of tourism industry. The implementation of environmental education at the beginning was characterized by the inclusion of general education components of environmental literacy. Then a new type of pedagogy appeared the theory of environmental education which serves the main purpose of environmental culture.

Large White, an introduced European pig breed, and Meishan, a Chinese indigenous pig breed, were hybridized directly and reciprocally and a total of 260 pigs, including purebreds, Large White and Meishan, and their hybrids, White${\times}$Meishan (LM) and Meishan${\times}$Large White (ML) pigs, were bred in our laboratory. The mRNA differential display PCR (DD-PCR) was used to detect the age-dependent changes of differential gene expression in backfat tissue between hybrids and parents. Some measures were taken to reduce the false positives in our experiment. Among the total of 2,686 bands obtained, 1,952 bands (about 72.67%) were reproducible and eight patterns (fifteen kinds) of gene expression were observed. The percentage of differentially expressed genes between hybrids and parents is 56.86% at the age of four months and 57.71% at the age of six months. This indicated that the differences of gene expression between hybrids and their parents were very obvious. U-test was used to compare the patterns of gene expression between the age of four and six months, and results showed that bands occurring in only one hybrid and bands displayed in one hybrid and one parent were significantly different at p<0.05, and bands visualized in only two hybrids were significantly different at p<0.01. These indicated that differential gene expression between hybrids and parents changed at different ages.
Polypropylene Glycol Maleate Phthalate Terpolymerization with Acrylamide and Acrylic Acid
M. Zh. Burkeyev,A. K. Kovaleva,G. K. Burkeyeva,Ye. M. Tazhbayev,J. Plocek 한국고분자학회 2020 폴리머 Vol.44 No.2
The possibility of synthesizing new multifunctional terpolymers based on polypropylene glycol maleate phthalate with acrylamide and acrylic acid was shown. The basic laws of the process of radical terpolymerization in a dioxane medium were studied at various molar ratios of the reactants. The block length, transition probabilities, and Harwood block parameter of the terpolymers synthesized, which reflect information on the location of macroradicals in the chain, were calculated. The radical terpolymerization constants, indicating the possibility of copolymers to form structures with a free distribution of units, were calculated with the help of the Mayo-Lewis equation. The method of scanning electron microscopy was used to study the surface morphology of polymers and to evaluate the surface pore sizes. There were carried out investigations on the effect of pH of the medium and organic solvents on the degree of swelling of the samples studied. Using thermogravimetric analysis, the thermal decomposition of the synthesized terpolymer based on polypropylene glycol maleate phthalate with acrylamide and acrylic acid was studied. The features of mass loss and thermal transformations upon heating were revealed. It was found that the process of thermal degradation intensified in the range of 339-428 °С with the maximum weight loss of the sample ~78.64%.

The purpose of this paper is to report a case of congenital absence of the vagina, which was diagnosed in a housewife aged 25 and the literature on the same subject has been reviewed. This case is particularly interesting in that the patient had a rudimentary uterus, and tubes and gonads of ovarian type in normal position, which can be classified as a case of a failure of recanalization in the developmental process.
Development and Analysis of Models for Assessing Predicted Mean Vote Using Intelligent Technologies
L. Zh. Sansyzbay,B. B. Orazbayev,W. Wojcik 한국지능시스템학회 2020 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL of FUZZY LOGIC and INTELLIGE Vol.20 No.4
One of the approaches toward determining the degree of microclimate comfort is measuring its individual components: temperature, air velocity, relative humidity, and air quality. A significant disadvantage of this approach is the neglect of the mutual influence of microclimate parameters on each other. To improve the accuracy of determining microclimate comfort, it is necessary to use a complex predicted mean vote (PMV) indicator. The PMV equation is complex and computationally consuming; simplified solutions can be obtained using Fanger’s diagrams, Excel calculation programs, and specialized computer applications. With the development of technology, intelligent microclimate systems are gaining popularity. In this article, for selecting one of the most effective intelligent technologies, models have been developed for assessing the PMV indicator using the frameworks of fuzzy logic and neural networks. The data obtained using the calculation program of the researchers of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Research Institute (Russia) were used as input parameters for the models’ development. The program’s performance was validated against the PMV parameter values in the ISO 7730:2005 standard, and a good agreement was found. The PMV index values produced by the considered models were compared to the values calculated using the program, to determine the operability and efficiency of the developed models. Our analysis suggests that neural networks perform better on the assessment of thermal comfort, compared with fuzzy systems.

A selection technique for innovative projects on the beginning stage has been presented in this article. It can be applied in projects assessment in HEI, enterprises, development institutes, etc. It is rather difficult to assess the project quality on the beginning stage of R&D due to the uncertainty in the technical and economic indices but the new development analysis on this stage is of a great interest. By innovative project quality as a management object we will mean those characteristics relating to the results capacity of the projects and its realization process to satisfy the requirements to the innovative products competitiveness and their innovative attractiveness for investors. The most important question in the innovative projects management is the determination of its quality level under modern conditions. The aim of the research is to analyze and evaluate the decision making during the project management process. The objectives and hypotheses are assessment of an innovative project with the application of McKinsey's model is better to realizes by 3 stages: a) selection of optimal criteria; b) determination of weighing coefficients; c) projects positioning in a matrix.

The authors conducted the economic analysis of the efficiency of using the reserves of the agro-industrial complex during the integration of energy conservation processes and the transition to energy conserving production. The authors used various theoretical and analytical methods, since the energy sector is more susceptible to permanent forecasting and planning, because present state energy policy depends on the knowledge of available and consumed energy resources in the future. It was established that the agro-industrial complex can be an important source of “green” energy, since waste, organic oils, wood can be recycled and in such way clean energy can be obtained. This significantly saves natural resources, time for transportation, processing, marketing. In addition, agriculture is the most attractive industry for economic investment in the world. It was determined that the state policy in the field of alternative energy sources is unique for each country, which is due to the specifics of economic development and the climatic conditions.
