        패션쇼 연출을 위한 패션모델들의 몰입 체험

        This study identified the characteristic and meaning of flow experience through the experience s related to fashion models` role performance; subsequently, the following findings were obtained. First, fashion mo-dels` flow experience could be divided into characteristics such as temporality, spatiality, relationality, phy-sicalness and pleasure. Second, the process of this flow experience ultimately led to the complete moment. The complete moment can be said to be the aesthetic experience that provides both the meaningful experi-ence and the aesthetic pleasure; it is the experiential knowledge at the dimension of mysterious integration that their body and mind are integrated into one. The beauty that fashion models exercise at the aspect of this aesthetic experience is that of performance and is an individual physical movement where they perceive their role and exercise their inner ability to express their costume most beautifully. Accordingly, the beauty of performance can be said to mean that the fashion show was successfully held by inducing both the per-former and the audience into an aesthetic response. The process of specialized planning and preparation is required for fashion models to exercise the beauty of performance at the complete movement reached th-rough flow experience and a successful fashion show. Diverse elements of the fashion show should be more organically constituted through such a process. Fashion models should exert efforts to embody acts such as walking, posing and turning through the performance of their excellent role as well as develop a training program to complete it.

        Effects of L-Arginine Supplementation and Regular Exercise in D-Galactose Induced Aging Rat Aorta

        이 연구는 L-arginine과 규칙적인 운동이 D-galctose (D-all)투여로 유발된 노화흰쥐의 대동맥에서 발현되는 NF-κB, TNF-a, iNOS, Cav-1, eNOS, Ang Ⅱ의 변화양상을 관찰하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 노화유도 모델 쥐는 D-gal (50 mg/kg)를 숫컷 Strague-Dawley (SD)계 흰쥐의 복강에 1일 1회 총 12주간 투여하여 생산하였으며, 이 실험의 집단은 젊은 대조군(Y-con, n=8), 노화 대조군(A-con, n=8), 노화 운동군(A-Ex, n=8), 노화 운동+아르기닌군(A-Ex+A, n=8), 노화 아르기닌군(A-A, n=8)의 5군으로 분류하여 실시하였다. L-arginine은 1일 150 mg/kg씩 총 12주간 경구투여 하였다. 운동방법은 트레이드운동으로 1일 60분씩 20 m/min 속도에서 훈련하였다. 분석결과 1) 유도된 노화군에서 NF-κB, TNF-a, iNOS, Cav-1, 그리고 Ang Ⅱ 단백질의 발현은 젊은 대조군에 비해 유의하게 증가하였다. 그러나 규칙적인 운동과 L-아르기닌군에서 NF-κB, TNF-a, iNOS, Cav-1, 그리고 Ang Ⅱ 단백질의 발현은 노화 대조군에 비해 유의하게 감소하였다. 2) 유도된 노화군에서의 eNOS 단백질 발현은 젊은 대조군에 비해 유의하게 감소하였다. 그러나 규칙적인 운동과 L-아르기닌군은 eNOS 단백질의 발현을 더욱 증가시킨 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 12주간 L-아르기닌 투여와 규칙적인 운동 그리고 복합처치는 염증인자와 관련된 단백질인 NF-κB, TNF-a, iNOS 단백질들의 발현을 억제시켜 항염증 효과를 보여주었으며, 혈관내피의 기능향상과 관련된 eNOS의 발현을 증가시키는데 긍정적인 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of an L-arginine supplementation and regular exercise training on NF-κB, TNF-α, iNOS, Cav-1, eNOS and Ang Ⅱ in the aortas of D-galactose (D-gal) induced aging rats. The male Strague-Dawley rats were treated with a D-galactose aging inducing agent; the D-gal injection (50 mg/kg) was given intraperitoneally for 12 wk. Experimental groups were divided into five groups: (1) Young control group (Y-Con, n=8), (2) Aging control group (A-Con, n=8), (3) Aging exercise group (A-Ex, n=8), (4) Aging exercise group with L-arginine supplementation group (A-Ex+A , n=8), and (5) Aging with L-arginine supplementation group (A-A, n=8). The exercise consisted of running on a treadmill for 60 min/day at 20 m/min for 6 day/wk, at 0% gradient for 12 wk. The L-arginine supplementation was given orally at a dose of 150 mg/kg/day for 12 wk. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. NF-κB, TNF-α, iNOS, Cav-1 and Ang Ⅱ proteins in the aortas of D-gal induced rats were significantly increased, however, L-argi-nine supplementation and regular exercise resulted in a significant inhibition in the expression of NF-κB, TNF-α, iNOS, Cav-1 and Ang Ⅱ proteins. 2. eNOS protein in the aortas of D-gal induced rats was significantly decreased, however, L-arginine supplementation and regular exercise resulted in a significant increase in the expression of eNOS proteins. In conclusion, the findings of the present study reveal that L-arginine supplementation alone or regular exercise alone or in combination with L-arginine supplementation for 12 wk increases anti-inflammatory effects by decreasing NF-κB, TNF-α, and iNOS protein expressions within the aortic tissue. In addition, L-arginine supplementation alone or regular exercise alone or in combination with L-arginine supplementation may prevent endothelial function by up-regulation of eNOS protein in the aortas of D-gal induced aging rats.

        시니어-에어로빅스운동과 여성노인의 경도인지장애 평가지표의 관련성 연구

        경도인지장애는 정상과 초기 치매 사이의 인지변화를 보이는 과도기적인 단계의 인지기능장애이다. 본 연구에서는 규칙적인 운동이 경도인지장애에 미치는 알아보기 위하여 경도인지장애가 있다고 판단되는 여성노인들을 대상으로 시니어-에어로빅스운동이 인지기능과 생리지표인자(EGF, IL-3, IL-11 그리고 RANTES)에 미치는 영향을 관찰함으로서 경도인지장애에 대한 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 만 65세 이상의 여성노인으로서 주 3회 이상 노인복지관에 다니면서 시니어-에어로빅스 프로그램에 참여할 수 있는 대상자로서 인지기능 검사를 통하여 경도인지장애가 있다고 판단되는 8명을 선별하여, 12주간의 시니어-에어로빅스운동을 실시하였다. 인지기능 검사는 운동실시 전, 6주, 12주를 측정하여, 시기간의 일원변량분석을 적용하였다. 또한 혈중 생리표지인자(EGF, IL-3, IL-11 그리고 RANTES)는 운동실시 전·후 t-검증을 적용하였고, 통계적 유의수준은 5%를 기준으로 하였다. 인지기능 검사에서는 운동프로그램 실시 6주에서는 차이가 없었으나, 12주에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 또한 생물표지인자에서는, EGF와 IL-3가 운동프로그램 실시 후 유의하게 감소하였다. 결론적으로 시니어-에어로빅스 운동이 경도인지장애와 관련된 혈중 생리표지인자 농도를 긍정적으로 변화시키는 방법으로 인지기능을 개선하여 노인여성들의 경도인지장애를 긍정적으로 개선시키는 것으로 사료된다. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) represents a transitional state between the cognitive changes of normal aging and early dementia and has become the focal point of much research activity. The purpose of the this study is to investigate the effect of senior-aerobic exercise on mild cognitive impairment evaluation indicator in elderly women 8 elderly women with MCI volunteered to participate in and completed the study. Participants went through senior-aerobic exercise for 60 minutes per session and 3 sessions per week 12 weeks. The measurement of the cognitive function and blood IL-3 were significant difference after 12 weeks senior aerobic exercise, but hod no effect on IL-11 and RANTES. It was concluded that senior-aerobic exercise has positive effects on cognitive function and blood biomarker in elderly women with mild cognitive impairment

        Orignal Paper : Inhibitory effect of clonidine on kainic acid-induced seizure activity in regularly exercised mice

        Regular exercise and clonidine have been shown to affect epilepsy. After 6 weeks of training involving swimming, the total body weight of trained mice was significantly lower than that of sedentary mice. Further, the blood lactate concentrations of these mice were statistically more stable than those of sedentary mice. These results indicate that the training program increased aerobic resistance in mice. Systemic kainic acid (KA) injection (30 mg/kg) evoked seizure activity in mice within 10 min. Further, clonidine (α2-adrenoreceptor agonist, 4 mg/kg) was injected 30 min before KA. Both the clonidine-treated group and exercised group experienced decreased seizure activity 10 min after KA injection and maintained seizure activity rating scores of 3-3.5 for 2 h afterwards. To examine whether or not clonidine and exercise had synergistic effects, we exercised animals and then treated with clonidine 30 min before KA administration. The clonidine and exercise group experienced decreases in seizure activity by 2 rating scores, and the regimen did not lead to death. Further, the clonidine and exercise group experienced decreased rates of mortality as well as motor impairment. These results suggest that the combination of regular exercise and therapy with an anticonvulsant agent such as clonidine could be a more efficient method for the prevention and/or treatment of epilepsy than exercise alone.

        20대 여성과 중년 여성의 규칙적인 운동여부가 지각된 운동방해요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for making mediation programs about enhancing women’s physical activity. To this end we found out the effects of regular exercise and women’s age on sub-factors of perceived exercise barrier factors. We surveyed 289 adult women on exercise barrier factors and categorized the results into age and regular exercise. Then, conducted two-way ANOVA to find out the effects of women’s age and regular exercise on sub-factors of exercise barrier factors. As a result, we came up with the following. First, there was a significant difference among social and cultural barrier factors(free time, partner, costs, absence of leader) that are perceived whether the participants do exercise or not. Second, all elements in sub-factors of exercise barrier factors depending on the age group had statistical significance difference except disease(a sub-factor of physical barrier factors) and wheather(a environmental and geographical barrier factor. Third, the age and whether adult women exercise or not interact with all sub-factors except injury, hypertrophy, unnecessariness, fear, physical barrier factors, and air pollution, environmental and geographical barrier factor. From our study, barrier in exercise are different depending on the age and whether they exercise or not. Therefore when making mediation programs about enhancing physical activity, our results should be considered.

        에어로빅 체조 국가대표 선수들의 운동 몰입에 관한 현상학적 접근

        This study has been intended to find out the flow of immersion arising from the environmental factors and situational factors related to the exterior experiences as well as to know the new information for the mystery and questions regarding the internal experiences of the immersion into workout that is experienced in the process of training and games by grasping how the factors of workout immersing factors, that can be a much meaningful and valuable experience to the national aerobic gymnastic players’ are influencing to the aerobic gymnastic process. The analysis results have been deduced out as follow. First, the substantial characteristics of immersion experience can be categorized into "experiencing time", "experiencing space" and "experiencing body". Second, the structural factors and flow types of the immersion can be categorized into "concentration into the motions", "harmony of ambient environment and player", "expression of pleasure and freedom". Third, the factors related to the success or failure of immersion can be categorized into "self-confidence and own unique training method" and "excessive concentration and mistake".
