        기업개성이 직원의 직무만족과 기업 이직률의 관계에 미치는 영향 : 잡플래닛 기업 리뷰를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to measure corporate personality by analyzing the internal employees’ corporate reviews and to identify the impact of the representative corporate personality on the relationship between job satisfaction of internal employees and the turnover rate of the company. To this end, we first created a dictionary of words representing the corporate personality with a Word2vec method based on words explaining five corporate personalities, such as reliability, initiative, practicality, activism, and femininity, obtained from the preceding study. Next, we analyzed reviews which were written by internal employees on their companies to measure the score of corporate personality at a review level, aggregated the review level scores for each company to calculate the company level score of corporate personality, and assigned to each company the corporate personality with the maximum score among the five such scores. Also, job satisfaction and turnover rate were measured from internal employees’ corporate evaluation scores and the percentage of former employees of each company who left a review on the company, respectively. This study collected datasets of corporate reviews, employee information, and corporate information from Job-Planet from 2014 to 2017, conducted a technical statistic check and correlation analysis to confirm the suitability of the datasets, and performed linear regression analysis to evaluate the research model and verify hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, the job satisfaction of the internal staff has a significant negative impact on the corporate’s turnover rate. In addition, companies having a personality of reliability, initiative and femininity also showed a significant cause-and-effect relationship between job satisfaction and turnover rate and among them, job satisfaction of companies having a personality, initiative, showed a greater impact on turnover rate. In sum, we not only proposed a novel method of measuring corporate personality, but also showed that corporates need to identify its corporate personality and to utilize a different strategy to reduce their employee’s turnover rate depending on the corporate personality.

        다차원척도법에 의한 기업이미지 제고를 위한 소셜미디어 활용방안

        소셜미디어 사용자가 크게 증가함에 따라 소셜미디어가 마케팅 도구로서 갖는 가치 또한 부각되고 있으며 많은 기업들이 소셜미디어를 기반으로 하는 마케팅에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 소셜미디어의 종류는 다양하고 소셜미디어별 특성이 서로 다르기 때문에 기업이 추구하는 목적에 적합한 소셜미디어를 선택할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 마케팅 전략에서 많이 사용되고 있는 다차원 척도법을 이용하여 대표적인 소셜미디어인 페이스북, 트위터, 네이버블로그, 유튜브, 싸이월드, 미투데이에 대한 이미지 포지셔닝 분석을 실시하여, 각 소셜미디어에 대해서 사용자들이 어떠한 이미지로 인식하고 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 기업의 신뢰성 이미지와 기술 이미지 제고를 위해서는 페이스북과 트위터가 비교우위에 있었으며 기업의 마케팅 이미지와 장래성 이미지, 종합 이미지 제고를 위해서는 네이버 블로그를 활용했을 때 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들은 소셜미디어를 활용한 기업 마케팅 전략 수립시 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Social media is drawing attention among companies for its potential as a marketing tool. There are many types of social media and their characteristics are varied, and thus choosing the appropriate social media considering the purpose of the company is important. In this paper, we conduct comparative analysis on the popular social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Naver blog, Youtube, Cyworld and Me2day using multidimensional scaling method. The result shows that there are differences in the effectiveness of enhancing diverse dimensions of corporate image among social media. This result can be used in developing social media based marketing strategy.

        크라우드소싱 커뮤니티 내 고객 선호와 조직 수용 아이디어 간 비교 연구

        Open innovation concept is advocating the importance of the customer roles in firm's innovation. As a result, crowdsourcing community is drawing attention as a strategic asset for open innovation across diverse industries. Considering that the goal of crowdsourcing community is harnessing innovative ideas, understanding the characteristics of user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of idea crowdsourcing. In our approach, we extracted idea content-based characteristics such as subjectivity, negativity, prosocialness, and depth of idea to examine what are the factors that affect user preference and organizational adoption. An analysis of 71,134 ideas from MyStarbucksIdea.com shows that there are significant differences between user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas in terms of idea characteristics. Lastly, both theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

        시맨틱 웹 기술을 이용한 온톨로지기반 호텔 검색 시스템

        현재, 호텔 검색 엔진들은 여행객들의 호텔 검색을 돕고 있다. 하지만 검색 엔진을 통한 호텔에 대한 검색 결과는 여행객들을 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 그 이유는 검색 엔진이 다양하고 모호한 용어들로 표현되는 여행객의 기호를 정확하게 이해하고 처리할 수 없기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 사용 가능한 시맨틱 웹 기술인 RDF, OWL, SWRL을 이용하여 온톨로지를 구축하고, 구축된 온톨로지를 기반으로 검색 엔진이 어떻게 여행객들의 기호에 적합한 호텔을 찾는가를 보여주었다. 이를 위해, 기존의 호텔 관련 온톨로지들을 분석하였고 Q&A 커뮤니티들에 올라온 호텔 검색과 관련된 용어들을 조사하였다. 조사된 결과를 바탕으로, 세 개의 하위 온톨로지인 객관적 개념 온톨로지, 보편적 인지 개념 온톨로지, 평가 개념 온톨로지로 구성된 호텔 도메인 온톨로지를 구축하였다. 구축된 온톨로지를 호텔 검색에 이용하는 것을 보여주기 위해 시맨틱 호텔 검색 시스템을 구현하였다. Currently, hotel search engines may help travelers find hotels, but the returned set of information is usually not satisfactory to them. It is because the engines do not understand what travelers want exactly and cannot deal with the travelers’ interest which is expressed in various terms, even including some ambiguous ones. The objective of this research is to build hotel ontology using currently available semantic web technologies such as RDF, OWL and SWRL and to show how it can be used to help travelers find hotels of their interest. To that end, we analyzed available hotel-related ontologies and investigated typical terms which are used when searching for hotels in the Q&A communities. Based on the results of the analysis and investigation, we designed hotel domain ontology which consists of Objective Concepts Ontology(OCO), Universal Concepts Ontology(UCO), and Evaluation Concepts Ontology(ECO). To demonstrate the use of the ontology for a hotel search, we developed a Semantic Hotel Search System (SHSS).

        온라인 커뮤니티 기반 개방형 혁신의 도전적 문제들과 그 대응방안: 마이스타벅스아이디어닷컴 사례를 중심으로

        최근 여러 기업들에 의해 시도되고 있는 개방형 혁신은 고객의 의견을 조직혁신에 활용하는 유용한 방법론으로 평가받고 있다. 그러나 이를 효과적으로 구현하여 실효를 거두기 위해서는 전략적인 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 커뮤니티를 활용한 개방형 혁신의 대표적인 성공사례로 알려진 스타벅스의 커뮤니티에 대한 사례연구를 통해 고객들의 집단 지성이 어떻게 해당 커뮤니티를 통해 개방형 혁신으로 구현되었는지 살펴보고 구축 성과와 함께 성공요인에 대해 논의하였다. 이를 토대로 개방형 혁신에 따르는 다양한 도전들을 분석하고 이에 대응하기 위하여 고객관리와의 연계, 오피니언 리더 활용, 공학적 기법 도입 등 효과적이고 효율적인 개방형 혁신 구현을 위한 방안을 제안하였다. Open innovation, a new paradigm which utilizes customer ideas for organizational innovation directly, is evaluated as a useful method to innovate the organization itself. In this research, we analyze the case of Starbucks` online community, MyStarbucksIdea.com to examine how collective intelligence is formed out of mass customers in the community and how open innovation is to be implemented successfully. We review various challenges in implementing open innovation and then suggest practical approaches to the challenges, including customer relationship management, utilization of opinion leaders, application of engineering techniques, etc.

      • 산재근로자의 자기효능감 증진을 위한 결정 요인 파악 및 규칙 도출 : 의사결정나무 기법을 중심으로

        Self-efficacy (one's perceptions of their capability to perform a task) plays an important role in work-related performance and motivation. For example, self-efficacy is known to have much influence on job performance, job satisfaction, motivation, etc. As such it is important to know what factors collectively enhance the selfefficacy of employees, so that injured workers contribute to the organization they belong to after they come back to their workplace. The aim of this study is to identify such industrial accident-related factors and extract rules among the factors in order to establish self-efficacy enhancement strategies for injured workers. In this study, a binary decision tree model for self-efficacy prediction was built using a panel data provided from Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Service. As a result, eight variables with the largest influence on self-efficacy were selected in the prediction model, and it correctly classified 70.1% of instances. The result suggests social support during the treatment period and offering paid time off such as vacation leave, sick leave and bereavement leave are important factors to enhance self-efficacy that will improve the work performance of injured workers.

        신용카드 연체자 분류모형의 성능평가 척도 비교

        As the great disturbance from abusing credit cards in Korea becomes stabilized, credit card companies need to interpret credit-card delinquents classification models from the viewpoint of profit. However, hit ratio which has been used as a measure of goodness of classification models just tells us how much correctly they classified rather than how much profits can be obtained as a result of using classification models. In this research, we tried to develop a new utility-based measure from the viewpoint of profit and then used this new measure to analyze two classification models(Neural Networks and Decision Tree models). We found that the hit ratio of neural model is higher than that of decision tree model, but the utility value of decision tree model is higher than that of neural model. This experiment shows the importance of utility based measure for credit-card delinquents classification models. We expect this new measure will contribute to increasing profits of credit card companies.
