융합교양교육이 공학인재의 소프트스킬 향상에 미치는 효과한진영(중앙대학교) 이현정(중앙대학교) 최영완(중앙대학교) 인공지능, 로봇, 사물인터넷 등 정보기술의 발전과 정보기술이 사회와 산업에 미치는 영향은 가히 혁명적일 것이라 예측된다. 이러한 예측은 ‘4차 산업혁명’이라는 용어로 공감대를 형성하였 다. 불확실하고 빠르게 변하는 사회 환경에서 미래 공학인재에게 요구되는 역량으로 창의성, 의 사소통능력 등과 같은 소프트스킬이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미래공학인재에게 필요한 소 프트스킬을 정의하고, 융합교양교육이 공학도의 소프트스킬 향상에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 A 공과대학의 융합교양교육과정 수강생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 그 결 과를 분석하였다. 설문은 학기 초 (315명 응답)와 학기 말 (317명 응답)에 동일 집단을 대상으로 실시 하였고, 융합교육 교과목 수강으로 인한 소프트스킬 향상도를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 융합교양교 육은 공학도의 소프트스킬 중 리더십, 융합 유창성, 문제해결능력, 글로벌 마인드, 창의적 태도, 융합 유연성을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수강생이 교과목과 소프트스킬 관련성을 어떻 게 지각하느냐에 따라 해당 소프트스킬 향상도가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. The effect of convergence and liberal arts education on soft skills improvement of students in engineering school JinYoung Han(ChungAng University) Hyngjung Rhee(ChungAng University) Young-Wan Choi(ChungAng University) The effect of information technologies such as artificial intelligence, robots, and internet of things on society and industry is expected to be revolutionary. These predictions formed a consensus with the term 'fourth industrial revolution'. Soft skills such as creativity and communication skills are emerging as the competencies required for engineers in an uncertain and rapidly changing social environment. This study defines the soft skills for competent engineers and investigates the effect of convergence and liberal arts education on soft skills improvement. This study collected data from students who take convergence and liberal arts curriculum of A college of engineering in Seoul. Survey questionnaires were distributed the same group at the beginning of the semester (315 responses) and at the end of the semester (317 respondents). The result shows that the convergence and liberal arts education improves convergence fluency, problem-solving ability, leadership, global mind, creative attitude, and convergence flexibility among soft skills. Also, the degree of improvement of the soft skills is influenced according to students’ perception of the soft skills regarding courses. <

혼인집단과 가족가치관에 따른 가사노동에 대한 가치 평가 비교

본 논문에서는 성별 분업 구조 하에서 여성의 가사노동 가치 평가에 대해 혼인집단과 가족가치관을 중심으로 분석하였다. 주요한 결과로 첫째, 전통적 가족 가치관에 동의할수록 본인 가치 평가가 높아졌으나, 혼인상태가 전통적 가족 가치관이 본인 가치 평가에 미치는 영향력을 약화시켰다. 혼인상태가 기혼인 경우 전통적 가족 가치관이 본인 가치 평가에 미치는 영향력이 약화되고, 미혼인 경우 전통적 가족 가치관이 본인 가치 평가에 미치는 영향력이 강화된다. 둘째, 집안일을 대신해 줄 사람을 고용할 때 한 달에 지불하고자 하는 금액과 본인이 하는 집안일의 가치를 돈으로 평가할 때 금액 차이가 두드러지게 발생했다. 이는 측정도구와 관련된 문제로 다른 사람에게 비용을 지급할 때는 시장의 보수를 고려하게 되고, 본인의 가치를 평가할 때는 경제적 가치 이외에 주관적 가치까지 포함하게 된다는 점이다. 이러한 문제는 성인지통계의 생산에서 자주 지적되는 측정도구 타당성과 연결되어 여성의 무급노동의 과소평가 문제와 연결된다. 더하여 시장에서 여전히 저임금을 평가받는 가사노동의 현실과 자본주의 사회에서 유급노동과 달리 ‘무급’노동으로 저평가를 받는 현실을 엿볼 수 있었다.

2027 서울 세계청년대회(WYD) 유치의 의미와 과제

This study examines the upcoming 2027 Seoul World Youth Day (WYD), a major religious event of the Catholic Church in Korea, to explore its significance not only as a MICE event but also as a religious event. It also seeks to identify the necessary tasks for successfully hosting the event. The 2027 Seoul WYD, classified as a religious event under a non-profit organization, holds great significance within the broader context of youth evangelization in the Korean Catholic Church. The Church views WYD as a ‘festival of faith,‘ offering a new approach to evangelization to address the challenges of modern society. Given the unique nature and purpose of such religious events, they must be approached differently from general events in both their preparation and evaluation of their effectiveness.

헤도닉가격모형을 활용한 가상부동산의 가격 결정 요소 연구 - 디센트럴랜드 사례를 중심으로

The explosive growth in interest in virtual real estate since 2021 peaked in January 2022 and has declined, as seen from the unit price of virtual real estate. However, given the scale of corporate investment, consumer behavior in virtual environments, and the speed of technology development, the market relating NFT is expected to continue to grow. In the case of virtual real estate, the revenue structure is opaque and the risk of liquidity is high, just like virtual currency, but there are not enough studies that have analyzed these issues academically. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the factors that affect the value of virtual real estate from the perspective of virtual real estate investors and organizations who want to develop services in virtual real estate. This study proposes a virtual real estate pricing model by selecting factors that affect the price of virtual real estate based on the hedonic pricing model. In addition, an empirical study was conducted using transaction data from Decentraland. 가상부동산에 대한 폭발적인 관심은 2021년 이후 가상부동산 구획당 가격에서 보여지듯 2022년 1월 정점을 찍고 이후 하락하고 있다. 하지만 기업의 투자 규모, 가상세계에서의 소비자 행동, 기술의 발전 방향성을 고려하면 가상부동산 시장은 여전히 성장의 잠재력을 가질 것으로 보인다. 가상부동산의 경우 가상화폐와 같이 그 수익 구조가 불투명하고 유동성 위험이 크지만 이러한 문제를 학술적으로 분석한 연구는 충분하지 않다. 이에 가상부동산 투자자와 가상부동산에서 서비스를 개발하고자 하는 사업자 관점에서 가상부동산의 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이해하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 가상부동산의 가격에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 헤도닉가격모형에 적용하여 가상부동산 가격모형을 제안하였다. 또한, 제안한 가격 모형을 실제 디센트럴랜드에서 거래된 데이터로 검증하여 모형의 타당성을 보여주었다.
