        ANALYSIS OF SOME PROJECTION METHODS FOR THE INCOMPRESSIBLE FLUIDS WITH MICROSTRUCTURE

        In this article, some projection methods (or fractional-step methods) are proposed and analyzed for the micropolar Navier-Stokes equations (MNSE). These methods allow us to decouple the MNSE system into two sub-problems at each timestep, one is the linear and angular velocities system, the other is the pressure system. Both first-order and second-order projection methods are considered. For the classical first-order projection scheme, the stability and error estimates for the linear and angular velocities and the pressure are established rigorously. In addition, a modified first-order projection scheme which leads to some improved error estimates is also proposed and analyzed. We also present the second-order projection method which is unconditionally stable. Ample numerical experiments are performed to confirm the theoretical predictions and demonstrate the efficiency of the methods.

        The purpose of this study is to present characteristics by comparing the operation of the ethnic dance curriculum among the curriculum of the department of dance in Korea and China. The ethnic dance curriculum at Korean universities is established as a step-by-step in-depth course, and creative dance courses using ethnic dance are operated. The ethnic dance curriculum at Chinese universities has a variety of ethnic dance courses and courses on teaching methods for each ethnic dance. The Korean ethnic dance curriculum is a curriculum for the transmission of future-oriented national dance. The ethnic dance curriculum in China is a past-oriented curriculum.

        中国古代意象美学观念的物化模式研究

        中国古代意象美学观念的物化研究则通过意象的线索与规律研究造物艺术的主导思想与表现形式,探索中国古代造物艺术的模式与规律,有助于弥补意象美学跨文化整理、互动和交融的不足,使我们更深入的理解与领会中国传统文化的核心,突破传统美学的框架,重新认识艺术观念物化的本质,推进中国古代意象美学理论于造物艺术规律研究的全面化、具体化和深入化。同时研究中国古代意象美学观念的物化可以弥补当代艺术创作中缺乏审美情境与体验的不足,建立沟通传统造物与当代设计之间的桥梁。本文主要从中国古代意象美学观念等基础理论的研究入手,从意象美学与艺术学的交叉角度出发,针对意象的生成形态、延展特征、形式规律等问题对其物化形式下呈现出的古代造物艺术进行研究。首先构建意象分析的结构模型,从意象形式、意象情境和意象创造的角度研究中国古代意象美学观念;其次以传统美学与实践艺术美学为背景,深入分析中国古代意象美学、物化观等理论为基础,通过审美的层次对审美主客体的特征与关系进行辩证分析,从而展开中国古代意象美学的系统研究;最后深入分析中国古代意象美学观念的物化论,研究物化的动机、内涵、特征以及物化展开的层次,研究中国古代意象美学观念的物化体系以及其审美机制,从意象分析的角度研究中国古代意象美学观念物化的当代意义。

        Wnt/β-Catenin Promotes the Osteoblastic Potential of BMP9 Through Down-Regulating Cyp26b1 in Mesenchymal Stem Cells

        BACKGROUND: All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) promotes the osteogenic differentiation induced by bone morphogenetic protein 9 (BMP9), but the intrinsic relationship between BMP9 and ATRA keeps unknown. Herein, we investigated the effect of Cyp26b1, a critical enzyme of ATRA degradation, on the BMP9-induced osteogenic differentiation in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), and unveiled possible mechanism through which BMP9 regulates the expression of Cyp26b1. METHODS: ATRA content was detected with ELISA and HPLC–MS/MS. PCR, Western blot, and histochemical staining were used to assay the osteogenic markers. Fetal limbs culture, cranial defect repair model, and micro–computed tomographic were used to evaluate the quality of bone formation. IP and ChIP assay were used to explore possible mechanism. RESULTS: We found that the protein level of Cyp26b1 was increased with age, whereas the ATRA content decreased. The osteogenic markers induced by BMP9 were increased by inhibiting or silencing Cyp26b1 but reduced by exogenous Cyp26b1. The BMP9-induced bone formation was enhanced by inhibiting Cyp26b1. The cranial defect repair was promoted by BMP9, which was strengthened by silencing Cyp26b1 and reduced by exogenous Cyp26b1. Mechanically, Cyp26b1 was reduced by BMP9, which was enhanced by activating Wnt/b-catenin, and reduced by inhibiting this pathway. b-catenin interacts with Smad1/5/9, and both were recruited at the promoter of Cyp26b1. CONCLUSIONS: Our findings suggested the BMP9-induced osteoblastic differentiation was mediated by activating retinoic acid signalling, viadown-regulating Cyp26b1. Meanwhile, Cyp26b1 may be a novel potential therapeutic target for the treatment of bone-related diseases or accelerating bone-tissue engineering.

        A genome-wide association study of reproduction traits in four pig populations with different genetic backgrounds

        Objective: Genome-wide association study and two meta-analysis based on GWAS performed to explore the genetic mechanism underlying variation in pig number born alive (NBA) and total number born (TNB). Methods: Single trait GWAS and two meta-analysis (single-trait meta analysis and multi-trait meta analysis) were used in our study for NBA and TNB on 3,121 Yorkshires from 4 populations, including three different American Yorkshire populations (n = 2,247) and one British Yorkshire populations (n = 874). Results: The result of single trait GWAS showed that no significant associated single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identified. Using single-trait meta analysis and multi-trait meta analysis within populations, 11 significant loci were identified associated with target traits. Spindlin 1, vascular endothelial growth factor A, forkhead box Q1, msh homeobox 1, and LHFPL tetraspan submily member 3 are five functionally plausible candidate genes for NBA and TNB. Compared to the single population GWAS, single-trait Meta analysis can improve the detection power to identify SNPs by integrating information of multiple populations. The multiple-trait analysis reduced the power to detect trait-specific loci but enhanced the power to identify the common loci across traits. Conclusion: In total, our findings identified novel genes to be validated as candidates for NBA and TNB in pigs. Also, it enabled us to enlarge population size by including multiple populations with different genetic backgrounds and increase the power of GWAS by using meta analysis.

        내부고발 의도의 영향요인에 관한 실증연구: 중국기업조직을 대상으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate both individual and organizational factors which are influencing on whistle-blowing intention of employees. This study suggests individual factors as personal morality and fear to retaliation, and organizational factors as two types of ethical programs orientation (compliance- oriented and values-oriented). Another purpose of this research is to research on the ethical leadership as a moderator influencing the relationship between individual factors(personal morality, fear to retaliation) and whistle-blowing intention. The 200 survey samples, which surveyed employees working in Shanghai, China, were analyzed by Multiple Moderated Regression Analysis. Major research findings are as follows. First, personal morality had significantly positive association with whistle-blowing intention, while fear to retaliation was significantly and negatively associated with whistle-blowing intention. Second, both compliance-oriented and value-oriented ethics programs had significantly positive association with whistle-blowing intention. Third, the moderating effect of ethical leadership was partially supported. The ethical leadership moderated the positive effect of personal morality on whistle-blowing intention. Finally some research implications and limitations are also discussed.

        Study on a novel N-doped mesoporous carbon for the efficient removal of methylene blue from aqueous solution

        A novel N-doped mesoporous carbon (AC-N) was prepared by impregnation method on the basis of cypress-derived activated carbon for methylene blue (MB) removal. The introduction of nitrogen atoms with appropriate proportion could improve MB adsorption capacity of the prepared mesoporous carbon (AC-N). AC-N obtained at optimized modification (1 ㏖/L urea) had an excellent MB adsorption of 910.95 ㎎/g and the removal efficiency was ca. 91% at 25℃. Elemental analysis showed that the nitrogen content of AC-N was high up to 2.6%. A large specific surface area (SBET) 1,215 ㎤/g and an obvious mesoporous structure with a high mesopore to total pore volume ratio (Vmes/Vtot) 91% was observed on AC-N. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results indicated a successful doping of nitrogen element into the mesoporous carbon and pyridinic-N, pyrrolic-N and amino-N were existed in AC-N. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) were also used to characterize this prepared adsorbent. MB adsorption kinetics parameters and isotherm results on the produced carbon were well fitted by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir model. According to the thermodynamic analysis, the adsorption of MB on AC-N was found to be an endothermic, spontaneous process in nature.

        Efficiently targeted therapy of glioblastoma xenograft via multifunctional biomimetic nanodrugs

        Background: Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is a fatal malignant primary brain tumor in adults. The therapeutic efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs is limited due to the blood-brain barrier (BBB), poor drug targeting, and short biological half-lives. Multifunctional biomimetic nanodrugs have great potential to overcome these limitations of chemotherapeutic drugs. Methods: We synthesized and characterized a biomimetic nanodrug CMS/PEG-DOX-M. The CMS/PEG-DOX-M effectively and rapidly released DOX in U87 MG cells. Cell proliferation and apoptosis assays were examined by the MTT and TUNEL assays. The penetration of nanodrugs through the BBB and anti-tumor efficacy were investigated in the orthotopic glioblastoma xenograft models. Results: We showed that CMS/PEG-DOX-M inhibited cell proliferation of U87 MG cells and effectively induced cell apoptosis of U87 MG cells. Intracranial antitumor experiments showed that free DOX hardly penetrated the BBB, but CMS/PEG-DOX-M effectively reached the orthotopic ntracranial tumor through the BBB and significantly inhibited tumor growth. Immunofluorescence staining of orthotopic tumor tissue sections confirmed that nanodrugs promoted apoptosis of tumor cells. This study developed a multimodal nanodrug treatment system with the enhanced abilities of tumor-targeting, BBB penetration, and cancer-specific accumulation of chemotherapeutic drugs by combining chemotherapy and photothermal therapy. It can be used as a flexible and effective GBM treatment system and it may also be used for the treatment of other central nervous systems (CNS) tumors and extracranial tumors.

        This study is aimed to proposed the change in forms and roles of square dance according to the flow of modern Chinese history. Except artistic dances, China which develops in the system of Socialism have development in the field of square dance danced by ordinary people. Square dance is a kind of dancing act which has the characteristic of social integration through the public`s dancing act. The square dance in the early stage played the role of integrating the public in the socialist system. According to the social and cultural change in China, it has become a kind of dance for health nowadays. Accordingly, this study is significant in newly realizing the meaning of public dance through the analysis of the change in forms and roles of the square dance.
