        민(MIN) 설계 방법을 이용한 무인기 수평이동제어 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        최근 무인기의 형태는 다양한 형태로 개발되고 있으며, 탑재 장비의 고성능 소형화를 바탕으로 무인기는 소형화 되고 있다. 이러한 소형화되고 일반적인 형태가 아닌 무인기 개발에 있어, 기존의 개발방법으로는 이러한 비선형적인 요소로 인하여 정확한 모델링 및 제어기 알고리즘의 정형화하기가 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존이 비행체 개발 방법이 아닌, 하중 제어 개념을 적용한 Min 설계 방법의 첫 번째 단계로, 원통형 무인기에 적용하여, 수평 비행 조건과 특성 그리고 제어기 설계 알고리즘을 찾아보았다. 이러한 Min 설계 방법은 고성능 컴퓨터를 사용한 무인기 개발에 있어 실시간 시뮬레이션을 통한 비용절감과 개발기간을 단축시킬 수 있다. Recently, UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle) has evolved into various figure and become miniaturized. On using existing design method, it is hard to make modelling and standardizing design of flight control system of the figure including cylinder like pipe. These problems are caused by uncorrect express of nonlinearity in controller design. Therefore, it is developed through step of correct modelling and simulation on real time using high efficiency computer in aircraft development of various figure. This is reducing period and expense of aircraft development. For the shake of solving these problems, Min-design method has been devised by H.M. Wang. In this paper, an object of control is cylindrical UAV instead of the general figure of aircraft. It was analyzed flight condition, specification about level flight of the UAV and was presented algorithm to find control value.

        하중 제어 모델에서의 미사일 유도 법칙 하중 제어에 관한 연구

        현재 움직이는 물체의 운동을 제어하기 위해 하중이라는 개념의 사용이 시도되고 있다. 하중이라는 제어 개념으로 불확실성으로 인한 비선형성을 포함한 시스템에서 신뢰성 있는 제어값을 찾기 위해 MIN 설계 방법이 제안되었다. 이러한 MIN설계 방법에서는 기존의 선형화 방법에 의한 상태방정식에서의 제어값을 찾는 문제와 달리 비선형 하중 모텔에서 직접 제어 값을 찾는 방식을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미사일 하중 운동역학과 유도 기하학의 비선 형 역학을 고려한 하중 제어값을 찾는다. 즉 시선각 또는 미사일의 받음각 변화에 따른 진행방향에 대한 미사일의 속 도 조건을 만족하기 위한 제어값과 표적을 따라가기 위한 선회 각도을 위한 제어값을 구한다. 즉 본 논문에서는 미사 일 시스템과 추적 동역학에서 하중 제어값을 구해본다. 이렇게 구해진 하중 제어값으로 유도 제어 법칙을 비선형 시스템에서 직접 쉽게 구할 수 있음을 확인해 보았다. Recently it is tried to use load control for maneuver moving object. MIN design method proposed to solve control problem of nonlinear system using load concept. Min design method shows direct method for finding control value on the load control model. In this paper, is shown load control value for problem of line of sight on missile guidance. The load control value keep given velocity of missile and angle of attack for tracking target.

        Antioxidant effects of citrus pomace extracts processed by super-heated steam

        <P>This study was performed to investigate the enhanced antioxidant effects of citrus pomace (CP) extracts processed by super-heated steam (SHS). CP extracts were obtained using a closed SHS system at three different temperatures (100, 200, and 300 degrees C) with an extraction time of 10 or 20 min. These extracts were evaluated for their antioxidant activities by measuring their DPPH, alkyl, and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity using Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) spectroscopy and for their protective effects against H2O2-induced oxidative stress in Vero cells. All extracts exhibited strong radical scavenging activities and protective effects against H2O2-induced Vero cell damage. Especially, the SHS-CP extracts obtained at 300 degrees C with extraction times of both 10 min and 20 min exhibited antioxidant activities that were significantly higher than those of ethanol extracts and SHS-CP extracts obtained at other temperatures. The total phenolic and flavonoid contents of SHS-CP extracts and their antioxidant activities were found to be increased with elevated processing temperatures. Moreover, gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) in the presence of a methylating reagent revealed that some characteristic polyphenols and polyhydroxycyclohexanes were present in the SHS-CP extracts. Thus, this study demonstrated that SHS extraction is an efficient and environmentally friendly method for extracting antioxidants from CP.</P>

        비행 물체의 유도제어 시스템 설계를 위한 하중(중력수) 제어 모델의 성능분석

        기존의 방법에서는 비선형 운동 물체의 운동 방정식을 선형화하므로써 비행체의 운동 상태방정식을 구하고, 각 제어 기관에 따라 전달함수를 구하여 안정성 판별과 더불어 제어기를 설계하였다. 이러한 설계 방법으로는 일반적인 비행기와 같은 형태, 비행 환경이 급격하게 변하지 않고 속도가 빠르지 않는 비행체의 유도/제어기 설계에 많이 사용되어 많은 성능을 발휘할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 설계 방법은 통상적이지 않는 비행체 형태뿐만 아니라 빠른 속도에서 급격한 움직임을 갖는 비행체에서는, 기존의 유도/제어기 설계 방법으로는 이러한 비선형성으로인하여 제어성(경로문제)과 안정성(안정화문제)을 동시에 충족할 만한 성능을 발휘 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 불확실성이 내포된 비행체 제어 문제에서 제어성과 안정성을 동시에 충족시키기 위한 과정 중 먼저 제어성 문제를 해결하기 위한 비행체 제어성을 분석하고 모델을 제시한다. 또한 본 논문에서 비행체 모델과 동역학 모델에서 제어 요소로서 하중(중력수)을 설정하고 비행 특성에 따른 제어요소 값을 살펴본다. 이것은 Min 설계 방법 1단계이다. In conventional method, flight model is discribed to differential equation by linealization of nonlinear object motion equation. As state equation from differential equation of moving object, the controller is designed by transfer functions of each module under discrimination of stability criteria. But this conventional method is designed under limitation of nonlinearity from object's shape and speed. In other word, The greater part of guidance/navigation system was satisfied with the result of good performance for normal figure of flight object, not sudden changed flight condition, not high speed. But it is not able to give full play to its ability on flight object which has abnormal figure, sudden changeable motion, high speed. Therefore, in this paper was presented performance analysis of load control model for navigation/guidance system on flying object being uncertainty, non-linear like abnormal figure, sudden changeable motion, high speed and is presented method of trajectory control(controllability) ahead of controllability and stability to achieve flight mission. In other word, this paper shows the first step of Min-design method and flight control model.

        연구보문 : 자연과학 ; 황산처리에 의한 불투수성 황근 종자의 발아촉진에 관한 연구

        The reason of poor germination rate of hamabo mallow seed was speculated using TZ test to determine the viability of seed. Seeds showed high viability via TZ test were not germinated well. The quiescent seeds did not imbibed properly due to the hard seed coat and did not show further processes required for germination. Several well-known treatments for seed coat loosening and water uptake into seed were applied and compared for their efficiency. Stratification, hot water treatment, seed coat scarification, wet-cold treatment were revealed as less effective for improving germination although those treatments were common method for breaking dormant seed. Chemical scarification with sulfuric acid, however, effectively increased germinability and promptness index of hamabo mallow seeds. Optimal time for sulfuric acid treatment was 20 min. Seeds treated for 20 min showed improved germination percentage, germination speed, and promptness index of 80%, 13, and 1969 at 30 days after imbibition, respectively, in petri dish experiment. The values were greater than control seeds showed low values (12%, 1, and 183, respectively). The similar tendency was observed in the pot experiment that sulfuric acid treated seed were sown in artificially mixed soil (loamy soil:peatmoss:sand:compost = 5:2:2:1) and placed in greenhouse. Ultrastructure analysis of chemically scarified seed with sulfuric acid for 20 min by scanning electron microscopy did not show any noticeable changes in seed coat hardness and water uptake via hilum. But the only change after sulfuric acid treatment was removal of hilum cap that close the hilum and hider imbibition. Therefore, subsequent experiment was conducted to know the relationship between removal of hilum cap and facilitated imbibition by sulfuric acid treatment and whether the hilum cap removal directly influenced to the opening of micropyle. Water uptake velocity of seed treated for 20 min in concentrated sulfuric acid for was greater than control seed. This result implies that the crucial effect of sulfuric acid treatment is the removal of hilum cap that increase water uptake via micropyle in hamabo mallow.

        The Effect of Aerobic Exercise Training Versus Resveratrol Supplementation on Mitochondrial Biogenesis in Skeletal Muscle of High-fat Diet-induced Obese Mice

        본 연구에서는 고지방식이로 유발된 비만 쥐의 골격근에서 유산소 운동과 레스베라트롤 투여가 미토콘드리아 생합성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 4주령 C57BL/6의 수컷 쥐를 이용하여, 일반 식이 그룹(NC, n=10), 고지방식이 그룹(HR, n=10), 레스베라트롤 투여와 고지방식이 그룹(HRe, n=10), 유산소 운동 그룹(HE, n=10)으로 분류하였다. 유산소 운동은 16주 동안 40~60 min/day 동안 10-14m/min, 0% grade의 강도로 주당 4회 트레드밀 운동을 실시하였고, 레스베라트롤은 16주 동안 1일 1회, 주당 4회 체중 당 25 mg/kg을 투여하였다. COX-IV mRNA 발현은 NC와 HC 그룹 간에 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p<0.05), HE 그룹의 SIRT-3, PGC-1α 및 COX-IV mRNA 발현은 HC 및 HRe 그룹에 비해 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 또한, 오직 HE 그룹의 PGC-1α 및 COX-IV mRNA의 발현만이 HC 그룹에 비해 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과를 종합해보면, 고지방식이로 유발된 비만 쥐는 골격근에서 미토콘드리아 생합성 유전자 발현에 영향을 나타내지 않는 것으로 보인다. 하지만, 유산소 운동 훈련은 고지방식이로 유발된 비만 쥐의 골격근에서 미토콘드리아 생합성 유전자 발현을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 레스베라트롤 투여가 아닌 유산소 운동이 고지방식이로 유도된 쥐의 골격근에서 미토콘드리아 생합성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of aerobic exercise and resveratrol supplementation on mitochondrial biogenesis in skeletal muscle of high-fat diet-induced obese mice. In this study, 4-wk-old C57BL/6 male mice were divided into four groups, with 10 animals in each group: a normal diet group (NC), high-fat diet group (HC), high-fat diet group with resveratrol supplementation (HRe), and high-fat diet GROUP with exercise (HE). Aerobic exercise was performed on a treadmill for 40~60 min/d at 10~14 m/min, 0% grade, 4 d/wk for 16 wk. Resveratrol (25 mg/kg bodyweight) was administrated once a day, 4 d/wk for 16 wk. There was a significance difference in COX-IV mRNA expression in the NC group versus that in the HC group (p<0.05). The expression of the SIRT-3, PGC-1a, and COX-IV mRNA genes in the HE group increased significantly as compared with the expression of these genes in the HC and HRe groups (p<0.05). These results indicated that high- fat diet- induced obesity did not affect mitochondria biogenesis gene expression in skeletal muscle. In contrast, aerobic exercise training increased the expression of mitochondria biogenesis gene expression in skeletal muscle in high-fat diet-induced obese mice. These findings suggested that aerobic exercise but not resveratrol supplementation had a positive effect on mitochondrial biogenesis in skeletal muscle in high-fat diet-induced obese mice.

        Effect of oxidizing treatment on electrocatalytic activity of boron-doped amorphous carbon thin films

        Boron-doped amorphous carbon (BDAC) thin films with a regular oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalytic activity were synthesized in a hot filament chemical vapor deposition device using a mixture of CH4 and H2 as a gas source and B2O3 as a boron source and then oxidized in air at 380–470 °C for 15–75 min. Scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and electrochemical tests were used to characterize the physical and electrochemical properties of the BDAC catalysts. It was concluded that the BDAC catalyst oxidized at 450 °C for 45 min showed the best ORR catalytic activity in alkaline medium. The oxygen reduction potential and the transfer electron number n, respectively, are − 0.286 V versus Ag/AgCl and 3.24 from the rotating disk electrode experiments. The treated carbon film has better methanol resistance and stability than the commercial Pt/C catalyst.

        Three-dimensional Network Structure of Conductive Composites by Hybrid Conductive Fillers of Silver/graphene

        In order to explore new generations of interconnecting materials in electronic packaging industries, silvernanoparticles (Ag NPS) and graphene nanosheets (GNS) were introduced into matrix resin to prepare conductive composites. The electrical and mechanical of above electrically conductive adhesives (ECAs) were investigated and characterized. It wasfound that the ECAs can be solidified through a chemical sintering in the air at 150 oC for 30 min. The results indicated thatthe percolation threshold of resistivity reaches 3.5×10-4 Ω·cm for ECAs filled with 65 wt.% Ag NPS, 0.5 wt.% GNS and theshear strength reaches 10.8 MPa, suggesting excellent electric conductivity and bonding strength.

        Meta-mordant Dyeing with Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Ktze var. waldensae (S.Y.Hu) Chang (Yellow-bud Tea) Extract for Wool Fabrics Treated by UV Radiation

        The wool fabrics were treated by ultraviolet (UV) radiation and then dyed with Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Ktze var. waldensae (S.Y.Hu) Chang (yellow-bud tea) extract using meta-mordant dyeing method. The results indicated that the hydrophilicity of wool fabrics was improved after UV radiation treatment, which was conducive in improving color performance for the meta-mordant dyeing with yellow-bud tea extract of wool fabrics. The optimal dyeing process was that the powdered extract (5.0 % o.w.f) and the CuSO4 (2.0 % o.w.f) were added to the dyeing liquor, the pH value was adjusted to 3.5-4.0 by HCOOH, the wool fabrics treated by UV radiation for 10 min and then were dyed at a bath ratio of 1:50 under 95 oC for 70 min. By means of three-factor quadratic current rotation revolving design (TQCRRD) method, the computation results of the mathematical equations and models indicated that UV radiation was the most important factor for meta-CuSO4 dyeing with yellow-bud tea extract for wool fabrics.
