      • Research on Chaos and Governance of Live Webcast in China

        With the advent of China s network era, more and more related industries have emerged. As one of them, the webcast industry has occupied a certain proportion in the daily entertainment life of modern people. The live webcast has become a part of modern people s spare time. People enrich their own leisure life by engaging in or watching webcasts. The chaos in the live webcast has a corresponding impact on people s ideological values. How to analyze and solve the adverse effects in the development of the network live broadcasting industry and help the future development of the industry has become an urgent problem for our society. This paper analyzes the online live chaos from the external manifestat ions, causes, corresponding hazards and countermeasures of the online live chaos, and summarizes and summarizes the recent cases of various kinds of live webcast. Put forward some solutions to help the network broadcast in the future.

      • 基于边疆治理视域的铸牢中华民族共同体意识三维分析

        边疆治理是实现民族统一、推动国家整体性、健康性发展的关键工作,而建立、发展与巩固中华民族共同体意识,是国家民族统一发展的重要思想基础,二者具有一定的耦合性。立足边疆治理视域下,从不同维度对铸牢中华民族共同体意识展开分析,对于边疆治理难题化解、边疆治理措施优化具有驱动作用,利于提高边疆治理的质量与效率。为此,文章以边疆治理为背景,立足历史维度、价值维度、 实践维度分别阐述了铸牢中华民族共同体意识的发展进路、价值作用以及实践路径,旨在通过三维分析为中华民族共同体意识稳固建立产生驱动,从而为边疆治理工作的科学开展提供有力支持。 Border governance is the key work to achieve national reunification and promote the overall and healthy development of the country, and the establishment, development and consolidation of the sense of community of the Chinese nation is an important ideological basis for the unified development of the country’s ethnic unity, and the two have a certain degree of coupling. Based on the perspective of Border governance, the analysis of forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation from different dimensions has a driving role in solving the problems of Border governance and optimizing the measures of Border governance, which is conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of Border governance. Therefore, this paper takes the background of Border governance, based on the historical dimension, the value dimension and the practical dimension, respectively expounds the development approach, value role and practical path of forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation, aiming to actively promote the stability of the sense of community of the Chinese nation through three-dimensional analysis, so as to provide strong support for the scientific development of border governance.

        Extrafascial hysterectomy after concurrent chemoradiotherapy in locally advanced cervical adenocarcinoma

        Objective: To evaluate whether adjuvant simple hysterectomy after concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) improves progression-free survival (PFS) compared with current standard care in locally advanced cervical adenocarcinoma (LACAC). Methods: We reviewed a cohort of 55 patients with LACAC (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics [FIGO] stage IB2, IIA2, IIB, III without distant metastasis) diagnosed and treated with radical CCRT at Peking Union Medical College Hospital between January 2004 and October 2014. We compared 34 patients who underwent adjuvant extrafascial hysterectomy with 21 patients with standard care after CCRT. The primary outcome was PFS. Overall survivals (OS) between the two groups were also compared. Surgery feasibility, operative complications, and pathologic features after radiation therapy were also analyzed. Results: PFS was significantly improved in surgery group (log-rank p=0.0097; hazard ratio [HR], 0.3431; 95% CI, 0.152 to 0.772), as were OS (log-rank p=0.0419; HR, 0.3667; 95% CI, 0.139 to 0.964). Analysis of stage IIB demonstrates a similar result. There were no severe complications related to postradiation surgery in this series. The mean blood loss was less in laparoscopic group than those in the open group (87 mL vs. 208 mL, p=0.036, Mann-Whitney U-test). Approximately 47% patients (16/34) had pathologic residue tumor on hysterectomy specimens. About 94% patients (32/34) got complete remission after adjuvant surgery. Conclusion: Adjuvant hysterectomy after CCRT improves survival outcome for patients with LACAC compared with current standard care. Extrafascial hysterectomy is sufficient in tumor reduction and laparoscopic procedure may be more promising with lower blood loss and expedite recovery.

        Fatigue life prediction model of Ti-6Al-4V alloy forgings based on forging process parameters

        Forging processing parameters have an important impact on the fatigue resistance of metal in the process of plastic forming, which directly threatens the safety and reliability of the metal’s service. Taking Ti-6Al-4V alloy as the research object, this study investigates the effect of processing parameters, including forging temperature and deformation degree on the Young's modulus, ultimate tensile strength, and reduction of fracture area on the basis of the mechanical property testing of Ti-6Al-4V alloy forgings and obtains the regression equations at the same time. Combined with the existing stress fatigue life prediction formula, the fatigue life prediction based on forging process parameters is realized. Results show that forging temperature and deformation degree have a significant effect on fatigue life. The forging processing parameters of Ti-6Al-4V alloy with optimum fatigue life are as follows: 985 °C-990 °C forging temperature and 46 %-50 % deformation degree.

        Removal of Uranium from Uranium Plant Wastewater Using Zero-Valent Iron in an Ultrasonic Field

        Uranium removal from uranium plant wastewater using zero-valent iron in an ultrasonicfield was investigated. Batch experiments designed by the response surface methodology(RSM) were conducted to study the effects of pH, ultrasonic reaction time, and dosage ofzero-valent iron on uranium removal efficiency. From the experimental data obtained inthis work, it was found that the ultrasonic method employing zero-valent iron powdereffectively removes uranium from uranium plant wastewater with a uranium concentrationof 2,772.23 mg/L. The pH ranges widely from 3 to 7 in the ultrasonic field, and theprediction model obtained by the RSM has good agreement with the experimental results.

        As an important supporting project for the development of western region, the action of prospering the border and enriching the people was officially launched in 1998. Up to now, it has gone through a history of 24 years. The action of prospering the border areas and enriching the people has made China s border areas get rid of poverty and backwardness gradually. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, located in western China, has been a multi-ethnic region since ancient times. It is not only connected with China s inland provinces, but also an important land route connecting Central Asia, the Middle East and South Asia. The development of Xinjiang is not only related to the smooth development of China s western region, but also related to the continuous advancement of China s national unity, border prosperity and people s prosperity, and the smooth progress of China s Belt and Road Initiative. This paper analyzes the experience of ethnic unity since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, and on this basis, discusses how to promote ethnic unity in Xinjiang and further promote the smooth progress of the Belt and Road Initiative s construction by prospering the border areas and enriching the people.

      • Intercomparison of ADC-Lite Images on UAV and TM Simulation Data for Soybean Leaf Area Index Retrieval

        Currently, TM images has a very high practical value and widely used in all aspects of agricultural. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) remote sensing platform mounted ADC-Lite multi-spectral sensor has consistent channels response functions with TM sensor in TM2, TM3 and TM4, demonstrated to compete with TM sensor, due to low operational cost, high operational flexibility, high spatial resolution of imagery (0.018m with flight altitude 50m) and heterogeneity both at time and spatial-scale. In order to make sure whether it has widely used as TM sensor, moreover, the aim of this work is to assess ADC-Lite performance such as its adaptability and practicability. In this paper, ADC-Lite multi-spectral data, ground truth ASD hyperspectral and Leaf area index (LAI) data were acquired in soybean planting area, Jiaxiang County, Shandong Province on September18th, 2015. Since the ADC-Lite has different spatial scales with TM, this paper used TM simulation data transformed by ground truth ASD data, constructed LAI inversion model by empirical model based on two sensors and ground measured data, using 5 vegetation indices: ratio vegetation index (RVI), normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), soil adjust vegetation index (SAVI), difference vegetation index (DVI) and triangular vegetation index (TVI). Determination coefficient R2, root mean square error (RMSE) and the estimation accuracy (EA) 3 indicators were acquired to assess the model. This work suggests that the established model of ADC-Lite sensor with TM simulation sensor has high consistency in accuracy. NDVI linear regression model derived from both of them presented a strong correlation with ground-measured LAI. It’s preliminarily shown that ADC-Lite images assess soybean LAI is feasible. This is anticipated to have tremendous implications that ADC-Lite can be made supplement for existing satellites, aerial and ground sensing, provide important information for Crop condition monitoring and critical data to support crop maturity, nutrition monitoring and fertilization management.

        In Vitro Synergistic Interaction of 5-O-Methylglovanon and Ampicillin against Ampicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis Isolates

        5-O-methylglovanon (5-O-MG) is a bioactive compound that was first isolated and characterized from Glycosmis plants. In this study, we found that chemically synthesized 5-O-MG has antimicrobial ability against eleven clinical ampicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and S. epidermidis isolates. The MICs of 5-O-MG against the S. aureus and S. epidermidis isolates were 12.5-50 μg/mL and 25-50 μg/mL, respectively. In combination with ampicillin, a synergistic interaction between 5-O-MG and ampicillin against the eleven resistant Staphylococcus isolates was observed, with fractional inhibitory concentration indices of 0.03-0125. Moreover, the anti-staphylococcal activity of 5-O-MG in combination with ampicillin was comparable with that of clavulanic acid in combination with ampicillin. The drug combination had no antagonistic effects when tested against any of the strains. Time-killing assays confirmed the synergy between 5-O-MG and ampicillin (p < 0.01). The combination of these two agents yielded greater than a 2 log_10 cfu/mL decrease in comparison with 5-O-MG or ampicillin alone. These findings suggest that 5-O-MG is a promising compound with the potential for future anti-staphylococcal drug development.
