        A Convergence Study on the Factors Influencing Audience Acceptance of AIGC Hybrid Intelligent Animation - Taking Netflix’s “The Dog & The Boy” as an Example -

        With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, its application in the creative industry, especially in the field of animation, is continuously increasing. Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) technology is revolutionizing the traditional production process, introducing new methods of creation. AIGC, integrating technologies such as computer vision, natural language processing, and generative adversarial networks, assists in character design, scene construction, and script writing. This integration not only improves efficiency and reduces costs but also sparks discussions on creativity, copyright, and audience acceptance. Despite the increasing use of AIGC, understanding of how audiences accept AIGC hybrid intelligent animation, especially on streaming platforms like Netflix, remains limited. This study, taking Netflixs AIGC hybrid intelligent animation The Dog & The Boy as an example, explores the key factors affecting user acceptance of AIGC hybrid intelligent animation. The results show that perceived value and social influence have a significant positive impact on user acceptance, while the impact of technology anxiety is smaller, and media barriers have a significant negative impact on user acceptance. These findings reveal the complexity of user acceptance of innovative technology in the creative industry, provide deep insights into the potential and challenges of AIGC in the animation field, and mark an important step in the evolution of the relationship between technology and creativity.

        Endophytic Fungus Trichothecium roseum LZ93 Antagonizing Pathogenic Fungi In Vitro and Its Secondary Metabolites

        The endophytic fungus Trichothecium roseum LZ93 from Maytenus hookeri was found to antagonize other pathogenic fungi in vitro. To identify which compound contributed substantially to the antagonism, we fermented the strain and purified its fermentation products. Eleven compounds were obtained, including two trichothecenes, five rosenonolactones, two cardiotonic cyclodepsipeptides, and two sterols. Compound 11β-hydroxyrosenonolactone (1) was assigned according to 1D and 2D-NMR data for the first time. At the same time, the 1H and 13C-NMR assignments for 6β-hydroxyrosenonolactone (2) were revised. Of all of them, only trichothecin (6) showed strong antifungal activity. Based on our observations of the antagonistic activity and the other experimental results, we suggest that the antifungal compound trichothecin was the main contributor to the antagonistic action of T. roseum LZ93.

      • QTBiCGSTAB Algorithm for Large Linear Systemand Parallelized

        According to the traditional stabilized biconjugate gradient algorithm (BiCGSTAB) deficiency in data locality, this paper proposed a QTBiCGSTAB algorithm whose core idea is that recursively divides sparse matrix with quarter tree into sub-matrix and reorders them, to improve the hit ratio of cache and enhance the algorithm’s efficiency. And the idea is good for algorithm being parallized, that is proved by the numerical experiments later. It mainly shows, firstly, QTBiCGSTAB algorithm is more efficiency than BiCGSTAB, and the speedup would reach 1:330. The target division length would be influnced on the algorithm’s performance; Secondly, for large linear system, parallized QTBiCGSTAB is more efficiency than serial’s.

      • Common mode leakage current analysis for Transformerless PV system with long DC side cables

        Due to the advantages of high efficiency and low cost, grid connected inverter based transformerless PV systems have been widespread during the last two decades. The key problem, which arises in absence of galvanic isolation, is the presence of a common mode (CM) leakage current on both AC and DC side of the inverter. In this paper, the influence of long DC side cable to the CM leakage current is taken into account for the first time. Moreover, an improved pai-structure model of the PV panel is proposed. It differs from the traditional single capacitance model in that the panel frame, the mounting rack as well as the connecting wire is all considered. Based upon the proposed model, the common mode leakage current is evaluated in both time domain and frequency domain. Simulation and experimental results give a firm support to the proposed model.

      • Research on Stability of Strategic Alliance in Heilongjiang Soybean Processing Industry : an Empirical Study based on AHP and FCE Method

        In recent years, as the economic continuous development, market competition has been dramatically increasing. In order to maintain competition advantage, enterprises have to seek for more cooperation. As a new model of cooperation, industry strategic alliance is a significant method for cooperation to get competitive advantage, also increasing the rate of innovation. However, due to a variety of factors, part of the alliance is not stable, failure rate is very high. Heilongjiang province soybean processing industry strategic alliance as one of the best agricultural strategic alliance in China, it is also disturbed by it. In order to ensure the healthy and stable development of the alliance, in this paper, we will draw on relevant literature and expert advice, also field visits to the alliance, finding out the factors affecting the stability of the alliance. Then, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to identify high impact factors, and puts forward specific comments based on the factors identified, thereby enhancing the long-term stable development of the alliance. At the same time, it also laid the foundation for the healthy development of other alliances.

      • Optimal design of EMI filters for PV system based on parasitic parameter and stability analysis

        Electromagnetic magnetic interference (EMI) issue has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the photovoltaic (PV) inverter system. Therefore, it should not be ignored. In order to optimize the EMI filter design, high frequency characteristic of a PV system is studied in this paper. A conducted EMI model is proposed. The proposed model take into consider the influences of PV array parameters, DC side cable impedance, inverter parasitic capacitance and the unbalance of AC side impedance. Based upon that model, a passive EMI filter used for the DC side of a PV system is designed and fabricated. And the designing steps have been given thoroughly. To acquire the best performance of the filter, a stabilization analysis based on Routh criterion is also made. Finally, experimental results are presented to verify the efficient of the proposed EMI filter.

        Enhanced Lithium Storage Properties of High Sulfur Doped Hard Carbon Derived from Thiophene-Containing Conjugated Microporous Polymer

        The development of hard carbon with high capacity and long cycling stability is a signifi cant issue for lithium ion batteries. Herein, thiophene-containing conjugated microporous polymer (SCMP) was synthesized using 1,3,5-triethynylbenzene 2,5-dibromothiophene by Sonogashira-Hagihara crosscoupling reactions. Then, high sulfur doped hard carbon (SHC) and KOH activated SHC (SHC-K) are prepared by direct carbonization and KOH-assisted carbonization of SCMP, respectively. Both samples were then investigated by SEM, elemental analysis, FTIR, XPS and Nitrogen adsorption/desorption. Taking advantages of sulfur content and abundant porosity, SHC-K delivers a fi rst charge specifi c capacity of 842.2 mAh g −1 at 0.1 A g −1 and a specifi c charge capacity of 565.9 mAh g −1 after 500 cycles at 0.6 A g −1 .

        왜 중국의 불평등이 증가하는가?: 국가의 발전 전략, 사회 제도, 정치경제적 관점의 재검토

        1978년 개혁개방 이후 중국은 빠른 속도로 경제성장이 이룩했다. 지난 40년 동안 절대적 빈곤이 극적으로 감소했지만 심각한 경제적 불평등을 초래하면서, 중국은 세계에서 매우 평등한 사회에서 빈부 격차가 큰 사회로 전환되었다. 이 논문은 중국 불평등이 증가하는 원인을 구조적 관점과 정치경제적 관점으로 구분하여 평가하고 새로운 정책 대안을 모색하고자 한다. 이 연구는 지구화와 도시화의 효과를 강조하는 구조적 관점이 중국의 불평등을 거시적으로 설명하려 시도하지만 일정한 이론적 한계가 있다고 보고, 중국 정부의 발전 전략과 재분배 정책, 기업 지배구조의 변화와 노동조합의 약화 등 정치경제적 역학 관계가 불평등의 증가에 커다란 영향을 미쳤다고 강조한다. 특히 중국의 사회보장제도는 2010년 이후 많이 발전했지만 여전히 지출과 급여 구분 계층화(공무원, 도시 직공), 지역 차별화(도-농, 동-중-서), 시스템 발전 불균형 등의 특색을 가지고 있다. 게다가 사회지출 비율과 조세 부담률이 낮아서 부의 재분배 역할을 제대로 수행하지 못한다. 이런 점에서 향후 중국의 발전 전략은 균형 발전을 중시하는 동시에 삶의 질을 강조하는 인간적 발전을 지향해야 하며, 특히 빈부격차를 줄이는 사회정책에 역점을 둔 공유적 발전국가를 추구해야 한다. Since the reform and opening up in 1978, China has achieved rapid economic growth, which has resulted in a significant decline of absolute poverty and huge economic inequality at the same time. China transformed from the most egalitarian country to one with a wider gap between the rich and the poor. This article evaluates the causes of increasing inequality from structural and political economic perspectives, and tries to seek new policy alternatives. Although the structural perspective emphasizing the effects of globalization, urbanization and marketization attempts to explain China’s inequality, there are some limitations. We argue that the developmental strategy, redistribution mechanism, and the weaken role of the labor union have a greater influence on the growing inequality. In particular, China’s social security system has some drawbacks such as stratification of allowance spending, regional differentiation and imbalanced development, although it has developed rapidly since 2010. In addition, the social expenditure rate and tax burden rate are low, which prevents the redistribution of income and wealth. Thus, it should be pointed out that the future developmental strategy of China needs to emphasize human development while pursuing balanced development, and in particular, while pursuing a new strategy for a shared developmental state that emphasizes social welfare policies that reduces the gap between the rich and the poor.

        Dysfunction of Shh signaling activates autophagy to inhibit trophoblast motility in recurrent miscarriage

        In early pregnancy, the placenta anchors the conceptus and supports embryonic development and survival. This study aimed to investigate the underlying functions of Shh signaling in recurrent miscarriage (RM), a serious disorder of pregnancy. In the present study, Shh and Gli2 were mainly observed in cytotrophoblasts (CTBs), Ptch was mainly observed in syncytiotrophoblasts (STBs), and Smo and Gli3 were expressed in both CTBs and STBs. Shh signaling was significantly impaired in human placenta tissue from recurrent miscarriage patients compared to that of gestational age-matched normal controls. VEGF-A and CD31 protein levels were also significantly decreased in recurrent miscarriage patients. Furthermore, inhibition of Shh signaling impaired the motility of JAR cells by regulating the expression of Gli2 and Gli3. Intriguingly, inhibition of Shh signaling also triggered autophagy and autolysosome accumulation. Additionally, knockdown of BECN1 reversed Gant61-induced motility inhibition. In conclusion, our results showed that dysfunction of Shh signaling activated autophagy to inhibit trophoblast motility, which suggests the Shh pathway and autophagy as potential targets for RM therapy.

        Optimal Timing Control of Discrete-Time Linear Switched Stochastic Systems

        Optimal switch-time control is the study that investigates how best to switch between different modes. In this paper, we investigate the optimal switch-time control problem for discrete-time linear switched stochastic systems. In particular, under the assumption that the sequence of active subsystems is pre-specified, we focus on the problem where the objective is to minimize a cost functional defined on the states and the switching times are the only control variables. For systems with one switching time, using calculus of variations, we firstly derive the difference formulae of the cost functional with respect to the switching time, which can be directly used to find the optimal switching instant. Then, a method is presented to deal with the problem with multiple switching times case. Finally, the viability of the proposed method is illustrated through two numerical examples.
