부정적 피드백의 구체성 수준이 시간왜곡 및 정서변화에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 부정적 피드백의 구체성 수준이 시간왜곡에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 이를 위해, 총 80명의 대학생을 모집 후, 피드백의 정서가(긍정, 부정)와 구체성 수준(추상, 구체)에 따라 4개의 집단에 무선할당 하였다. 피드백은 스트룹 과제를 수행하여 결과에 관계없이 각 집단 조건에 따라 설정한 피드백을 제시하였다(추상-긍정, 추상-부정, 구체-긍정, 구체-부정). 피드백 제시 전후의 시간왜곡을 확인하기 위해 실험참가자들은 시간양분 분할과제를 수행하였으며, 피드백에 의한 정서변화를 측정하기 위해 PANAS 자기보고식 설문지를 작성하였다. 실험 결과, 피드백의 정서가와 구체성 수준 간 상호작용 효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 부정적 조건에서는 추상적 피드백이 구체적 피드백에 비해 더 긴 시간왜곡을 유발하였지만, 긍정적 조건에서는 추상적 피드백과 구체적 피드백 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 정서변화는 정서가에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 부정적 피드백을 받은 집단이 긍정적 피드백을 받은 집단에 비해 더 부정적 정서변화를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 특정 집단에 대한 연구로 확장하여 적응적인 대인관계를 위한 구체적인 전략을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The aim of this study was to identify the effect of negative feedback on time distortion by specific levels. Participants were 80 undergraduate students who were randomized for 4 feedback condition groups by valence (positive, negative) and specific level (abstract, concrete). We used the temporal bisection task to test a variation of pre-post time perception. Results indicated a group of negative feedback was increased negative emotion and was overestimated relative to a group of positive feedback. In addition to, a group of abstract-negative feedback perceived to last longer than other groups. In emotional change, a group of negative feedback was changed more negative, but not other group. Findings are demonstrated that time distortion was induced by specific levels of negative feedback. Characteristics of feedback play an important role in social context such as communication. therefore, they can consider interesting factors for application of time distortion studies in different situations.
Bone Loss Preventing Effect of Sophorae Fructus On Ovariectomized Rats

The preventive effects of Sophorae Fructus extracts (I: hot water extract and II: combination product using I) on bone loss in ovariectomized (OVX) rats were investigated. Sophorae Fructus extracts were orally administrated to OVX rats for 9 weeks. Ovariectomy caused the increase of body weight and deoxypyridinoline (Dpd: bone resorption marker) and decrease of calcium (Ca: bone formation marker) level in serum. Dpd level were significantly decreased and Ca levels were elevated at 9 weeks in Sophorae Fructus extracts administered groups after ovariectomy at a dose of 0.556 g/kg/day compared with control group. In administered groups, trabecular bone area (TBA) in the tibia and lumbar were also increased compared with control group in histomorphological analysis. The preventive or treatment effects of Sophorae Fructus extracts on bone loss in OVX rats appears to be due to suppression of bone turnover.

Twenty-two water samples(fifteen groundwater and seven geothermal water samples) were collected to elucidate chemical characteristics of the ground and geothermal waters in the Haeundae hot-spring area and its vicinity. Major and minor elements were analyzed for ground and geothermal water samples. The concentrations of K^-, Na^-, Ca^2+, SO_4^2-, Cl^-, F^+ and SiO_2 were higher in the geothermal water samples than the groundwater samples except HCO_3 and Mg^2+ ions. Based on the contents of Fe, Zn, Cu, Al, Mn and Pb, some of the ground and geothermal water samples are contaminated by anthropogenic sources. The ground waters shown on the Piper diagram belong to Ca-HCO_3 type, while the geothermal waters Na-Cl type. The graphs of Cl^- versus Na^+, Ca^2+ Mg^2+, K^-, SO_4^2- and HCO_3^- indicate that the groundwater is related partly with mineral-water reaction and partly with anthropogenic contamination, while the geothermal water is related with saline water. On the phase stability diagram, groundwater and thermal water mostly fall in the field of stability of kaolinite. This indicates that the ground and geothermal waters proceed with forming kaolinite. Factor and correlation analyses were carried out to simplify the physicochemical data into grouping some factors and to find interaction between them. Based on the Na-K, Na-K-Ca and Na-K-Ca-Mg geothermometers and silica geothermometers, the geothermal reservoir is estimated to have equilibrium temperature between 125℃ and 160℃.
소켓연결 방식을 이용한 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 제형 거더의 구조성능 평가

본 연구는 소켓연결방식을 이용한 PSC 제형 거더를 구성하는 프리캐스트 부재의 소켓연결 성능을 검증하고 복부 부재의 최적화 단면을 산정할 수 있도록 단위부재 실험을 수행하여 거더의 구조성능을 평가하였다. 실험은 연결부의 성능실 험과 복부의 휨 및 전단 성능 실험을 수행 하였으며 모두 4점 재하방식으로 수행되었다. 실험결과 소켓연결을 실시한 시험체 에서의 초기균열하중은 기준시험체 대비 크게 저하 되었으나 최대하중 이후의 거동은 큰 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 철근의 고리 이음부 길이는 최대하중에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 복부 전단 실험 결과 프리스트레싱 강봉으로 전단 보강을 실시한 시험체에서 기준시험체 대비 높은 사인장 균열하중을 나타내었다. 복부 휨 실험 결과 인장측에 프리스트레싱 강봉으 로 보강한 시험체에서 가장 큰 최대하중 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. In this study, in order to asses the structural performance of trapezoidal PSC girder using a socket joint system and it is possible to calculate the optimized cross-section of the web element tests were carried out for each specimens. we conducted a socket joint performance test, web bending and shear performance tests and all tests were performed at 4 point loading method. The initial crack load of socket joint specimen was significantly lower than the reference specimen but post peak behavior was no significant differences. And the length of the loop joint of the reinforcing bars had no significant effect on the maximum load. As a web shear tests, to obtain a maximum load of the specimen has a prestressing rod reinforced at tension side. As a web flexural tests, to obtain higher diagonal cracking load in specimen of reinforced using prestressing rod than reference specimen.

To develop starters for the production of functional foods or materials, lactic acid bacteria producing γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) were screened from jeotgals, Korean fermented seafoods. One isolate producing a high amount of GABA from monosodium L-glutamate (MSG) was identified as Enterococcus avium by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. E. avium M5 produced 18.47 ± 1.26 mg/ml GABA when incubated for 48 h at 37℃ in MRS broth with MSG (3% (w/v)). A gadB gene encoding glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) was cloned and overexpressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3) using the pET26b (+) expression vector. Recombinant GAD was purified through a Ni-NTA column and the size was estimated to be 53 kDa by SDS-PAGE. Maximum GAD activity was observed at pH 4.5 and 55℃ and the activity was dependent on pyridoxal 5`-phosphate. The K<sub>m</sub> and V<sub>max</sub> values of GAD were 3.26 ± 0.21 mM and 0.0120 ± 0.0001 mM/min, respectively, when MSG was used as a substrate. Enterococcus avium M5 secretes a lot of GABA when grown on MRS with MSG, and the strain is useful for the production of fermented foods containing a high amount of GABA.

Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) caused by the Hantaan virus is an acute illness characterized by high fever, hemorrhagic symptoms, and renal insufficiency. The natural history of HFRS is heterogeneous, with some patients suffering a self-limited influenza-like febrile illness and others progressing to shock and death. There are also various extrarenal manifestations of HFRS. However, the simultaneous presentation of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and seizures in a patient with HFRS has rarely been reported. Herein we present the case of a patient presenting with AMI and seizures associated with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
