NGO, Chi Thanh,NGUYEN, Thi Ngoc Mai,NGUYEN, Duy Dat,LE, Hoang Ba Huyen,LE, Van Cuong,LE, Thi Binh Korea Distribution Science Association 2020 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.7 No.9

The study aims to investigate factors affecting enterprise's satisfaction and loyalty toward the Social Security's online public services, looking at the case of Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam. This study employs samples with 216 enterprises that use online public system of Thanh Hoa province's Social Security. The research model is closely linked to the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988). We propose 23 scales that constitute the quality of service, three scales that constitute Customer Satisfaction and three components that constitute Customer Loyalty. This study use the tool of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Cronbach's Alpha test, Confirm Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in order to address the question of satisfaction and loyalty. The result shows that the factor with the most impact is Reliability, next is Capacity of staffs, Tangibles, Attitude of staffs, and the least impacting factor is Empathy; moreover, the results also show that Satisfaction has a strong impact on Customer Loyalty. The findings of this study suggest that Thanh Hoa province's Social Security should: (i) strengthen the reliability of online service system; (ii) build capacity for staffs; (iii) develop the responsiveness of electronic transactions systems; and (iv) improve the empathy of staffs.

Nguyen Van Thinh,Le Dai Vuong,Do Viet On,Truong Van Chuong,Le Vu Truong Son,Trinh Ngoc Dat,Le Van Thanh Son,Vo Thanh Tung 한양대학교 청정에너지연구소 2023 Journal of Ceramic Processing Research Vol.24 No.3

(1-x)[(Pb0.94Sr0.05La0.01)(Zr0.54Ti0.46)0.9975O3]-x[Bi(Mn1/2Ti1/2)O3] (PSLZT-BMT) ferroelectric material ceramics with x in therange of 0-0.05 mol were successfully synthesized following the conventional solid-phase route. The materials were thoroughlyinvestigated to study their structural phase, microstructure, ferro-piezoelectric characteristics, and dielectric behavior. Theexperimental results show that the density of the samples decreased from 7.75 to 7.58 g/cm3, and the relative density decreasedin the range of 98.48%-96.28%. However, with increasing contents of BMT, the dielectric and ferroelectric properties ofPSLZT-BMT ceramics tend to decrease, specifically the maximum dielectric constant (εmax) of PSLZT-BMT decreased in therange of 23579-9991 and the residual polarization (Pr) decreases in the range of 22.54-7.87 μC/cm2 when the doping contentincreased in the range of 0.0-0.05 mol. The diffusivity values (γ) of the PSLZT-BMT material are 1.74, 1.78, 1.82, 1.84, 1.79,and 1.77 when the doping content x varies as 0.0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, and 0.05 mol, respectively, which is characteristic ofrelaxor ferroelectric materials. Besides, the Tm, TB, TC-W, and C values depend on BMT concentration, and the trend decreases.

      • 1-dimensional Crystallization of Polycarbonate by Rapid Thermal Quenching with Entropy Diluent

Van Thanh Vu,황명순,강영종 한국고분자학회 2021 한국고분자학회 학술대회 연구논문 초록집 Vol.46 No.1

Recently, crystallization of stereo-irregular atactic-PMMA with entropy diluent was reported, providing unique 1-D structure and strong mechanical property. Hypo-crystalline poly (bisphenol-A carbonate) (hc-PC) was similarly prepared by rapid thermal quenching process using benzoic acid as entropy diluent. Also, PC crystals were prepared by precipitation and solvent casting methods for comparison. While precipitation and solvent casting methods follows conventional polymer crystallization resulted to spherulite PC crystal structure, hc-PC exhibits 1-D structure with ordered lateral packing between chains (d = 4.1 and 3.4 Å) which is independent from chain conformation and the other two dimension was still amorphous. 1-D hc-PC provides different thermal property that originally shows clear melting transition at 225 ℃ but can be shifted to 285 ℃ by thermal annealing.

      • A novel method for vehicle load detection in cable-stayed bridge using graph neural network

        Van-Thanh Pham,Hyesook Son,Cheol-Ho Kim,Yun Jang,Seung-Eock Kim 국제구조공학회 2023 Steel and Composite Structures, An International J Vol.46 No.6

Vehicle load information is an important role in operating and ensuring the structural health of cable-stayed bridges. In this regard, an efficient and economic method is proposed for vehicle load detection based on the observed cable tension and vehicle position using a graph neural network (GNN). Datasets are first generated using the practical advanced analysis program (PAAP), a robust program for modeling and considering both geometric and material nonlinearities of bridge structures subjected to vehicle load with low computational costs. With the superiority of GNN, the proposed model is demonstrated to precisely capture complex nonlinear correlations between the input features and vehicle load in the output. Four popular machine learning methods including artificial neural network (ANN), decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), and support vector machines (SVM) are refereed in a comparison. A case study of a cable-stayed bridge with the typical truck is considered to evaluate the model's performance. The results demonstrate that the GNN-based model provides high accuracy and efficiency in prediction with satisfactory correlation coefficients, efficient determination values, and very small errors; and is a novel approach for vehicle load detection with the input data of the existing monitoring system.

Experimental study on mechanical behaviors of injection molded PC/PMMA blends

Van Thanh Hoang,Quang Bang Tao,Bich-Tram Truong-Le,Minh Sang Tran,Duc Binh Luu 대한기계학회 2021 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.35 No.9

Mechanical property is one of the quite important factors of optical articles. Most of pure plastics materials are rarely found to have both high strength and toughness. The paper aims to investigate mechanical properties of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate (PC/PMMA) blends by means of injection molding process and optimization technique. In this study, four factors including composition, packing pressure, melt temperature, and cooling time are taken into account. Experimental results show that the composition is found as the most significant factor for improving the mechanical properties of PC/PMMA blends with confidence level of 95 %. Meanwhile, melt temperature and cooling time are also the most significant parameters for enhancing impact strength with 95 % confidence level. In addition, the mechanical properties of the PC/PMMA plastics composites have been enhanced significantly. Specifically, average tensile yield strength, impact strength, and average elongation are 76.5 MPa, 7429.5 J/m 2 , and 17.5 mm, respectively.
