      • K-means Parallelization Algorithm Based on MapReduce

        Spatial Cluster analysis is another important technique in the field of spatial data mining, especially the K-Means spatial clustering method, which can deal with spatial objects with geographical location and attribute. However, with the development of the information society, the spatial data grows explosively, but the serial algorithm has low computing efficiency and is difficult to process massive spatial data. Aiming at spatial with a double meaning of location and attribute, the paper designed and implemented K-Means spatial clustering parallel algorithm on Hadoop. Using Yahoo Weibo user data is to do clustering analysis. Finally, the visualization of clustering results was implemented by Google Map.

        Full-scale tests and analytical model of the Teflon-based lead rubber isolation bearings

        Base isolation is widely used in seismic resisting buildings due to its low construction cost, high reliability, mature theory and convenient usage. However, it is difficult to design the isolation layer in high-rise buildings using the available bearings because high-rise buildings are characterized with long period, low horizontal stiffness, and complex re-distribution of the internal forces under earthquake loads etc. In this paper, a simple and innovative isolation bearing, named Teflon-based lead rubber isolation bearing, is developed to address the mentioned problems. The Teflon-based lead rubber isolation bearing consists of friction material and lead rubber isolation bearing. Hence, it integrates advantages of friction bearings and lead rubber isolation bearings so that improves the stability of base isolation system. An experimental study was conducted to validate the effectiveness of this new bearing. The effects of vertical loading, displacement amplitude and loading frequency on the force-displacement relationship and energy dissipation capacity of the Teflon-based lead rubber isolation bearing were studied. An analytical model was also proposed to predict the force-displacement relationship of the new bearing. Comparison of analytical and experimental results showed that the analytical model can accurately predict the force-displacement relationship and elastic shear deflection of the Teflon-based lead rubber isolation bearings.

        Lightweight design of hinge beam based on Kriging agent model

        This paper presents an optimization method based on the Kriging and multiobjective genetic algorithm. First, taking the hinged beam structure of the cubic diamond press as the design object, the optimization design mathematical model was established with the mass as the objective function, the stress and displacement peak as the constraint conditions. Second, in combination with SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench, parametric modeling analysis was conducted to obtain a large number of sample points sparing less time, and the agent model constructed by Kriging was trained and verified. Finally, taking advantage of global search of the multi-objective genetic algorithm, a lightweight design was realized and the mass of the hinge beam structure was effectively reduced, which would be a guiding significance for the lightweight design of other mechanical parts.

        A R2R3-type MYB transcription factor gene from soybean, GmMYB12, is involved in flavonoids accumulation and abiotic stress tolerance in transgenic Arabidopsis

        The R2R3-type MYB transcription factors have been shown to increase flavonoids accumulation by regulating the expression of key enzyme genes related to flavonoid biosynthesis pathway. However, the roles and underlying mechanisms of the soybean GmMYB12 gene in regulation of flavonoids accumulation and tolerance to abiotic stresses are rarely known. In the present study, the GmMYB12 gene was isolated and its function was characterized. Sequence and yeast one-hybrid analyses showed that GmMYB12 contained two MYB domains and belonged to R2R3-MYB protein with transactivation activity. Subcellular localization analysis in onion epidermal cells indicated that GmMYB12 was localized to the nucleus. Overexpression of GmMYB12 increased the production of downstream flavonoids and the expression of related genes in the flavonoid biosynthesis pathway. It also improved resistance to salt and drought stresses during seed germination, root development, and growing stage. Further component and enzymatic analyses showed significant increases of proline content, pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthase (P5CS), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and peroxidase (POD) activities, as well as significant reduction of H2O2 and malonaldehyde (MDA) content under salt and drought stresses in transgenic plants. Meanwhile, the expression level of AtP5CS, AtSOD and AtPOD genes was up-regulated against salt and drought stresses. Together, our finding indicated that changing the expression level of GmMYB12 in plants alters the accumulation of flavonoids and regulates plantlet tolerance to abiotic stress by regulating osmotic balance, protecting membrane integrity and maintaining ROS homeostasis. The GmMYB12 gene has the potential to be used to increase the content of valuable flavonoids and improve the tolerance to abiotic stresses in plants

        Fault Diagnosis for Conventional Circuit Breaker Based on One-Dimensional Convolution Neural Network

        The vibration signal generated by the operating mechanism of conventional circuit breaker contains abundant mechanical state information. Aiming at traditional fault diagnosis methods that need to realize signal feature extraction based on feature selection, a fault diagnosis model based on one-dimensional convolutional neural network is proposed. In the diagnosis model, multiple convolutional neural networks are designed according to the type and degree of faults, and the network is set as a large convolutional kernel to enlarge the receptive field region; the raw vibration signal is used as the model input for training, and the corresponding fault type and degree are output after hierarchical diagnosis. The experimental results show that the model can automatically extract the fault signal features, effectively complete the fault diagnosis of the contact system for the conventional circuit breaker, and has good generalization ability. The model in this paper has a higher comprehensive diagnosis recognition rate compared with other methods, reaching 98.84%.

        Anthracene Biodegradation under Nitrate-reducing Condition and Associated Microbial Community Changes

        Anaerobic biodegradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and degraders in the subsurface environment have aroused increasing attention. Molecular techniques are especially useful when isolates are hard to obtain. Nitrate-reducing microcosms inoculated with aquifer sediment were constructed to investigate anthracene biodegradation. The associated microbial community changes were characterized using terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (TRFLP) in combination with 16S rRNA gene clone library analysis. A nearly complete removal of anthracene was achieved after an eighty day incubation under the nitrate-reducing condition. The two molecular techniques revealed a significant shift of microbial community structure, coupled with anthracene biodegradation. Species of genera Paracoccus, Herbaspirillum,Azotobacter, and Rhodococcus were grouped into four major operational taxonomic units (OTUs) in the library that was constructed with the microcosm sample on day 80. The enrichment of these genera might have links to anthracene biodegradation under the nitrate-reducing condition. Microbial consortia likely played a part in anthracene degradation.         We study the self-duality operator on conic 4-manifolds. The self-duality operator can be identified as a regular singular operator in the sense of $Br\"{u}ning$ and Seeley, based on which we construct its parametrizations and closed extensions. We also compute the indexes.

      • Video Multiple Classification Algorithm Based on SVM

        The performance of video automatic classification algorithm depends largely on the extraction of video features and selection of classification algorithm. From the perspective of video contents and video style type, the paper presents a new feature representation scheme, i.e. MPEG-7 visual description sub-combination model, a new method based on support vector machine (SVM) to solve problems with existing algorithms, by analyzing visual differences between five types of videos. Also we improve the classifier decision scheme and then propose the secondary prediction mechanism based on SVM 1-1 approach, improving the accuracy of SVM multi-classification method. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method manifests differences of different videos about feature selection, enhances the discrimination ability of videos pending for classification and increases the effectiveness of SVM multi-video classification.
