        Design a Laboratory Rotating Test Bench for the Multi-Channel Dryer Experiment

        The dryer of paper machine has problem in discharging condensate water. When the dryer rotates at a high speed, the condensate water that is not discharged in time will form a water ring, resulting in low drying efficiency and high energy consumption. Thus, based on the multi-channel dryer proposed by others, a series of experiments was carried out on multi-channel dryer under static condition. However, due to the fact that the research condition of condensation and heat transfer of multi-channel dryer is not exactly the same as the actual working condition, the multi-channel dryer has not been introduced to the market. To address the above problems, this paper presented a rotating test bench which can better simulate the actual working condition of dryer and expounded the working principle of the test bench, as well as the design and calculation of rotary device of the test bench. Finite element analysis software was used to analyze the stress on the dryer channel. In order to avoid resonance problems, modal numerical analysis was conducted on the test bench, which provided experimental conditions for the further study of multi-channel dryer.

        Effect of P3HT passivation layer on triple cation organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite memristor

        Triple cation organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite (TCP) memristor is a novel candidate for artificial visual applications due to the integrating of recognition, storage, and computing. However, concerns remain regarding the moisture-induced degradation and thermal stability. Here, P3HT was deposited on the TCP film to optimize the memristor performance which showed better film surface quality and lower power consumption. When the thickness of the P3HT layer increases, the grain boundary of the TCP film was gradually filled, leading to the inhibition of the ions/vacancies drifting, and thus the device type was changed from digital to analog. Besides, various functions are demonstrated in TCP photoelectric memristor including excitatory postsynaptic current under optic and electric stimulations and spike rate-dependent plasticity, proving the great application prospects in numerical calculation and information perception.

        The putative polysaccharide synthase AfCps1 regulates Aspergillus fumigatus morphogenesis and conidia immune response in mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages

        Aspergillus fumigatus is a well-known opportunistic pathogen that causes invasive aspergillosis (IA) infections with high mortality in immunosuppressed individuals. Morphogenesis, including hyphal growth, conidiation, and cell wall biosynthesis is crucial in A. fumigatus pathogenesis. Based on a previous random insertional mutagenesis library, we identified the putative polysaccharide synthase gene Afcps1 and its paralog Afcps2. Homologs of the cps gene are commonly found in the genomes of most fungal and some bacterial pathogens. Afcps1/cpsA is important in sporulation, cell wall composition, and virulence. However, the precise regulation patterns of cell wall integrity by Afcps1/cpsA and further effects on the immune response are poorly understood. Specifically, our in-depth study revealed that Afcps1 affects cell-wall stability, showing an increased resistance of ΔAfcps1 to the chitinmicrofibril destabilizing compound calcofluor white (CFW) and susceptibility of ΔAfcps1 to the β-(1,3)-glucan synthase inhibitor echinocandin caspofungin (CS). Additionally, deletion of Afcps2 had a normal sporulation phenotype but caused hypersensitivity to Na+ stress, CFW, and Congo red (CR). Specifically, quantitative analysis of cell wall composition using high-performance anion exchange chromatography- pulsed amperometric detector (HPAEC-PAD) analysis revealed that depletion of Afcps1 reduced cell wall glucan and chitin contents, which was consistent with the downregulation of expression of the corresponding biosynthesis genes. Moreover, an elevated immune response stimulated by conidia of the ΔAfcps1 mutant in marrow-derived macrophages (BMMs) during phagocytosis was observed. Thus, our study provided new insights into the function of polysaccharide synthase Cps1, which is necessary for the maintenance of cell wall stability and the adaptation of conidia to the immune response of macrophages in A. fumigatus.

        Georgenia faecalis sp. nov. isolated from the faeces of Tibetan antelope

        Two aerobic, Gram-stain-positive, non-motile, non-sporulating coccoid strains, designated ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321, were isolated from the faeces of Tibetan antelope (Pantholops hodgsonii). Their optimal temperature, NaCl concentration and pH for growth were 28°C, 0.5% (w/v) NaCl and pH 7.5, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 were very similar to each other (99.8%) and had a sequence similarity of 97.0% with Georgenia satyanarayanai NBRC 107612T and Georgenia subflava CGMCC 1.12782T. Phylogenomic analysis based on 688 core genes indicated that these strains formed a clade with G. satyanarayanai NBRC 107612T and Georgenia wutianyii Z294T. The predominant cellular fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0, anteiso-C15:1 A and C16:0. The major menaquinone was MK-8(H4). The cell-wall amino acids consisted of alanine, lysine, glycine and aspartic acid, with lysine as the diagnostic diamino acid. Diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylinositol mannosides and two unidentified lipids formed the polar lipid profile. The DNA G + C content of both isolates was 73.9 mol%. The digital DNA–DNA hybridization value between strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 was 91.2%, but their values with closely related species and other available type strains of the genus Georgenia were lower than the 70% threshold. On the basis of polyphasic taxonomic data, strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 represent a novel species within the genus Georgenia, for which the name Georgenia faecalis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is ZLJ0423T (= CGMCC 1.13681T = JCM 33470T).

        중국 무인점포의 마케팅 믹스요인이 소비자 체험과 만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: With the new trend of retailment and the development of unmanned retailment, unmanned stores in China have rapidly grown as a new type of retail format that is personalized and diversified. The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of unmanned store's marketing mix factors on consumer experience and satisfaction. It also focuses on promoting the development of unmanned stores in China. Research design, data, and methodology: This study analyzed the influence of unmanned store's marketing mix factors on consumer experience and satisfaction. This study also conducted an online survey for 12 days from March 18th to March 29th, 2020. A total of 411 questionnaires were surveyed by Chinese consumers who visited unmanned stores, and the results were used for the final analysis. Results: First, among the four factors in the marketing mix, the price does not significantly affect the sensory experience and the emotional experience, but the other factors showed a significant positive effect on all three factors of the consumer experience. Second, the four factors of the marketing mix have a positive(+) effect on satisfaction, and their influence is big in order of promotion, distribution, price, and product. Third, it was verified that the three factors of consumer experience, such as relational experience, emotional experience, and sensory experience, have a positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, it can be seen that there is a mediating effect of consumer experience between marketing mix factors and satisfaction. Conclusions: The following conclusions can be obtained from the results of this study. Unmanned supermarkets can enhance customers' shopping experience by providing customers with scene-oriented, personalized, and experience-based services, thereby improving customers' satisfaction. At the same time, unmanned enterprises can strengthen corporate alliances and data sharing, which is beneficial for providing customized services for consumers and promoting unmanned shops.

        两汉艺术观念的融通性研究

        两汉艺术作品,以“相通相契”为主要特征,即不同的艺术门类之间存在着共同审美特征。两汉艺术精神作为本民族独具的审美意识,有形或无形地贯穿于本民族整体历史发展脉络中,在历史演变过程中不断获得意义的增殖。艺术观念作为连接艺术精神与艺术现象的中间环节,“融通性”是其必然特征。从艺术审美特征、艺术价值等角度切入,基于两汉艺术普遍存在的“雅俗共存”的审美形态,表明两汉艺术观念不仅受到儒家“美善合一”的伦理思想影响,亦呈现出汉代人之于生活、功利、享乐等多方面的永恒追求,之于自我存在价值持之以恒的探索。 The main feature of the art works of the Han Dynasty is “interlinked and compatible”, that is, there are common aesthetic characteristics among different art categories. The artistic spirit of the Han Dynasty, as the unique aesthetic consciousness of Chinese nation, tangibly or intangibly runs through the whole historical development of our nation, and constantly gains the proliferation of significance in the process of historical evolution. Artistic ideas are an intermediate link between artistic spirit and artistic phenomenon that “interlinked and compatible” are its inevitable characteristic. Mainly starting from the perspectives of aesthetic characteristics, artistic value and aesthetic form of “coexistence of elegant and vulgarity” , this article shows that artistic ideas of the Han Dynasty are not only influenced by the Confucian ethics of “the harmony of beauty and goodness”, but also shows the Han People's eternal pursuit of daily life, utility, enjoyment, and absolutely the constant exploration of self-existence value.

        Structure-based functional site recognition for p21-activated kinase 4

        Recently, many molecular modeling methodsare being developed to better understand the principlesunderlying protein folding. In the present study, fullyflexible dinucleotides d(pApA), d(pApC), d(pApG),d(pApT), d(pCpA), d(pCpC), d(pCpG), d(pCpT), d(pGpA),d(pGpC), d(pGpG), d(pGpT), d(pTpA), d(pTpC), d(pTpG)and d(pTpT) were docked onto the surface of p21-activatedkinase 4 (PAK4) kinase domain. The results showedthat automated docking was a useful tool to identify thefunctional sites of PAK4 and it may provide a theoreticalbasis for the interaction data obtained from previousexperiments. Therefore, structure-based docking with fullyflexible dinucleotide probes might be a good tool to predictand annotate the functional sites of enzymes.

      • Effects of Rad51 on Survival of A549 Cells

        Rad51, a key factor in the homologous recombination pathway for the DNA double-strand break repair, plays a vital role in genesis of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In recent years, more and more studies indicate that high expression of Rad51 is of great relevance to resistance of NSCLC to chemotherapeutic agents and ionizing radiation. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms are poorly understood. In this study, we investigated the role of single Rad51 on cell viability in vitro. Our results show that depletion of endogenous Rad51 is sufficient to inhibit the growth of the A549 lung cancer cell line, by accumulating cells in G1 phase and inducing cell death. We conclude that independent Rad51 expression is critical to the survival of A549 cells and can be an independent prognostic factor in NSCLC patients.

        Tailoring ZSM-5 zeolite through metal incorporation: Toward enhanced light olefins production via catalytic cracking: A minireview

        The steam cracking of hydrocarbons has been the major process for light olefins production in recent decades. Recent studies have shown that a considerable amount of propylene and ethylene can be producedby hydrocarbon cracking on modified ZSM-5 zeolite. Various modified elements and post-treatmentmethods have been employed to fulfil the improvement of the catalytic performance over ZSM-5 zeolite. This article focuses on the research progress about the catalytic cracking of hydrocarbons over metalincorporatedZSM-5 zeolite. The mechanism of propylene and ethylene production via catalytic crackingof various hydrocarbons over ZSM-5 zeolite is summarized and the influences of different metal species,such as alkaline earth and alkali metal elements, rare earth metal elements, transition metals, etc. on bothactivity and stability are also discussed. Moreover, the synergistic influence of bimetallic components ismentioned as well. In particular, the effects of different synthetic methods and structures of metal speciesare discussed. We hope that this review will kindle the future rational design of metal-incorporated zeolitecatalysts to realize efficient catalytic cracking of hydrocarbons for light olefins production.

        Bacterial Population in Intestines of Litopenaeus vannamei Fed Different Probiotics or Probiotic Supernatant

        The interactions of microbiota in the gut play an important role in promoting or maintaining the health of hosts. In this study, in order to investigate and compare the effects of dietary supplementation with Lactobacillus pentosus HC-2 (HC-2), Enterococcus faecium NRW-2, or the bacteria-free supernatant of a HC-2 culture on the bacterial composition of Litopenaeus vannamei, Illumina sequencing of the V1-V2 region of the 16S rRNA gene was used. The results showed that unique species exclusively existed in specific dietary groups, and the abundance of Actinobacteria was significantly increased in the intestinal bacterial community of shrimp fed with the bacteria-free supernatant of an HC-2 culture compared with the control. In addition, the histology of intestines of the shrimp from the four dietary groups was also described, but no obvious improvements in the intestinal histology were observed. The findings in this work will help to promote the understanding of the roles of intestinal bacteria in shrimps when fed with probiotics or probiotic supernatant.
