예비교사들이 인식하는 체육교사 이미지가 체육수업태도 및 수업만족도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 사범계열 신입생들이 인식하는 체육교사의 이미지가 체육수업태도와 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 현직 체육교사가 중점적으로 개선해야 할 방안을 학습자 관점에서 제시하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로 S지역과 C지역의 사범대학교 2개교씩 4개교에서 총 464명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 체육교사 이미지는 체육수업태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 체육교사 이미지의 하위변인 중 학생수업지도 이미지, 품성 이미지, 학생생활지도 이미지, 외모 이미지 순으로 체육수업태도의 하위변인 에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 체육교사 이미지는 체육수업만족도에도 영향을 주었다. 운동수행만족도와 교수행동만족도에는 학생수업지도 이미지, 품성 이미지, 생활지도 이미지, 외모 이미지 순으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 체육수업환경 만족도는 학생수업지도 이미지, 외모 이미지, 학생생활지도 이미지, 품성 이미지 순으로 영향을 미쳤다. 체육성적 만족도에는 학생수업지도 이미지, 품성 이미지, 외모 이미지, 학생생활지도 이미지의 순으로 영향을 미쳤다. This research set out by asking what image the freshmen of education colleges got from physical education teachers and how that image would influence physical education class attitudes and class satisfaction levels in future. On the other hand, the preceding studies mainly focused on assessing the image that middle and high school students have of physical education teachers. The purpose of this research is to take a detailed look into improvement measures that need to be implemented by field physical education teachers. 464 students answered the questionnaire from four schools- two each from S and C regions. First, physical education teacher image and physical education class attitudes had a significant impact. the student class guidance image, character image, student life guidance image, and appearance image from among the sub-variables of the physical education teacher image, had a significant impact on all sub-variables of physical education class attitude, in the stated order. Second, the physical education teacher image had also an impact on physical education class satisfaction levels. The motor performance satisfaction level and teaching behavior satisfaction level had a significant impact in the order of student class guidance image, character image, student life guidance image, and appearance image. The physical education class environment satisfaction level had an impact in the order of student class guidance image, appearance image, student life guidance image, and character image. The physical education grade satisfaction level had an impact in the order of student class guidance image, character image, appearance image, and student life guidance image.
해수 중 CO₂ 기체의 유입에 의한 환경 친화적인 전착 코팅막의 형성과 그 내식특성

The peculiar feature of cathodic protection in seawater has the capability to form mineral calcareous deposits such as magnesium and calcium on metal surfaces. It is assumed that OH? ions are generated close to the metal surface as a result of cathodic protection and generated OH? ions increases the pH of the metal/seawater interface outlined as the following formulae. (1) O₂+ 2H₂O + 4e→4OH?, or (2) 2H₂O + 2e→H₂+ 2OH?. And high pH causes precipitation of Mg(OH)₂ and CaCO₃ in accordance with the following formulae. (1)Mg<SUP>2+</SUP>+ 2OH?→Mg(OH)₂, (2) Ca<SUP>2+</SUP>+ CO₃<SUP>2?</SUP>→CaCO₃. The focus of this study was to increase the amount of CO₃<SUP>2?</SUP> with the injection of CO2 gas to the solution for accelerating process of the following formulae. (1) H₂O+CO₂→H₂CO₃, (2) HCO<SUP>3?</SUP>→ H++ CO₃<SUP>2?</SUP>. Electrodeposit films were formed by an electro-deposition technique on steel substrates in solutions of both natural seawater and natural seawater dissolved CO₂ gas with different current densities, over different time periods. The contents of films were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating films were evaluated by anodic polarization. From an experimental result, only CaCO₃ were found in solution where injected CO₂ gas regardless of current density. In case of injecting the CO₂ gas, weight gain of electrodeposits films hugely increased and it had appropriate physical properties.

<P>Multivalent immunoprobes can improve the sensitivity of biosensors because increased valency can strengthen the binding affinity between the receptor and target biomolecules. Here, we report surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-based immunoassays using multivalent antibody-conjugated nanoparticles (NPs) for the first time. Multivalent antibodies were generated through the ligation of Fab fragments fused with Fc-binding peptides to immunoglobulin G. This fabrication method is easy and fast because of the elimination of heterologous protein expression, high degrees of antibody modifications, and covalent chemical ligation steps. We constructed multivalent antibody-NP conjugates (MANCs) and employed them as SERS immunoprobes. MANCs improved the sensitivity of SERS-based immunoassays by 100 times compared to standard antibody-NP conjugates. MANCs will increase the feasibility of practical SERS-based immunoassays.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
