We have examined the purgative effect of three Jechun-jun formulas in sprague dawley(SD) rat. Three jechun-jun formulas were Jechun-jun(Sample I ) and augmented Jechun-jun(Sample II) and augmented Jechun-jun add rhubarb(sample III ). We examined the amount and the humidity of feces in rat. The experimental animals were devided into four groups. as control group and three Jechun-jun (sample I, II, III). We administerd the water extract of sample I, II, III to rat per oral for 8days long. After every 24hours measured the amount of wet feces from rats in metabolic cage. Humidity rate of feces from rat was at first measure wet feces for 24hours (W) and measure dried feces (W1) and then we consider W-W1 as humidity. High humidity rate means constipation changes into moistening stool. The amount of wet feces and humidity rate of feces in rats were increased in sample I, II, III. Sample I has highest humidity rate of feces. so showed strong moistening effect. Sample II has mild effect in treating constipation. sample III has most amount of wet feces. in conclusion Jechun-jun has an effect of moistening stool. and augmented Jechun-jun add rhubarb has strong purgative effect.
Mucormycosis generally presents as an acute infection manifesting in rhinocerebral, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, cutaneous, or disseminated forms. Fungal invasion to the arteries can reduce blood supply by thrombi formation inside the blood vessels, leading to necrosis. Fungal infection usually initiates in the upper turbinate, paranasal sinus, or less commonly in the palate or pharynx. Here we report an unusual case of mucormycosis in the maxilla of a 75-year-old man and present a review of the literature.

Vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGFs) are a family of proteins that mediate angiogenesis. VEGF165 is a VEGF-A isoform and has been extensively studied owing to its potential use in therapeutic angiogenesis. This study established Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells overexpressing recombinant human VEGF165 (rhVEGF165) protein. The production rate of the established CHO cells was over 80 mg/l of rhVEGF165 protein from a 7-day batch culture process using a 7.5-l bioreactor with a 5-l working volume and serum-free medium. The rhVEGF165 protein was purified to homogeneity from the culture supernatant using a two-step chromatographic procedure that resulted in a 48% recovery rate. The purified rhVEGF165 protein was a glycosylated homodimeric protein with a higher molecular weight (MW) than the protein expressed from insect cells, suggesting that the glycosylation of the rhVEGF165 protein in CHO cells differed from that in insect cells. The purified rhVEGF165 protein in this study was functionally active with a half-maximal effective concentration of 3.8 ng/ml and specific activity of 2.5×105 U/mg.
This is the abstract section. One paragraph only Road cavities recently in urban are causing collapse of road surface layer due to loss of support bearing capacity. Detecting road cavities with ground penetrating radar(GPR) test, then excavation and backfill are performed in the anticipated cavity area. However sometimes detecting errors are occurred because of the complexity of the GPR test result analysis or interval space between larger gravels. So before unnecessary excavation, verification for detect the cavities results should be needed. The purpose of this study suggest deflection method by the light weight deflectometer(LWD) as a verification way of GPR test results and as a tracking investigation method continuously at the sites having small size cavity. LWD devices has more advantages than larger NDT because FWD has difficulties in a traffic control and entrance of narrow-back road. In this study, LWD tests were conducted on the pavement sections with and without road cavity detected by GPR tests and after excavating the area, the cavity sizes were measured. LWD test results can be applied to verify a subsurface cavity by comparing maximum deflection and deflection ratio between cavity area and non cavity area at the loading center. The higher deflection and lower modulus was measured at cavity sections. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, It is found that deflection method has a possibility of complementary for detecting road cavity. Also cavity size prediction equation was attempted to propose through deflection ratio using a database. Compared with another validation data, the proposed prediction equation is more suitable for detecting cavity existence than size estimation because the average error rate is larger. As a results of the analysis with depth ratio as a factor, it is necessary to improve the cavity size prediction through the normalization using the parameter of road properties.
Papulonecrotic tuberculid (PNT) is a rare form of cutaneous hypersensitivity reaction to Mycobacterium tuberculosis presents at an extra-cutaneous location. PNT presents as chronic, recurrent, symmetrical eruption of necrotizing papules which spontaneously regress leaving varioliform scarring. A 78-year-old patient with a 20-year history of psoriasis vulgaris presented with multiple crusted papulovesicles and punched-out erosions on the both lower legs. He had been treated with TNF-α inhibitor for 5 months. Skin biopsy showed capillary proliferation with necrotic granulomatous inflammation in upper dermis. Latent tuberculosis infection was detected through positive result of IFN-γ release assay. Based on these findings, PNT was diagnosed. We report a patient with psoriasis vulgaris who developed PNT following the administration of TNF-α inhibitor.
This paper proposes a new electronic camber suspension mechanism in which the suspension geometry rather than brake and driving torques is controlled to improve the cornering performance. The new camber angle mechanism is made available in a double wishbone type suspension. The bicycle model is employed to establish the control strategy for the camber angle mechanism. The referenced yaw rate is derived to make the control input. To carry out the control simulation of the full car, ADAMS/Car and MATLAB/Simulink are used. The result of fishhook simulation indicates that the proposed mechanism reduces the camber angle generation and decreases the camber thrust. This makes the vehicle move straight forward easily. The single lane change simulation indicates that the change of camber angle is small and it contributes to the short cornering and fast straight forward ability.
The liquid nitrogen as an environmentally safe coolant has been widely recognized in cryogenic machining, its function as a lubricant is plausible due to its chemical inertness, physical volatility and low viscosity. Since a reduced friction is a direct witness of the lubrication effect from a tribological viewpoint, this paper presents an evaluation of the apparent friction coefficient on the tool-chip interface in cryogenic cutting operations to prove and characterize the lubricity of LN2 in cryogenic machining. The cryogenic cutting technology used in this study is based on a cooling approach and liquid nitrogen delivery system which are intended to apply liquid nitrogen in well-controlled fine jets to selectively localized cutting zones and to penetrate liquid nitrogen to the tool-chip interface. It has been found that the apparent friction coefficient can be significantly reduced in cryogenic machining, depending on the approach of liquid nitrogen delivery.
