Sang Kyum Han. 1997. Tourist Language and Culture Based on Christian Morality. Collected Papers on Christian Language Culture. The purpose of this paper is two fold. One is to comment on the terms chiefly used in tourism such as "Tourism," "Leisure," and "Recreation". The other is to examine the changes of the structure of social culture caused by tourist behavior on the part of affirmative or negative effect. The main claim of this paper is that in tourist resort a variety of tourist behaviors contrary to the Christian morality can be seen in many respects. It is desirable to make a special study of true leisure. And it is also desirable to approve recreation as morally sound, and spiritually and physically growing in that it inspires us tourists with new vitality through religious behavior. From a Christian point of view social problems are of importance. Regional culture can be seen much affected by tourist behaviors. Such influences include the positive and negative aspects. Especially, form a Christian moral point of view, many social problems caused by tourist behaviors are under the real state of things that are urgently examined to solve. Through the examination and analysis of their main causes, tourist behaviors must be induced to sound and desirable aspects (National Kangwon University)

The purpose of this paper is as follows : Firstly, to describe the theoretical background toeard forming filming location into a sight spot. Secondly, to examine the sightseeing - merchandised cases of filming location abroad as well as at home. Thirdly, to collect and analyse the data of spreading effect the tourist industry and economy with filming location sightseeing-merchandised, according to newspaper account as well as insternet, so that tourism-marketing centered strategy may be suggested. To sum up, the finding are as follows : Firstly, activation of a area economy and support from local government can be seen needed. Secondly, it can be seen to serve as a momentum for public information of Korea tourism for our korea to be made widely known through the sight spots televised by a midium of TV which becomes the center of public interest. Thirdly, it can be seen to play an important role in the acquisition of foreign currencies. Fourthly, many chinese tourists can be seen to have been blown in upon korea by motion picture and TV drama. Fifthly, sightseeing merchandise ing filming location can be seen to bring about the increase of tourism at home. Sixthly, motion pictures and the filming location of TV dramaa can be seen to have been much affected in economy. Seventhly, the fact must be reconsidered that we exploit the filming location recklessly in consideration of only economic effects, for such exploitation and have a reverse effect on an area development.

생태관광 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

The conservation of global environment can be found to play an important part in the field of tourism. Hereupon, ecotourism shows itself in tourism. As a field of natural tourism, ecotourism is made up of ecology and tourism. It can be said to be the tourist of our enjoying and experiencing of nature by securing the preservation and the protection of animals and plants that are apt to be threatened with extermination of a stock. Therefore, forthcoming tourism by inquiring, learning and enjoying of nature. On the basis of this philosophical theory, ecotourism needs the tourism of real environmental fraternity which can be settled reasonably through an apt harmony with contrary connection between the conservation of nature and the demand for tourism. Accordingly, for the ecotourism to be continuously developed in our country, it is desirable for the tourists to be awakened and well-informed about ecotourism. Considering from this point of view, this study has attempted to be summarized as environment subject according to the development of ecotourism districts the conflicts between local residents and developmental industry from an economic viewpoint, and a leading and responsible management. The results can be found to present as close connection with existing and potential excavation of ecotourism district and existing tourism district, systematic development of a means to information, and the management scheme of a private and government at enterprises for the settlement of conflicts of ecotourism development.

Life Cycle Cost analysis technique is introduced to evaluate cost-effectiveness of two paint systems of steel bridges. The systems are a conventional paint system and a galvanized paint system. The all costs during safe life such as initial cost, repainting costs, disposal costs are considered for the life cycle cost analysis. The NIST model is used and BridgeLOC 1.0 developed by the NIST is utilized as the life cycle cost analysis tool. It is concluded that, in spite of expensive initial cost, the durable paints system may be cost-effective compared with conventional paint system.

The Influence of the Selection of Fall Season Tourist Sites on Satisfaction, Intention of Recommendation and Revisitation

In this study, we tried to figure out the influence of fall season tourist site selection on satisfaction, intention of recommendation and revisitation by designing a study model. On the authority of much advanced research, we created selected attribute questions and classified them into 5 factors.(Service & Resource Exploration, Rest & Relief, Sports & Leisure activities, History Cultural Experience and Sightseeing in Surroundings). According to the 5 factors drawn and the result of multiple regression analysis on overall satisfaction, positive effects were shown in 2 factors including Rest & Relief and History Cultural Experience, but not in Service & Resource Exploration, Sports & Leisure and Sightseeing in Surroundings. Moreover, the higher the satisfaction shown in multiple regression analysis, a higher chance of Revisitation and Intention to Recommend is shown. Upon the result of this study, we drew the following conclusions. For the invigoration of fall season tourist sites, the development of trails, mountain climbing oriented marketing strategies bringing rest & relief and a policy for distribution or pricing that can promote an extended stay or fall season mountain climbing in the country side are recommended.

The Influence of the Selection of Korean Tourist Destinations on Behavior Intention with Visitors to Major Spas in Chungcheong Area as the Central Figure

This study was carried out targeting the Chungnam area in Korea, a major spa zone, in order to figure out the influence of the selection of tourist destinations on tourist satisfaction, revisit intention and intention of recommendation. On the authority of many advanced research, we have created 20 questions of selected attributes and classified them into 5 categories as follows: Facilities of spa destination, Qualification of spa waters, Surrounding facilities of spa destination, Cleanliness & hospitality and Recreation & Sports facilities. According to the result drawn up from above 5 factors as well as the multiple regression analysis on satisfaction, 3 factors, including F2 (Qualification of spa water), F3 (Surrounding facilities of spa destination) and F4 (Cleanliness & hospitality, are found to show significance on tourist satisfaction. According to the result drawn up from above 5 factors as well as the multiple regression analysis on revisit intention, the following 4 factors are found to be exercising influence on this.: F1(Facilities of Spa destination), F2 (Qualification of spa water), F3 (Surrounding facilities of spa destination) and F5 (Recreation & Sports facilities) According to the result drawn up from above 5 factors as well as the multiple regression analysis on the intention of recommendation, the following 2 factors are found to be wielding influence over the intention of recommendation.: F2 (Qualification of spa water), F3 (Surrounding facilities of spa destination). The result of the multiple regression analysis proved the positive influence of tourist satisfaction on revisit intention and the intention of recommendation. Upon the result of this study, we came up with the following 3 solutions for the invigoration of spa destinations: (1) the controlling of spa water-purity and cleanliness, (2) the management & development of spa destination and food that can bring a positive word of mouth effect and (3) the promotional strategy that can induce the visit of tourists.

갈근소간탕이 태음인 비만환자의 신체조성에 미치는 영향

Objective: This study was desinged to investigate the effects of Galgeunsogan -tang on body composition in Taeumin obese patients Methos : 19 patients take Galgeunsogan-tang during 1month at obestic clinic. And weight. skeletal muscle mass. body fat mass, percent body fal and adbominal circumference were compared before and after 1 month. Results: In the change fo body composition after treatm nt. weight reduction was 4.13 ± 1.28 kg skeletal muscle mass reduction was 1.26± 1.12 kg, body fat mass reduction was 2.66± 1.22 kg, percent body fat reduction was 2 ± 1.82%, and adbominal circumference redun ion was 3.86± 1.36 cm. Conclusions: This study shows that Galgeunsogan-tang is the good way of weigh reduction for Taeumin obese patients.

한국 주요생태관광의 현황과 활성화 방안

This study aims at classifying ecological attractions of Korea into theme-orders, making a diagnosis of problems of each ecological attraction, and presenting a desirable managerial device for preservation and protection of ecological attractions. As a result of this study, the devices for appropriate management and preservation of ecological attractions are as follows; First, the national level is to support for the full of the research activities of ecological scholars and natural researches to sustain in various fields. Second, the written explanation of contents concerning various ecological resources on the notice board by the gateway would enlighten the tourists` deep interest and anxiety on the preservation of cultural properties. Third, it would be expanded by showing true perception of ecological environment and the historical meaning in DMZ, pan-governmental level of investment. Accordingly, the economy in relevant areas would be expected to be revitalized and the income earnings of the residents in the area would be expected to grow larger through the revitalization of ecological tourism. Fourthly, the steady demands for ecological resorts have been risen lately in proportion, the tourists can be seen to have increased in number. Accordingly, various colorful events and too many attrachions for the tourists at the ecological resorts can be seen to bring about the destruction of the ecosystem, so that it may be necessary to furnish the guide books on ecological resorts for the tourists and further public relations(P.R.) Lastly, in order to draw up the compromising blueprints to guarantee the living right of the regional residents, there would be need for the governmental level of support.
