        In the early decades of this century, Charisma which originally means endowment with the gift of grace, has been introduced to social sciences by German sociologist, Max Weber. It quickly became interested in the field of sociology and politics. But, into the 1970s, charismatic leadership still had not became a subject for empirical or experimental research related to organizational theory. Recently, much attention has been paid to charismatic leadership as the prototype of leadership that people have in mind when they describe their ideal leader and is more likely to provide a role model with which subordinates want to identify. As a result, in will perform further study related to Charisma leadership which developing various kind of measurement and instrument. Finally, it should identify lost of possibility and phenomenon through the study of charisma leadership.

      • VisuShrink 및 SureShrink 방법에 의한 영상신호 잡음제거

        최근 웨이브릿 변환을 이용한 영상압축, 신호검출 등 신호처리 기법이 발달함에 따라 이 영역에서의 잡제거 방법들에 대한 연구가 또한 많이 진행되고 있다. 웨이브릿 변환 영역에서 잡음제거 기법은 각 레벨간의 웨이브릿계수의 상관을 이용한 기법, 잡음과 신호의 규칙성(reqularity),를 이용한 기법, 및 잡음과 신호의 통계적 특성을 이용한 기법 등이 있다. 통계적 특성을 이용하여 잡음을 제거하는 방법은 Hard-Threshold 기법과 Soft-Threshold 기법이 있다. 이 기법들은 웨이브릿 변환된 계수에 임계치를 비선형적으로 적용시켜서 잡음을 제거하는 기법이다. 이들 중 Soft-Threshold 기법은 Hard-Threshold 기법보다 알고리듬은 복잡하지만 영상 훼손이 적고 효과적으로 잡음을 제거할 수 있다. Donoho와 Johnstone은 일차원 신호에 대해 threshold 방법에 사용되는 경계값을 결정하는 방법 중 고정된 경계값을 사용하는 VisuShrink^1) 방법과 다해상도 분해에서 각 레벨에 다른 경계값을 이용하는 SureShrink^2) 방법을 제안하였다. 이 논문에서는 카메라멘 영상신호에 대해 가우시안 잡음을 부과하고 이 영상들을 웨이브릿(D6)으로 10개의 대역으로 분할한 후 VisuShrink 및 SureShrink 방법에 의해 잡음 편차를 추정한 후 Soft-Threshold 기법에 적용하여 잡음을 제거하였으며 각 방법으로 잡음 제거된 영상의 잡음 제거 특성을 비교 평가하였다. Recently, with the development of the signal processing techniques like image compressions and signal detections using the wavelet transform, the researches on the noise cancelling techniques in this transform domain is also proceeding. The noise cancelling methods in this domain are using the techniques based on the corellation between the coefficients of the wavelet levels, based on the regularity of the signal and noise, and based on the statatistical characteristics of the signal and noise. The technique based on the statatistical characteristics includes Hard-Threshold and Soft-Threshold techniques. Donoho and Johnstone for one dimensional signal, proposed VisuShrink and SureShrink technique to determine the threshold level in the threshold technique. The VisuShrink and SureShrink technique utilize fixed and different threshold value for each wavelet level respectively. In this paper, the Gaussian noises are added to the camera-man image signal and the noisy image signal is divided into 10 wavelet subbands. The variances of the noise in each wavelet subbands are estimated by using the the visuShrink and SureShrink techniques and the estimated variances are applied to the Soft-Threshold technique. And the denoising characteristics via VisuShrink is compared with the characteristics via SureShrink technique.

      • 웨이브릿 변환 영역 적응필터에 의한 유한 임펄스 응답 필터시스템 확인

        기존의 시간영역직 접형 유한 임펄스 응답 적응필터는 그 구조가 매우 간단하기 때문에 여러 분야에 응용되고 있으나, 이 적응필터는 일반적으로 수렴률이 매우 늦다. 변환영역 적응필터는 적응 알고리듬의 수렴속도 증가를 위해 유익하게 사용된다. 웨이브릿 변환은 프로세스가 비정적인 경우에도 Karhunen-Loeve변환과 매우 유사하다. 그러므로 웨이브릿 변환된 출력의 자동상관 마트릭스는 거의 대각이며, 변환 영역에서 간단한 전처리를 하면 수렴률을 매우 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 변환에 Harr 웨이브릿을 이용하면 곱셈없이 변환이 가능하다. 이 논문에서는 웨이브릿 변환 영역 적응필터를 구성하고, 이를 유한 임펄스 시스템 확인에 적용하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과를 DET 영역 적응 유한 임펄스응답 적응필터에 의한 결과와 함께 나타내었다. The conventional time domain direct-form FIR filter has been used for a variety of application, since it presents a very simple implemention, however, in general, the convergence rate of this adaptive filter is very slow. The transform domain adaptive filter can be used advantageously to increase the speed of convergence of the adaptive algorithm. The wavelet transform behaves as a good approximation to Karhunen-Loeve(KL) transform even when the underlying process is nonstationary. Therefore, the autocorrelation matrix of the wavelet transformed output is nearly diagonal. By using a simple preconditioning in the transformed domain, the conditioning can be improved resulting in dramatic increase in the convergence rates. And by using the Harr wavelet, we can transform without multiplication arithmetic. In this paper, a wavelet transform domain adaptive filter has been constructed and applied to the FIR filter system identification. Computer simulation results are shown with the results obtained by the DFT domain adaptive FIR filter.

      • 레이저 빔에 의해 유도된 표면 광전압을이용한 비정질 실리콘 성질의 비파괴 평가

        이 논문에서는 레이저 빔을 반도체표면에 조사할 때 발생되는 전압에 대한 간략화된 이론적인 모델을 제시하고, 쵸핑된 레이저 빔을 유리기관 위에 제조된 비정질 실리콘(amorphous silicon:H) 필름에 조사할 때 발생되는 전압의 크기를 용량성 결합을 이용하여 제조 온도에 따른 이 필름의 광학적 에너지 갭, 이차원적 위치 변화에 따른 이 전압의 크기를 측정 평가하였다. In this paper a simplied theorical model on the voltage which appears insemiconductor wafer when subjected to illumination by a laser laser is presented. The voltage magnitude when chopped laser beam is illuminated on amorphous silicon samples, deposited on the glass ubstrate is measured by using the capacitive coupling, and he optical energy gap and spatial variation of the voltage is measured and evaluated.

      • 웨이브릿 변환 영역의 일반화된 서브밴드 분해 FIR 적응필터를 이용한 채널 등화기

        웨이브릿 변환 영역의 일반화된 서브밴드 분해 FIR(finite impulse response) 적응 필터를 이용한 새로운 채널 등화기를 구성하였다. 이 적응 필터의 희소 인자는 균일하지 않고 변환 레벨이 1 증가할 때 2 감소 한다. 구성된 적응필터를 이용한 채널 등화기의 수렴 속도를 조사하고 DFT(discrete fourier transform) 변환 영역의 일반화된 FIR 필터를 이용한 채널 등화기의 수렴 속도가 비교 평가하였다. A new channel equalizer using the adaptive filter based on the generalized subband decomposition FIR(finite impulse response) filter in the wavelet transform domain is designed. The sparsity factor of the subfilter used in this adaptive filter is not uniform but decreases by two as the wavelet transform level is increased by one. The convergence speed of the channel equalizer using the designed adaptive filter is tested and compared with the channel equalizer using adaptive filter with the DFT(discrete fourier transform) domain generalized subband FIR filter.

      • 갑상선암에서 MAGE 1-6 mRNA를 검출하는MAGE common primer의 의의

        Background: MAGE (melanoma antigen gene) was named as cancer/testis specific antigens since their expression is only detected in the testis or cancer cells. Because of their relatively specific expression in the cancer cells, they have been considered as the early diagnosis of several cancers, or the appropriate targets for the specific immunotherapy mediated by cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Therefore, there were many reports about the expression of MAGE genes in various types of malignant tumors, but only a few reports in human thyroid neoplasms. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the MAGE common primers expressed in different histological types of thyroid tumors and to see the clinical usefulness of MAGE common primers on the thyroid tumors. Methods: Fifty-nine patients who underwent thyroidectomy at Kosin Medical Center from January, 2001 to April, 2002 were included in the study. Of the 59 patients 40 were papillary carcinoma, 4 follicular carcinoma, 3 medullary carcinoma, 1 anaplastic carcinoma, 4 nodular hyperplasia, 3 adenomatous goiter, and 4 follicular adenoma. Total cellular mRNA was extracted from those 48 cancer tissues, 11 benign tissues and additional eleven normal control thyroid tissues. Nested reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reactions (nested RT-PCR) with the MAGE common primers designed to detect MAGE 1-6 genes were employed in this study. With probes confirmed by DNA sequencing. Results: Of those 48 cases of thyroid carcinomas 10 cases (20.8%) were expressed MAGE common primers. In the 40 papillary carcinoma, MAGE common primers were expressed in 17.5%. In the four follicular carcinoma, they were expressed in two cases, and in one case of one anaplatic carcinoma. However, in the three cases of medullary carcinoma, MAGE gene was not expressed. None of 11 benign tumors and 11 normal tissues expressed any of these MAGE common primers. The sensitivity of MAGE common primers in thyroid tumors was 20.8% and the specificity was 100%. Conclusion: These results suggested that MAGE common primers were expressed low in the malignant thyroid tumors but it was not expressed in benign tumors and normal tissues. It is suggested that MAGE common primers can be used for preoperative differential diagnosis of follicular carcinoma from benign follicular adenoma which cannot be made by fine needle aspiration cytology of thyroid tissue. However, further study is needed for clinical application of MAGE common primers expression as tumor markers in the thyroid tumors.

      • Soft-Threshold 기법에 의한 영상신호 적응 잡음제거

        최근 웨이브릿 변환을 이용한 영상압축, 신호검출 등 신호처리 기법이 발달함에 따라 이 영역에서의 잡음제거 방법들에 대한 연구가 또한 많이 진행되고 있다. 이 영역에서의 잡음 제거방법으로는 웨이브릿 레벨 간의 계수들의 상관관계를 이용하는 방법, 잡음과 정보신호의 규칙성(regulality)을 이용하는 방법 및 신호의 통계적 특성을 이용하는 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 통계적 특성을 이용한 잡음제거 처리과정은 Hard-Threshold(HT) 기법과 Soft-Threshold(ST)기법이 있다. Donoho와 Johnstone은 일차원 신호에 대해 통계적 기법을 이용하여 계수축소(Shrinkage) 방법에 적용할 수 있는 고정된 경계값을 사용하는 Visushrink 방법[1]과 threshold 방법을 이용하여 잡음제거하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이 논문에서는 threshold 기법의 경계값 결정을 위해서 최고 대역은 VisuShrink 그리고 최고 및 최저 대역을 제외한 대역의 경계값은 웨이브릿 레벨이 1씩 감소함에 따라 VisuShrink 방법에 의해 구한 경계 값의 반(half)으로 감소 되도록 정하였으며 이 값들을 soft-threshold 기법에 적용하여 최저 대역을 제외한 각 밴드의 잡음을 제거하는 방법(adaptive noise rempval: ANR )을 제시하고, 이 방법의 잡음 제거 효과를 [1]의 방법과 비교 평가하였다. Rescently, with the development of the signal processing techniques like image compressions and signal detections using the wavelet transform, the researchs on the noise cancelling techniques in this transform domain is also proceeding. The noise cancelling techniques in this domain are the techniques based on the correlation between the coefficients of the wavelet levels, the regularity of the signal and noise, and the statatistica1 characteristics of the signal and noise Donoho and Johnstone proposed a noise canceling technique for one dimensional signal, which can be applied to the wavelet shrinkage, based on the statatistical meathod utilizing the VisuShrink and threshold meathod. In this paper, we propose a threshold technique (adaptive noise removal: ANR), which has the properties that, to decide the threshold values of the highest level of subband image signals, the VisuShrink was used and the other level of the subbands image signals except the lowest level of the subbands image signals were fixed for by half of the values which were obtained by the VisuShrink meathod as the wavelet level of the subbands was decreased by one. And the proposed soft-threshold technique were applied to image signals and the performances on the noise removal were compared and evaluated with the meathod described in[1]

A large amount of experimental sets are performed to evaluate the effects of chatter phenomenon on the machined surface. The optical microscope and the surface roughness measuring machine are used to measure the surface integrity and roughness of the machined surfaces

      • 우리나라 화학물질 분류 및 표시체계 분석

        Classification and Labelling system of Chemicals is a very important element for management of chemical safety. Classification and labelling system of Chemicals is very different among countries. This becomes a barrier for transportation of chemicals across counties. Recently, several international organizations (OECD,UNEP,ILO etc.) endeavor to harmonize classification and labelling of chemicals. In this study, we analyze classification and labelling system of chemical described in several regulations of our country, and examine acivities of IOMC(Inter-Organization Programme for the Sound Management of Chemicals)for harmonization of classification and labelling of chemicals. The Toxic Chemical Control Law, the Fire Services Law and the Industrial Safety and Health Law are the major regulation of management of chemical safety. Classification and labelling systems of chemical vary among several regulations. Particularly, labelling system of chemicals in transport vehicles are not appropriate in response to chemical accident. We suggest that task force team consisted with inter-administrative branches is needed to harmonize classification and labelling of chemicals, and recommend the introduction of UN number in labelling systems of chemicals in transport vehicles.

        묘지 조성사업지의 비탈면 보호공법에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 강릉시 시범 공설묘지 조성사업을 중심으로

        강릉시 시범 공설묘지 조성사업은 경사 30˚ 의 표고차가 심한 산지를 절 · 성토하여 계단식 묘역단을 조성하는 공사로 수직고 15m이상의 대절토 및 성토부가 산재하고 있다. 특히 묘역단장후 주변 유입수 및 표면 유출수에 의한 비탈면 붕괴, 묘역단 유실 등의 피해가 발생할 경우 보수 또는 보강이 사실상 어려운 실정이며, 사회적 여론으로 확대될 가능성이 크므로 비탈면 보호에 필요한 녹화공법을 검토하였다. 구체적인 연구내용으로는 설계도면 및 현장답사를 통한 문제 비탈면 추출, 비탈면의 물리적 특성과 식생의 생육상황 파악, 비탈면 주변부의 식생조사와 유용식생 선발, 비탈면의 토양조건 분석 및 비탈면 토사의 기본물성 조사 등이며, 이를 기초로 하여 비탈면 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 그 대안을 제시하였다. The construction of a public cemetery in Kangnung city includes terraced graveyard with cutting or banking in mountain which has severe altitude differences with a slope of 30˚. Therefore, there are scattered cutting and banking sections with vertical height more than 15m. Especially, if the slope failure or the loss of a graveyard happens after graveyard establishment due to surface flow and inflow around, it is difficult to repair, causing serious public censure. Accordingly. revegetation works were examined that need protection of slope. The specific content of the study was the selection of slopes requiring special care through blueprint and field investigation the measurement of the physical property of slope and the situation of vegetative growth, the investigation of vegetation in slopes and the selection of vegetation, and the analysis of soil condition of slopes and the physical condition of slope sediment. On the basis of investigations some alternatives were proposed.Key words: public cemetery, slope protection works, revegetation works
