      • 개인의 사회적 자기효능감과 팀원 간 관계 갈등 인식 및 팀 갈등관리 전략의 효과에 관한 연구

        박지혜 ( Park¸ Jihye ) 한국협상학회 2020 협상연구 Vol.23 No.1

This research investigates the relationship between the individual’s social self-efficacy and the perception of relationship conflict (e.g., frequency, intensity) in the individual level. Moreover, the team’s conflict management strategy is considered as a group-level moderator of the social self-efficacy and relationship conflict perception link. Using HLM (hierarchical linear model) analysis with 72 participants in 17 teams, there are interaction effects of dominating strategy and avoiding strategy on the relationship between social self-efficacy and relationship conflict perception although the main effects are not statistically significant. As expected, when the level of conflict management strategy (e.g., dominating or avoiding) is high, the relationship conflict perception level is not different in accordance with the level of individual’s social self-efficacy. However, when the level of conflict management strategy (e.g., dominating or avoiding) is low, the relationship between the social self-efficacy and the relationship conflict perception amplifies. Theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and future research are discussed.

      • Evaluating the effects of organic matter bioavailability on nanofiltration membrane using real-time monitoring

        Park, Sanghun,You, Jeongyeop,Ahn, Yujin,Jung, Woonggyu,Kim, Jihye,Lee, Sungyun,Park, Jongkwan,Cho, Kyung Hwa Elsevier 2018 Journal of membrane science Vol.548 No.-

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We studied the influence of bioavailability of organic matter on membrane fouling layer development by comparing the filtration performance of two feed waters (wetland water and graywater). Dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentration, size exclusion chromatography (SEC), and fluorescence excitation-emission matrix (FEEM) were used to characterize the bioavailability of organic matter in these water samples during the nanofiltration process. The wetland sample contained a high proportion of humic acid- and fulvic acid-like matter with low bioavailability, whereas the graywater sample comprised substantial amounts of aromatic proteins and microbial byproduct-like matter with high bioavailability. In addition, the molecular size distribution revealed that the wetland sample contained a large portion of recalcitrant organic matter, whereas the graywater sample contained easily bioavailable organic matter. After the filtration experiment, the DOC of the wetland sample decreased to 4.8mgC/L, whereas the graywater sample resulted in a lower DOC concentration of 3.4mgC/L. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) illustrated real-time variations in the fouling layer morphology, providing both 2D and 3D images. In addition, confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) quantified the bacterial volume in the fouling layer. The wetland sample yielded a bacterial volume of 11.8µm3/μm2 from a total fouling volume of 103µm3/μm2, whereas the graywater sample yielded a bacterial volume of 53.2µm3/μm2 from a total fouling layer volume of 134µm3/μm2. Fitting of the two-phase Monod model to the fouling layer growth on the membrane resulted in lower-yield coefficients (i.e., the volumes produced per unit amount of substrate, Y xs ) of 7.46 and 27.95µm3/μm2 in wetland water and higher-yield coefficients of 13.17 and 47.53µm3/μm2 in the graywater at first and second phase, respectively. This study addresses the quantitative evaluation of the organic matter bioavailability in terms of membrane fouling using OCT images and a two-phase Monod model.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The difference of bioavailability of DOM influenced the amount of fouling layer growth. </LI> <LI> In situ OCT monitoring provided 2D and 3D morphology of the fouling layer and quantified the volume. </LI> <LI> Two-phase Monod model evaluated the influence of bioavailability of DOM on fouling layer growth. </LI> </UL> </P>

Ultrasound diagnosis and treatment of intractable anterior chest pain from golf - A case report –

        Park Jihye,Kim Su Jin,Kim Hyunho,Jung Haesun,신화용 대한마취통증의학회 2023 Anesthesia and pain medicine Vol.18 No.1

Background: Pleurisy is an inflammation of the parietal pleura and is characterized by pleuritic pain. The most common cause of pleurisy is infection; other causes include rheumatoid arthritis, malignancy, rib fractures, or trauma. Possible causes of chest pain associated with golf include costochondritis, stress fractures of the ribs, intercostal muscle strain, or, rarely, Tietze’s syndrome and slipping rib syndrome.Case: A 64-year-old female presented with intractable chest pain that began 4 months prior while playing golf. No specific cause was found after various examinations. There was persistent pain despite medical treatment. Ultrasonography (US) was performed over the painful areas, which revealed focal pleural effusions. A mixture of ropivacaine and triamcinolone was injected into the focal pleural effusions using US guidance, which dramatically relieved her pain. Conclusions: This case demonstrates that US can be used as a diagnostic and therapeutic modality for intractable chest pain with an undetected pathology.

      • Group I mGluR-dependent depotentiation in the lateral amygdala does not require the removal of calcium-permeable AMPA receptors

        Park, Kyungjoon,Song, Sukwoon,Hong, Ingie,Song, Beomjong,Kim, Jeongyeon,Park, Sungmo,Lee, Junuk,Song, Sangho,An, Bobae,Kim, Jihye,Lee, C. Justin,Shin, Ki Soon,Choi, Sukwoo,Lee, Sukwon Frontiers Media S.A. 2014 Frontiers in Behavioral Neuroscience Vol.8 No.-

<P>There is conflicting evidence regarding whether calcium-permeable receptors are removed during group I mGluR-mediated synaptic depression. In support of this hypothesis, AMPAR rectification, a correlative index of the synaptic expression of GluA2-lacking calcium–permeable AMPARs (CP-AMPARs), is known to decrease after the induction of several types of group I mGluR-mediated long-term depression (LTD), suggesting that a significant proportion of synaptic CP-AMPARs is removed during synaptic depression. We have previously demonstrated that fear conditioning-induced synaptic potentiation in the lateral amygdala is reversed by group 1 mGluR-mediated depotentiation. Here, we examined whether CP-AMPARs are removed by mGluR1-mediated depotentiation of fear conditioning-induced synaptic potentiation. The synaptic expression of CP-AMPARs was negligible before, increased significantly 12 h after, and returned to baseline 48 h after fear conditioning, as evidenced by the changes in the sensitivity of lateral amygdala synaptic responses to NASPM. Importantly, the sensitivity to NASPM was not altered after induction of depotentiation. Our findings, together with previous results, suggest that the removal of CP-AMPARs is not required for the depotentiation of fear conditioning-induced synaptic potentiation at lateral amygdala synapses.</P>

      • Thermal and Magnetic Properties of Fe-Co-B-P-Cu Amorphous Alloy System

        Jihye Park,Jiyoon Lim,Hyunsol Son,Haein Choi-Yim 한국자기학회 2021 한국자기학회 학술연구발표회 논문개요집 Vol.31 No.2

Over the past decades, Fe-based amorphous alloy systems have been spotlighted with remarkable soft magnetic properties such as high saturation magnetization (Ms), low coercivity (Hc), and good permeability. These advantageous properties provide a platform for essential components of commercial products. In this study, we improved saturation magnetization and high-temperature magnetic properties by adding Cobalt at the expense of Fe. As a model system, Fe-Co-B-P-Cu amorphous ribbons fabricated by the melt-spinning method were employed. We measured the thermal properties of the alloy by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), including crystallization temperature. Structural characteristics of ribbons examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) turned out to be a fully amorphous state. Magnetic properties such as Ms and Hc were inspected by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) and B-H loop tracer, respectively. The combination of excellent soft magnetic properties and thermal ability makes the FeCoBPCu alloys promising soft magnetic materials for industrial applications.

A Study to Reveal the Effects of Using Symbolic Meaning of Minhwa with People Having a Variety of Cultural Backgrounds

        ( Jihye Park ) 한국패션비즈니스학회 2021 패션 비즈니스 Vol.25 No.6

As the use of cultural elements to enhance design has become increasingly emphasized, fashion studies are focusing more on the cultural aspects of design. However, the diverse approaches of Minhwa (Korean folk painting) still need to be incorporated into fashion designs. Moreover, there is limited research on the awareness and thought of using a cultural design source of Minhwa based on people from different cultural backgrounds. This study aims to reveal an in-depth understanding of the use of Minhwa and its inner symbolic meaning by people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds. A review of the literature on cultural design and Minhwa studies was conducted to establish a theoretical foundation. Focus group interviews were conducted with 26 participants, who were divided into five distinct cultural groups to ascertain their thoughts towards Minhwa and its inner symbolic meaning. The study’s major findings were threefold. First, the outer appearance of Minhwa elements based on aesthetic preferences and familiarity affect their preference choices more than the influences of their cultural backgrounds. Second, knowing the knowledge of symbolic meaning makes a big difference in image preference. Third, avoiding the use of anachronisms is a significant consideration, as they can lead to negative judgments irrespective of cultural background.
