This paper relates to a software patent of a computer related invention, explains a describing method of software patent claim which can be registered software patent of computer related invention instead of computer program copyright which is the Intellectual Property about software since 1998 in the Korea Intellectual Patent Office(KIPO) by developing an information communication infrastructure technology and WWW technology. Also, it introduces an international and domestic trends of the software patent for computer related invention and related database for the software patent of the world and mentions advantage and disadvantage of software patent regime of each nation and the facing software patent problems as the Intellectual Property.
PLS-Ⅱ용 200MW 인버터 모듈레이터 제작 및 시험

포항가속기 연구소에서 3.0 GeV의 에너지로 성능향상 (PLS-Ⅱ)를 위하여 선형가속기에 모듈레이터를 증설할 예정이다. 추가 증설을 위하여 사용될 200 ㎿ 인버터 모듈레이터를 설계, 제작, 시험하고자 한다. 모듈레이터에는 Inverter type 고전압 전원장치를 사용하였으며 사양은 펄스 전압 400 ㎸, 전류 500A, 펄스폭 8us, 반복횟수 30 ㎐이며 부하는 80 ㎿ 클라이스트론을 사용하여 시험할 하였다. 본 논문에서는 설계, 제작 및 시험 결과에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Cu<SUB>2</SUB>ZnSnS<SUB>4</SUB> (CZTS) thin films are considered as ideal absorption materials for next generation thin film solar cells due to their excellent optical and electrical properties as well as low cost. Two types of CZTS thin films were prepared via sputtering with Zn or ZnS targets (Cu/SnS/Zn and Cu/SnS/ZnS). After sulfurization, the microstructure and distribution of the elements and the electrical properties of the thin films obtained using the Zn and ZnS targets were compared. The CZTS thin films obtained from the Zn target exhibit a large grain, smooth surface and less ZnS accumulation between the CZTS and Mo, resulting in improved junction characteristics and electrical properties. The CZTS solar cells that were fabricated with the Zn target exhibit an improved conversion efficiency of 5.06% relative to that of CZTS solar cells using the ZnS target.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Two type of CZTS thin film were prepared using Zn or ZnS target. </LI> <LI> Microstructure, phase analysis and electrical properties were analyses. </LI> <LI> The CZTS using Zn target showed large grain and smooth surface morphology. </LI> <LI> More ZnS secondary phase was observed from the CZTS using ZnS target. </LI> <LI> The CZTS using Zn target got a conversion efficiency of 5.06%. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

N/A Alpha 1-antitrypsin (AAT) is the most abundant circulating inhibitor of proteolysis and is responsible for most of the inhibition of trypsin by blood plasma. The AAT has been considered in searching for a new biochemical tumor marker in the diagnosis of malignant diseases. We estimated the level of AAT in serum of control (18) and patients with hepatoma (22), other malignant diseases (22), chronic liver diseases (25), and acute infectious diseases (10) by radial immunodiffusion (RID) in order to study the clinical significance of AAT as a marker of malignancy, especially hepatoma. The results were as follows; 1) The levels of AAT in normal control serum were 191 +- 46 mg/dL 2) The levels of AAT in patients with hepatoma and other malignant diseases (stomach cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, and malignant lymphoma) were 331 +- 110 mg/dL and 285 +-112 mg/dL, respectively. A significant correlation between each groups was not observed (p>0.05). And the serum AAT levels were significantly higher in patients with malignant diseases than in normal controls (p<0.05). 3) The levels of AAT in chronic liver diseases (chronic hepatitis, and liver cirrhosis) were 229 +- 84 mg/dL and were not significntly higher than those of normal control (p>0.05). 4) The levels of AAT in acute infectious diseases (enteric fever, lung abscess, pneumonia and FUO) were 287 +- Slmg/dL.
