The objective of this study is to develop the operation model of the double-skin facade for energy conservation and user comfort. This study proposes development process of the operation model in three steps. A case study is used to investigate the feasibility of the process. The G building in Kungkido is chosen. The main contents of this study are as follows. 1) The operation objectives and standards are established. And the operation factors classified according to the objectives and standards. 2) Correlation of the operation factors are clarified. And Individual models. The operation model is essential to building which has the double-skin facade and logical operation would be improved by this model. For the practical application of this operation model, it will be needed to connect the building management system.

This thesis is an experimental and numerical research on beating capacity acting retaining walls close to rigid slopes with stiff angles. Experiments were performed with changing the roughness of adjacent slope to the wall, its inclination, distance between wall and slope. Vertical stress and applied surcharge loads were measured by miniature earth cells and a load cel respectively. Stress distribution Vertical Settlement of surcharge of rigid model footing were measured by LVDTs. Bearing capacities of surcharge loads were compared with theoretical estimations by using several different methods of limit equilibrium and numerical analysis. For limit equilibrium methods, the modified silo and the wedge theories, proposed by Chung sung gyo and Chung in gyo(1994) were used to analyze test results Based on those modified theories, the particular solution with the boundary condition of surcharge loads on the surface of backfill was obtained to find the stress distributions acting in the backfill and to compare with test results. From results of surcharge test with model wall being very close to the slope, analyzed results by the modified silo theory and to be in the better agrements than other methods.

TiC cermets werefabricated by sintering of TiC and metal powders produced by self propagating high temperature systhesis (SHS). A total of five different cermet systems were studied. These are TiC-Ni, TiC-Co, TiC-Fe, TiC-Al and TiC-Cu. Powders of Ti, C, and metals (Ni, Co, Fe, Cu, Al) were first reacted to form TiC carbide in the matrix of each metal by SHS. The reaction products were crushed into fine powders, which were subsequently sintered at high temperatures either in hydrogen atmosphere or in vacuum for over 1 hours. The mocrosturctural evolution of the cermets was studied including carbide particle size and shape, growth of particles, and density of sintered body. The effects of different binder metals on the mocrosturctures of the cermets are discussed.

보행로봇이 비평탄 지형에서도 자유로운 이동을 할 수 있기 위해서는 지형에 따라 적절한 알고리즘으로 변화시켜 보행하는 것이 중요하다. 지금까지 블라인드 로봇(blind robot)의 경우 각 다리의 착지점을 선택하는 방법에 초점을 맞추고 있으나 본 논문에서는 스트로크와 주기를 변화시켜 비평탄 지형에도 안정된 등속도 보행을 하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. Framix-DSP라고 하는 4족 로봇을 실험대상으로 하였고, 로봇은 물결-게 걸음새로 보행한다. One of the primary advantage of walking robots is their ability to walk in the irregular terrain. Adaptive algorithms that modify the gait according to the terrain must be provided to apply this advantage. Existing articles about adaptive gaits of blind robot are based on intelligent foothold selection. However, this article proposes a algorithm that is based on the variations of stroke and period to adapt the irregular terrain. If this adaptive algorism is used, robot can maintain periodic gait walking and constant speed using only force sensor even in the irregular terrain without external sophisticated sensor. Quadruped robot named FRAMIX-DSP is used as a working example and robot walks with the wave-crab gait.

<P>α-Lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin are two major whey proteins that specifically bind immunoglobulin E and are suspected as major allergens causing cow’s milk allergy (CMA). Recent studies have shown that thymic stromal lymphopoietin is a critical factor linking at the interface of the body and environment to the T-helper 2 response. However, it is not known whether thymic stromal lymphopoietin expression is changed by α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin in immune cells. Using RT-PCR and ELISA, the present study was conducted to examine if intravenous injection of α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin increased pro-inflammatory cytokines, T-helper 2 cytokines, and thymic stromal lymphopoietin expression in several immune cells, including macrophages, mast cells, and keratinocytes. Results showed that α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin induced thymic stromal lymphopoietin, interleukin-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α expression. It was concluded that the allergenicity of α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin may be attributed to thymic stromal lymphopoietin induction, T-helper 2 cytokines, and pro-inflammatory cytokines.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/jafcau/2015/jafcau.2015.63.issue-50/acs.jafc.5b04790/production/images/medium/jf-2015-04790n_0007.gif'></P>
Analysis of a Linkage Coil for Wireless Power Transmission by Inductive Coupling

Magnetic coupling delivering wireless power in capsular endoscope(CE) is described in this paper. The characteristic of the magnetic flux linkage coil which generates the induced electromotive force(emf) under the magnetic field was analyzed. With the analyzed results, a magnetic flux linkage coil system was developed and tested. It was confirmed that the magnetic flux linkage coil system could supply more than 50 ㎽ power at 125 ㎑ without changing the structure of conventional CE.
효율적인 요약 화일 구성을 위한 결집 알고리즘의 설계 및 구현

Malmquist는 경험적 충돌 기법을 사용하여 데이타베이스의 관련 튜플들을 결집하는 알고리즘을 제안했다. 본 논문에서는 요약 화일의 효율성을 높이기 위해 Malmquist 알고리즘을 요약 화일에 적용한 새로운 결집 알고리즘을 제안한다. 2경로 2단계 요약 화일 방법에 제안된 결집 알고리즘을 적용하여 얻어진 결집 요소를 통하여 그 알고리즘의 타당성을 보이고 결집 요소의 영향을 살펴보기 위해 2단계 요약 화일 방법과 결집 요소가 2와 3일 때의 2경로 2단계 방법들의 검색 성능을 비교한다.
