        A comprehensively overall track-bridge interaction study on multi-span simply supported beam bridges with longitudinal continuous ballastless slab track

        Track-bridge interaction has become an essential part in the design of bridges and rails in terms of modern railways. As a unique ballastless slab track, the longitudinal continuous slab track (LCST) or referred to as the China railway track system Type-II (CRTS II) slab track, demonstrates a complex force mechanism. Therefore, a comprehensive track-bridge interaction study between multi-span simply supported beam bridges and the LCST is presented in this work. In specific, we have developed an integrated finite element model to investigate the overall interaction effects of the LCST-bridge system subjected to the actions of temperature changes, traffic loads, and braking forces. In that place, the deformation patterns of the track and bridge, and the distributions of longitudinal forces and the interfacial shear stress are studied. Our results show that the additional rail stress has been reduced under various loads and the rail’s deformation has become much smoother after the transition of the two continuous structural layers of the LCST. However, the influence of the temperature difference of bridges is significant and cannot be ignored as this action can bend the bridge like the traffic load. The uniform temperature change causes the tensile stress of the concrete track structure and further induce cracks in them. Additionally, the influences of the friction coefficient of the sliding layer and the interfacial bond characteristics on the LCST’s performance are discussed. The systematic study presented in this work may have some potential impacts on the understanding of the overall mechanical behavior of the LCSTbridge system.

        Fresh Agricultural Products Online Retailer's Emergency Logistics Capability Framework During the Pandemic

        Purpose: During the pandemic, a large number of orders forced online retailers of fresh produce to quickly change their emergency logistics capabilities to meet the needs of ordinary consumers during the pandemic. Our research aims to help online retailers establish an emergency physical distribution framework for fresh produce during disasters to meet consumer needs. Research design and methodology: 160 effective responses were collected from the online response team in Wuhan, China, and exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the emergency logistics capability framework. Twelve experts were invited online to collect their scoring opinions and use the entropy method to determine the importance of emergency logistics capabilities. Results: Our results have identified a total of 17 emergency logistics factors for online retailers, and we found that Transportation route planning and reconstruction capabilities, Emergency plan planning ability, and Supply chain real-time information sharing capability are the most important in the overall framework. Conclusions: This research completely established the physical distribution framework of fresh agricultural products online retailer in emergency situations. It enriches academic resources in the field of emergency distribution and provides a scientific basis for corporate managers to improve their physical distribution capabilities in emergency situations.

        Bond-slip constitutive model of concrete to cement-asphalt mortar interface for slab track structure

        The bonding interface of the concrete slab track and cement-asphalt mortar layer plays an important role in transferring load and restraining the track slab’s deformation for slab track structures without concrete bollards in high-speed railway. However, the interfacial bond-slip behavior is seldom considered in the structural analysis; no credible constitutive model has been presented until now. Elaborating the field tests of concrete to cement-asphalt mortar interface subjected to longitudinal and transverse shear loads, this paper revealed its bond capacity and failure characteristics. Interfacial fractures all happen on the contact surface of the concrete track slab and mortar-layer in the experiments. Aiming at this failure mechanism, an interfacial mechanical model that employed the bilinear local bond-slip law was established. Then, the interfacial shear stresses of different loading stages and the load-displacement response were derived. By ensuring that the theoretical load-displacement curve is consistent with the experiment result, an interfacial bond-slip constitutive model including its the corresponding parameters was proposed in this paper. Additionally, a finite element model was used to validate this constitutive model further. The constitutive model presented in this paper can be used to describe the real interfacial bonding effect of slab track structures with similar materials under shear loads.

        중국 통신회사 직원의 감정노동이 직무소진에 미치는 영향

        중국은 비약적인 경제 발전과 함께 서비스 산업이 전체 산업에서 차지하는 비중이 증가함에 따라 서비스의 질이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 특히 중국의 여러 서비스 산업 가운데 통신회사의 서비스부문이 가장 앞서고 있다. 서비스의 질은 서비스 산업에서 종사하는 직원들에 의해서 결정된다. 그런데 서비스에 종사하는 직원들은 감정노동에 드러나 있다. 그러므로 중국 통신회사 직원들의 감정노동에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 중국 통신회사 직원들의 감정노동이 직무소진에 미치는 영향과 사회적 지지에 따라 감정노동과 직무소진의 조절 작용을 연구했다. SPSS18.0을 활용함으로써 연구결과가 도출되었다. 즉 심층행위와 표면행위가 감정적 고갈에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 표면행위가 비인격화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 심층행위가 자아성취감 저하에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 한 시사점을 제시하였다. 즉 회사측면에서 표면행위를 심층행위로 전환시키는 훈련프로그램이 필요하고 비정규직에 대한 고용불안 해소, 임금 및 복리후생을 개선되어야 할 것이며 정신건강 예방관리 프로그램을 운영할 필요가 있다. 또한 회사는 직원들의 의식수준을 높이기 위해서 교육 프로그램을 실행해야 하며 비정규직 직원들의 과소평가를 해소하기 위해서 특별수당을 지급하고 최대한 동등하게 대해야 하는 동시에 상사와 동료의 지지를 얻을 수 있는 조화로운 분위기를 조성해야 한다. With the development of China’s economy, the proportion of the service industry in China is getting bigger and bigger, so the quality of service in the service industry is becoming more important. The service industry is different from the primary industry and the secondary industry. The product of the service industry is service, The service is provided by the staff, so the staff plays an important role in the process of the service industry development. In China, the typical service industry are telecommunication companies. In this case, it is necessary to do research on the work of the staff of telecommunication companies. In this study, the object of research are the temporary employees of the Chinese telecommunication companies. We need find what relationship exists between the emotional labor and the burnout of employees, and the effect of the social support between the emotional labor and the burnout. The results of this study suggest that in the service industry, the staff who does the deep acting has less burnout than the staff who does the surface acting. Moreover social support has a moderating effect between emotional labor and the burnout. Even the Supervisor support is stronger than colleague support.

        통합물류 서비스 품질이 중국 소비자 고객 재이용의도에 미치는 영향

        소비자 국제 통합 물류 서비스는 최근 몇 년 동안 국제 급행 운송에 대한 고객의 수요를 충족시키기 위해 빠르게 확장되었다. 그러나 통합 물류의 일관성 없는 서비스 품질은 소비자의 재이용 가능성을 감소시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 통합물류기업의 서비스 품질 향상을 위해 적시성, 신뢰성, 경제성, 편의성의 4가지 특성을 기반으로 통합물류 서비스 품질 평가 방법을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 통합물류 서비스 이용고객 514명의 의견을 수렴하였으며, 4차원의 통합물류서비스 품질이 소비자의 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 구조방정식 모형을 활용해 인과관계를 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 적시성, 신뢰성, 경제성, 편의성을 갖춘 통합물류서비스 제공업체는 고객에게 정기적으로 서비스를 이용하도록 유도할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 통합물류기업을 대상으로 물류서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공하고 소비자를 위한 국제 컨테이너 물류서비스 개발을 촉진한다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. Purpose: This study proposes a consumer-relevant evaluation system for the quality of consolidation logistics services based on the four qualities of timeliness, dependability, economy, and convenience. It also investigates the relationship between these aspects and consumers' intentions to reuse in order to increase their intentions to reuse. Research design, data, and methodology: This paper collects the opinions of 514 customers of consolidation logistics services, and employs structural equation modeling to examine the influence of service quality on consumers' reuse intentions across four dimensions. Results: Consolidation logistics ser vice providers that demonstrate punctualit y, dependability, economical approaches, and convenience are better able to entice clients to employ their services regularly. Conclusions: Consolidation logistics service providers that demonstrate punctuality, dependability, economical approaches, and convenience are better able to entice clients to employ their services regularly.

        Examining the Economic Effects of Logistics Infrastructure: The Case of New Western Land-Sea Corridor in China

        Purpose: To examine the economic effects of logistics under the influence of policies. Research design, data and methodology: This study is the first to use the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities in China from 2012 to 2021, and use the OLS and DID models to evaluate whether the New Western Land-Sea Corridor (NWLSC) has promoted the economic development of the regions along the corridor. Results: The NWLSC has stimulated local economic growth by promoting the development of transportation, postal, and telecommunications industries along the corridor. Further, considering the locational differences of the regions along the NWLSC, we examined the differences in economic effects between regions along the Yangtze River and those not along the Yangtze River under the background of NWLSC implementation. We found that waterway and airway transport located along the NWLSC and in the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) region can significantly promote economic growth. However, for regions located along the NWLSC but not in the YREB region, the impact of roadway, railway, and airway transport in these regions on economic growth is more significant. Conclusions: This study has important reference value on how to use logistics to promote the economic and cross-border commerce development of landlocked countries or regions.

        Bearing fault diagnosis of wind turbines based on dynamic multi-adversarial adaptive network

        Owing to the shortage of available labeled data on wind turbine bearings, a new wind turbine bearing fault diagnosis method based on a dynamic multi-adversarial adaptive network (DMAAN) was proposed. In this new method, a laboratory data were used to obtain fault diagnosis models for wind turbine bearings. The first step was evaluating the interdomain distribution difference and intraclass distribution differences between domains. The second step was setting a dynamic adversarial factor to dynamically measure the relative contribution of the two different distributions. The last step was, reducing the distribution difference through multiple adversarial training, to obtain the diagnosis results. The validity of DMAAN was verified via the transfer experiments of laboratory datasets and wind turbine generator measured datasets. The results showed that DMAAN has a higher diagnostic accuracy and better transmission capability in cross-machine transfer fault diagnosis in compare with the existing methods.

      • Modification of the plasma complement protein profile by exogenous estrogens is indicative of a compromised immune competence in marine medaka (<i>Oryzias melastigma)</i>

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Growing evidence suggests that the immune system of teleost is vulnerable to xenoestrogens, which are ubiquitous in the marine environment. This study detected and identified the major circulatory immune proteins deregulated by 17α-ethinylestradiol (EE2), which may be linked to fish susceptibility to pathogens in the marine medaka, <I>Oryzias melastigma</I>. Fish immune competence was determined using a host resistance assay to pathogenic bacteria <I>Edwardsiella tarda</I>. Females were consistently more susceptible to infection-induced mortality than males. Exposure to EE2 could narrow the sex gap of mortality by increasing infection-induced death in male fish. Proteomic analysis revealed that the major plasma immune proteins of adult fish were highly sexually dimorphic. EE2 induced pronounced sex-specific changes in the plasma proteome, with the male plasma composition clearly becoming “feminised”. Male plasma was found to contain a higher level of fibrinogens, WAP63 and ependymin-2-like protein, which are involved in coagulation, inflammation and regeneration. For the first time, we demonstrated that expression of C1q subunit B (C1Q), an initiating factor of the classical complement pathway, was higher in males and was suppressed in both sexes in response to EE2 and bacterial challenge. Moreover, cleavage and post-translational modification of C3, the central component of the complement system, could be altered by EE2 treatment in males (C3dg down; C3g up). Multiple regression analysis indicated that C1Q is possibly an indicator of fish survival, which warrants further confirmation. The findings support the potential application of plasma immune proteins for prognosis/diagnosis of fish immune competence. Moreover, this study provides the first biochemical basis of the sex-differences in fish immunity and how these differences might be modified by xenoestrogens.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> EE2 exposure reduces fish resistance to pathogen infection. </LI> <LI> The plasma immune proteins of adult fish are sexually dimorphic. </LI> <LI> Exogenous EE2 can modify the immune plasma proteome. </LI> <LI> The interplay between plasma C1Q and exogenous EE2 warrants further investigation. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • A Temporal Formal Languages Model Based on Categorical Methods

        Temporal data model ensures the correctness, validity and compability of data in temporal database, and temporal formal languages model describes the semantic specification of temporal database, both two are core and basis of temporal database system design and development. The paper has exploited the quo of temporal data models and temporal formal languages models, presented FTDM (Formal Temporal Data Model) and L (FTDM) over FTDM by denotation semantics methods. Referring to thinking of software reuse, this paper proposed the definition of languages reuse. Based on the previous works the authors further made temporal formal languages models family {Li} with its particular categorical properties analyzed in this paper by categorical methods, also demonstrated rigorously inherent relationships between temporal formal languages models in {Li}. Their works provided a category theoretic method with universality and flexible expansion for temporal formal languages models, meantime, proposed solid theoretical foundations for design and development of temporal database system.
