        족궐음간경(足厥陰肝經) 오수혈 주치(主治)의 특성(特性)과 시동병(是動病)의 연관성(聯關性)에 관한 연구(硏究) -<침구갑을경(鍼灸甲乙經)>을 중심(中心)으로-

        Objectives : It is known that the five Su points are very useful clinically. The following study was undertaken in order to find out the general characteristic and the origin of the five Su points. Methods: We investigated the relation of symptoms that are treated by five Su points and Shi-Dong Suo-Sheng-Bing(是動 所生病). The main reference book was Zhen Jiu Jia Yi jing(鍼灸甲乙經) and the author took Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum(足厥陰肝經) as an example. Results : 1. Five Su point of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum(足厥陰肝經) treats Shi-Dong-Bing(是動病) of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum. It is peculiarity of Five Su point of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum, differed from the others acupoints. Symptoms of Shi-Dang-Bing appears with the abnormal pulsation of Merdian Gi(脈氣), and the special feature of Shi-Dang-Bing is the symptoms are consisted of disorders of whole body, trobles of an internal organ, and psychosomatic disorders. 2. In <Su Wen San Bu Jiu Hou Lun (素問 三部九候論)>, it is described the part of pulse feeling for Shi-Dong-Bing(是動病) of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum(足厥陰肝經) as ‘A region that is 2 Chon(寸) from the basic digital joint of the first toe’. This region is agree with the acupoint of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum in <Mai-Jing(脈經)>, <Qian-Jin-Yao-Fang(千金要方)>. And Haeng-gan(行間) Tae-chung(太衝), members of five Su-points of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum is situated the same region. So we suppose that the part of pulse feeling for Shi-Dong-Bing of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum is transformed into Haeng-gan(行間) Tae-chung(太衝), among the five Su points.

      • 3차원 근거리 표적의 효과적인 위치 추정 알고리듬

        본 논문에서는 다중 3차원 근거리표적의 위치를 효과적으로 추정하는 기법을 제안하였다. 제안한 기법은 세 개의 부분센서배열을 이용하여 기존의 3D MUSIC에서의 3차원 탐색을 3번의 1차원 탐색으로 대치함으로써 연 산량을 감소시켰다. 각각의 부분센서배열에서 얻은 센서신호로부터 표적이 원거리에 있다고 가정하고 원거리 입체각을 추정하면 추정된 입체각은 실제 근거리 표적의 위치인 방위각, 고각, 거리의 함수로 주어진다. 그러므로 세 개의 부분센서배열로부터 얻은 세 개의 함수를 연립하여 풀면 실제 근거리표적의 위치를 추정할 수 있다. 또 한 다중 표적의 경우, 추정치에 대하여 3차원 MUSIC 스펙트럼값을 비교함으로써 연관 문제를 해결하였다. In this paper, we are proposing an efficient 3D source localization algorithm using 3 uniform linear subarrays. The proposed algorithm replaces 3D search required in conventional 3D MUSIC algorithm with 3 1D searches, and thus reduces computational burden. The estimate of the 1D conic angle obtained from a subarray under the far-field assumption satisfies a nonlinear algebraic equation of the true source bearing angle, elevation angle, and range. The proposed algorithm estimates source location by solving 3 algebraic equations obtained from 3 subarrays. Comparing 3D MUSIC spectrums of the estimated source locations, the proposed algorithm solves pairing problem for multiple sources localization.

        미소압입시험법과 SEM/EPMA를 이용한 치과용 금속-세라믹 시스템의 계면특성 연구

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the interface area of dental metal-ceramic systems by using nanoindentation technique and SEM/EPMA. Gold (PFG) and Ni-Cr-Be alloy (PFM) coupons (10×10×1 ㎜) were cast and veneered with Ceramco Ⅱ opaque and body porcelain. Specimens tired once (one-tiring) and nine times (nine-firing) of body porcelain were prepared and compared in this study. The metal-ceramic interfaces embedded in epoxy resin were exposed and received 0.25-㎛ finish. Nanoindentation test (ENT-1100a, Elionix, Japan) was conducted at the interlaces with a load of 100 ㎎f (0.98 mN). Sixty indentations were made at two specimens of each metal-ceramic group. Nanoindentation marks were confirmed to allot their positions under a reflected microscope. Mean indentation hardness and elastic modulus values were determined at the area of metal area >5㎛ (M) and <5㎛ (MI) from interface, and porcelain area (P). Indentation hardness value was also compared with Knoop hardness values. Distribution of trace elements in alloys was examined at the metal-ceramic interfaces through X-ray mapping obtained from SEM/EPMA. From this study, following results were discussed. Mean indentation hardness values of gold alloy and porcelain were agreed with their Knoop hardness data, except for the base metal. There were no abrupt changes of mechanical property at the interlace areas of PFG and PFM specimens, although transition area of mechanical properties was not observed clearly at the interlace However, elastic modulus values obtained by nanoindentation were higher than their respect literature values. These results were probably caused by residual stress arisen at the metal-ceramic area, even though further study should be considered. High resolution SEM/EPMA study successively revealed fine mapping of trace elements at the metal-ceramic interfaces. A high concentration of Indium was observed at the gold-ceramic interface. Beryllium was not concentrated at the interface of PFM, although they appeared in NiBe phase. Generally, mechanical properties and distribution of trace elements of metal-ceramic interface were not significantly changed with increased firing times. Nanoindentation technique was useful to analyze interface properties of metal-ceramic systems.

      • 잔향 환경에서 표적탐지 성능향상을 위한 능동소나 음원 형성기법 연구

        천해에서 능동소나 운용시 잔향에 의해 표적탐지 성능이 심각한 영향을 받게 되므로 잔향의 영향을 최소화하기 위한 음원 형성기법에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. PTFM(Pulse Train Frequency Modulation) 신호는 CW 신호의 도플러 제거 특성과 LFM 신호의 넓은 대역폭 특성을 이용하여 잔향의 영향을 최소화하기 위해 고안된 펄스이다. 본 논문에서는 펄스의 종류에 따른 탐지성능을 분석할 수 있는 음향모델을 이용한 성능분석모데를 이용한 성능분석모델을 구현하였으며, 이를 이용하여 일반적인 능동소나의 송신신호와 PTFM 신호의 잔향제한 환경에서의 탐지성능을 분석하였다.

      • 능동소나에서 다중경로환경을 고려한 표적의 도플러 탐지

        최근 능동 소나에서는 표적의 탐지 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 "높은 시간-대역폭곱"의 파형들을 사용한다. 표적까지의 거리와 표적의 속도를 추정하는 방법으로 FFT-기반 상관관계 기법이 많이 사용되고 있으나, 다중경로 환경에서는 운용자의 요구를 만족하기에 충분한 결과를 나타내지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중경로 환경에서 직접경로 신호의 도플러 변이와 도달시간의 탐지 정확도를 높이기 위한 새로운 기법을 제안하였다. In modern active sonar, so-called "high time-bandwidth product" waveforms are used to obtain processing gain for improved detection performance. FFT-based correlation processing is used to detect doppler shift for velocity of target and arrival time, but obtained results are not enough to satisfy the operational needs in multipath environment. In this paper, the new algorithm is proposed in order to improve detection accuracy of doppler shift and arriving time of direct path in multipath environment. It is achieved since the replica is made with considering multipath.

        대기오염과 천식증상에 의한 응급실내원과의 연관성에 관한 환자교차연구

        Objectives : This study, using case-crossover design, search a relationship between changing levels of air pollutants and asthma attack in asthma patients. Methods : We searched the daily total number of asthmatic patients at hospital's emergency room in Seoul, Korea by investigating total 49 general hospital's emergency room records. Otherwise, We investigated medical records of asthmatic patients at one of the 49 hospitals we have searched. We investigated addresses that they are living, diagnosis, smoking history, whether respiratory infection or not, medications. We analyzed the data by 1:m conditional logistic regression used when matched case-control study is analyzed. Control periods were chosen by bidirectional paired matching technique 7, 14 days before and after case periods. Results : the relative risk of asthmatic attack by 100 ppm ozone increase between June and September were 1.348(95 % CI = 1.010∼1.619). Between November and February, the relative risk by 100 ㎍/㎥ TSP increase, 100ppb sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide were respectively 1,278(1.010∼1.619), 1.237(1.019∼1.502), 1.285(1.006∼1.640). In stratified analysis, the relative risk were significant when the asthmatic patients were children aged 15 years or below, when there were respiratory infection, and when the patients took medications irregularly Conclusions : There was statistically significant association between ambient levels of air pollutants and asthmatic attack. So, we have to exert our efforts to minimize the air pollution effectively, to protect public health from air pollution.

      • Alloxan 유도 당뇨병상태에서 과산화지질생성에 미치는 Brazilin의 효과

        Brazilin was tested for its ability to inhibit alloxan induced lipidperoxidation. Lipid peroxide contents in liver, kidney and serum were measured by the TBA method. ICR mice receiving alloxan at a dose of 43mg/kg via the tail vein after a 24hrs starvation showed significantly increased lipid peroxide contents as compared to untreated control. Lipid peroxide contents in liver, kidney and serum of alloxan-induced diabetic mice were dose-dependently decreased by the treatment of brazilin at a dose of 10mg/kg, 50mg/kg, 100 mg/kg for 5 days.
