As vehicle functions and services increase, the complexity of todays automotive software increases. To make automotive software stable, most automotive components must support the AUTOSAR platform, a global standard for automotive software created by leading companies in the automotive industry. In addition, analysis of automotive software to meet functional safety requirements is also inevitably required of suppliers. Software FMEA is one of the widely used methods for analyzing software architecture and software failure risk. In this paper, we propose a convenient and efficient method for software analysis based on the AUTOSAR architecture. It also provides guidelines for conducting software FMEAs of AUTOSAR software and creating deliverables for software FMEA.

In this paper, we propose a typical SW architecture for motor-based smart actuators. First, the functional/non-functional requirements of the smart actuator were analyzed. Each functional requirement was mapped to AUTOSAR SW-C. HW-dependent SW-C and independent SW-C were designed separately. HW-independent SW-C is expected to be reu sable in several types of smart actuators. In addition, RTE code generation was performed using SW architecture. It was confirmed that the generated source code was applied to the actual smart actuator to satisfy the basic control performance criteria.

A semi-continuously fed and mixed reactor (SCFMR) was tested with food waste as a substrate. Biogas and methane production, and the total volatile solids (TVS) removal was investigated by changing the operating parameters, such as input total solid (TS) concentration and/or retention time (HRT) in the reactor. With the test of the input TS 10% and 30 days HRT 0.35 N㎥ methane was produced from 1 kg TVS removal. In the case of input TS 15% and 40 days HRT, 0.34 N㎥ methane per kilogram TVS was produced. the removal of TVS calculated from biogas production and TS input were 65.7% and 62.9%, respectively. The reactor was estimated to be operated in an over-loaded condition. Hence, the HRT should have been increased for the optimal operation. In conclusion, the operation parameters of SCFMR with food waste was proposed by experiments, and the data could be used for the basic design of a pilot or commercial biogas plant for food waste treatment.
메탄/공기 예혼합 화염의 Hydroxyl Radical을 이용한 Pyrometer 온도 보정방법에 대한 연구

본 연구에서는 상용 Pyrometer를 화염온도 측정에 적용할 수 있도록 메탄/공기 예혼합 화염을 이용하여 온도 보정기법을 개발하였다. 메탄/공기 예혼합 화염의 온도는 기 개발한 OH radical을 이용한 방출 스펙트럼 비교법을 사용하여 정밀하게 측정하였고 Pyrometer 측정결과와 비교하여 보정계수를 도출하였다. 이를 이용하여 온도를 알고 있는 메탄/공기 예혼합 평면 화염 버너를 이용하여 온도 측정결과를 검증하였고 잘 일치함을 확인하였다. In this study, in order to apply the commercial pyrometer to measurement of the flame temperature, methane / air premixed flame temperature calibration method was developed. Methane / air premixed flame temperature was precisely measured by using comparison technique of OH radical emission spectra. It was compared with pyrometer measurement result and then we calculated correction factor. With this method, the temperature measurement result was verified by methane / air premixed flat-flame burner whose temperature was already known. We confirmed that both were in good agreement.
