비강 및 비인두에 발생한 도립유두종과 편평상피암종의 p53단백 및 세포증식능에 관한 연구

The inverted papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma are common neoplasia in the sinonasal cavity and nasopharynx, but the incidence of these tumors are very low and the study on the oncogenesis or biological activity of the tumor cells are not well known. This study was designed to evaluate the oncogenic roles of the p53 gene and the proliferative activity of the tumor cells in the inflammatory polyp, inverted papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma. The experiment was carried by the immunohistochemical stains about the p53 protein, PCNA and Ki-67, histochemical stain about the AgNORs. and flow cytometric analysis about the DNA ploidy using the formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues. The frequency of the expression of p53 protein was 0%(0/16 cases) in the inflammatory polyps, 18.8% (3/16 cases) in the inverted papillomas, and 87.5%(14/16 cases) in the squamous cell carcinomas. The labelling index(%) of the PCNA and Ki-67 was 5.3% and 3.3% in the inflammatoy polyps, 29.6% and 25.2% in the inverted papillomas, and 51.9% and 36.8% in the squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of the PCNA and Ki-67 was distributed in the periphery of the tumor islands of the inverted papilloma and was distributed in the both of center and periphery of the tumor islands of the squamous cell carcinoma. The number of nuclear AgNORs was increased in the order of inflammatory polyps (0.96), inverted papillomas(1.34) and squamous cell carcinoma(2.09). The frequency of the DNA aneuploidy was 0%(0/16 cases) in the inflammatory polyps, 18.8%(3/16 cases) in the inverted papillomas. and 12.5%(2/16 cases) in the squamous cell carcinomas. Above results indicates that the changes of the p53 gene and proliferative activity of the tumor cells are involved on the oncogenesis and the biological activity of the inverted papilloma or squamous cell carcinoma in the nasopharynx and sinonasa cavity.

To develop the causual relationship among population, social variables, perceived quality of service, and intention of ski consumer's behavior, this study was foused to explore most optimal relationship between lifestyle of participants, perceived quality of service and intention of ski consumer's behavior in ski leisure sports After seting up hypothetical relationship. Subjects for this study consisted of the population from 18 to over 60 years who are participating in ski leisure sport in ski resort near by Seoul and Yongpyung, which were a total of 1000 using multi-stage stratified random sampling. Of these 1000 subject, 636 of these were used as data analysis. The Questionnaire about lifestyle, perceived quality of service and intention of consumer's behavior scales are based on the scale of domestic previous studies using in referencing scale of lifestyle conducted by Park(1999), Well and Tigert(1971), Cosmas(1981), Venkatesh(1977), Arnott(1972), Roberts(1979), , perceived quality of service conducted by Chelladurai etc(1987), Martin(1987), Sandomir(1988), Lee(2000) &Joo etc(1998), and intention of consumer's behavior conducted by Geva &Goldman(1991) and Ko(1998). The methods of statistics used to analyze the collected dates are Multiple Regression analysis. Results of this research are as follows: There was showed the significant relationship among the lifestyle of participants, perceived quality of service and intention of consumer's behavior by the relationship model.

신원방우황청심원액의 심혈관계에 관한 약효

Abstract-In order to investigate the pharmacological properties of New Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (NSCL), effects of Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (SCL) and NSCL were compared. In isolated rat aorta, NSCL and SCL showed the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10^-6 M) regardless to intact endothelium or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presences of the inhibitor of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not affect the relaxing effect of NSCL and SCL. NSCL and SCL inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), NSCL and SCL significantly decreased heart rate. NSCL and SCL, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of left ventricular developed pressure and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In excised guinea-pig papillary muscle, NSCL and SCL had no effects on parameters of action potential such as resting membrane potential, action potential amplitude, APD_90 and V_max at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. These results suggested that NSCL and SCL have weak cardiovascular effects with relaxation of blood vessels and decrease of heart rate, and that this effect is no significant differences between cardiovascular effects of two preparations.

형상인식에 관한 연구

In this paper, as a method of shape and pattern recognition, the recognition technic de-tecting corner and using its number and type and matrix feature for parameters was app-roached. I developed the simulation program and analized results of process. Results we-re as follows. (1) I recognized simply the complex shape and pattern, not using the edge function. (2) It was easy to handle the patten containing holes. (3) Sampling points were enough with 64 x 48 and since the process time was 1.5 seconds it was able to process in real time.

Clostridium difficile 장염에 의한 속발성 유전분증에서 발현된 독성 장염

Amyloidosis is characterized by extracellular deposition of protein fibrils in one or multiple organs. AA amyloidosis is secondarily occurred to be related with chronic infections or inflammatory diseases. We report a 67-year-old man suffered from secondary AA amyloidosis related with chronic Clostridium difficile colitis after repeated total hip replacement surgery. Infection control is the most important treatment of AA amyloidosis secondary to chronic infection. However, the patient’s C. difficile colitis was not controlled well, eventually toxic megacolon with sepsis was developed. Consequently, he had to take total colectomy, but he expired with multi-organ failures. We suggested that early surgical procedure might be one option for intractable C. difficile colitis complicated with secondary amyloidosis.

마이크로ㆍ콤퓨터를 이용한 칼라ㆍ그라픽ㆍ디스플레이에 관한 연구

To display the stored mesh data, several steps of procedure have been studied. That is input, memory, process, display, analize and control. In this paper, one of these procedure, color graphic display, is studied. In the mesh data process system, 6800microprocessor based MEK6800 D I I(MOTO ROLA Co.) is selected as a main processor, and paper tape reader, cassette tape driver, key board and TV are used as I/O pheripheral device. To control and analize the mesh data, several programes are studied.
