무선 센서 네트워크를 위한 임계치 기반 효율적인 혼잡 탐지 및 제어 알고리즘

본 연구에서는 불필요한 에너지 소모와 지연을 야기하는 혼잡을 탐지할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하고 이에 따라 혼잡 제어를 수행할 수 있는 기법을 제시한다. 기존의 혼잡 탐지는 큐 점유율만을 사용하거나 MAC 계층에서 패킷 도착율만을 가지고 혼잡을 결정하였으나 본 연구에서는 이들 두 가지를 모두 고려하여 더 정밀한 혼잡 탐지를 가능하게 하였다. 또한 혼잡도에 따라 미리 혼잡 회피를 수행하고 혼잡이 발생한 경우 패킷의 우선순위에 따라 지연에 민감한 패킷들을 먼저 스케줄링할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 혼잡 탐지와 제어 기법은 기존의 혼잡 제어 방법들에 비해 우수한 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다. This paper reports a new mechanism for congestion controls. The proposed congestion detection algorithm can be provided with delay and unnecessary energy consumption. Conventional congestion control methods decide congestion by queue occupancy or mean packet arrival rate of MAC layer only, however, our method can perform precise detection by considering queue occupancy and mean packet arrival rate. In addition, the congestion avoiding method according to congestion degree and scheduling method using priority for real time packets are proposed. Finally, simulation results show that proposed congestion detection and control methods outperforms conventional scheduling schemes for wireless sensor network.

<P>Recently, nanoporous gold nanoparticles have attracted great interest due to their optical and catalytic properties. However, most reports on their fabrication are based on the dealloying method. Here, we report a new fabrication technique for hollow nanoporous gold nanoshells (NPGNSs) with high structural tunability by sintering chemically synthesized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) on the surface of polymer colloid particles. Size reduction of the colloid template by plasma etching induces contact of the AuNPs on the colloid surface. Elimination of the capping layers of AuNPs by plasma etching facilitates sintering of the contacted AuNPs. Complete removal of the colloid template after AuNP sintering results in hollow NPGNSs. A combination of AuNPs and polymer colloid templates of different sizes can change the structure and optical properties of hollow NPGNSs. Furthermore, AuNPs of different shapes, such as gold nanorods with a high aspect ratio and spherical AuNPs, can be used to make hollow NPGNSs, which gives more flexibility in tuning their structures. Our proposed fabrication technique based on shrinkage of templates and sintering of nanoparticles can be a new platform to prepare hollow nanoporous metal structures having nanoscale overall sizes with high structural tunability.</P>
파필로마바이러스 E7 단백질에 의한 포스포라이페이즈 C - γ1 프로모터의 전사 억제

The transforming genes E6 and E7 of high risk human papillomaviruses (HPVs) are consistently expressed in papillomavirus-associated neoplasm of the anogenital tract. Although the molecular mechanism by which these oncogenes contribute to the malignant phenotype is not clear, the interaction of the cellular tumor suppressors (p53 and pRB) with the E6 and the E7 proteins correlates with their oncogenic potential. To study the effects of the transforming genes E6 and E7 on the cellular signal transduction processes, we examined the effect of HPV E6 and E7 proteins on the transcription of PLC-γ1 promoter by CAT assay. E6 proteins of HPV-11 and HPV-18 do not repress the transcription of PLC-γ1 promoter and E7 proteins of HPV-11 and HPV-18, in contrast, repress the PLC-γ1 promoter. Particularly E7 proteins of the High-risk group (HPV-18) is able to repress the transcription from PLC-γ1 promoter to some significant extent. These observations suggest that transforming genes E7 of HPVs have ability to down-regulate PLC-γ1-mediated signal transduction pathway.
The mechanism behind the selective metal nanoscale etch method for precise metal nanopatterning

<P>This paper reports for the first time the exact mechanism of the selective metal nanoscale etch method (SMNEM), which is a simply controllable and cost-effective approach for metal nanoscale etching and size reduction. This method is based on the galvanic displacement, Kirkendall effect, and selective etching. The size reduction is linearly controlled by the galvanic displacement in the early stage (1 min). In the later stage, a Kirkendall void is formed between the Ni and Au layer, which is well understood from Fick’s law of diffusion. As matching with the experimental results, Ni nanowires with 30 ± 4 nm width and 50 ± 7 nm height were easily fabricated from nanostructures with 150 ± 3 nm width and 110 ± 2 nm height. The morphology and position of the Ni nanostructures are all predetermined by their initial conditions. Also achieved was the fabrication of complicated three-dimensional nanostructures such as Au nanowires and nanochannels from reduced Ni nanowires by a full replacement reaction. </P>

For establishing a standard of design element of the smart highway, this study investigated driver`s anxiety EEG according to running speeds and geometric designs. Also, the experiment was implemented on 60 subjects. Based on running speed data and brainwave data, which were obtained from the experiment, this study analyzes anxiety EEG according to running speeds and geometric designs, and finally draws a forecasting model of anxiety EEG by selecting affecting factors of anxiety EEG. Forecasting model shows that left curve is the most influential on anxiety EEG figure. The reason is because when driver is driving on the first-lane, his or her visibility is impeded by a median strip. For this reason, anxiety EEG figure increases. And also steep downward slope and large radius of curve are heavily influential on driver`s anxiety EEG figure. It is judged that anxiety EEG figure is increased by high speed on those section. Thus, the forecasting model of anxiety EEG suggested on this study will be utilized for design phase, and will decide the design speed on the superhighway. So, it will be used to make practical and safety road

본 논문에서는 수질을 향상시키고 저수조를 온라인 관리하기 위하여 정보 필터링을 이용한 저수조 무선 통합 관리를 제안하였다. 저수조 수위 센서가 저수위 감지시 저수조 컨트롤에서 무선을 통해 데이터를 무선 컨트롤로 보내어 펌프를 가동한다. 이때 저수조에서 일어나는 각종 데이터를 라인전송 모뎀으로 송신한다. 라인전송 모뎀에서 수신된 데이터는 각 시간 단위로 로그를 기록한 후 데이터베이스에 저장된다. 제안된 방법에서는 저수조의 상황과 환경을 정의하였고 정보 필터링을 이용하여 펌프동작, 태양 전지량, 약품량, 저수량, 회선, 모뎀에 따른 적합한 서비스를 예측하였다. 정보 필터링을 이용한 저수조 무선 통합 관리를 개발하여 제안한 방법의 논리적 타당성과 유효성을 검증하기 위해 시험적인 적용을 시도하고자 한다. In this paper, we proposed the reservoir tank wireless integrated management using information filtering for improving the water quality and on-line managing efforts of reservoir tanks. Reservoir tank level sensor works the pump sending the data from reservoir tank control to the wireless control on sensing water level. At this time, every kind data which happens in the water tank transmits the line transmission modem. The data to be received from the line transmission modem is stored at the database after we record the logs by each hour. The proposed method defined the context and environment of the reservoir tank and predicted the profited service according to the pump motion, the solar battery, the chemicals, the water level, the line, and the modem using information filtering, we plan to conduct the proposed method to verify the adequacy and the validity of reservoir tank wireless integrated management using the information filtering.

This study examines and analyzes the changing elements and process of the housing sites at Kyerim-dong in Kwang Ju City, Korea. this area has experienced the spatial confusion with the permeation of commercial and business activities although it was detached with housing area. As a result, the change in land zone code influenced the size in buildings and has also affected commercial and business activities. It was found after the increase in business activities in this area that the size in buildings and usage affected the land zone code. The changes of land structure are as follows: (1) immediately after the land category is changed into a site from rice field; (2) when the formation of housing site is initiated; (3) before or after the land is changed into commercial district; and (4) commercial and busines activities ar initiated.
