        공동주택 바닥완충재의 재하시간에 따른 장기처짐 및 동탄성계수 평가

        In reinforced concrete apartment buildings, the floor impact sound from the floor above can easily transfer to the house below. The number of environmental grievances due to floor impact sound occurring in apartment buildings is rapidly increasing in Korea. In order to reduce floor impact sound in apartment buildings, resilient damping materials placing between slab and finishing material offer a simple but effective solution. Korean standards association have established several standards on resilient damping materials to control their material qualities. This paper presents the test results of the properties of resilient damping materials subjected to long-term load. The experimental program involved conducting twenty four material tests under short-term load and thirty two specimens under long-term load. Three main parameters were considered in the experimental investigation: the eight types of resilient materials, weight of load, and loading periods. This experimental test focused specifically on the observation of the deflection and dynamic elastic modulus of resilient materials subjected to long-term load. Test results indicated that the duration of load strongly effects on the properties of resilient materials for reduction of floor impact sound.

        연구와 전시 · 교육 간 주제 연결 사례 분석을 통한 국립해양생물자원관의 환경교육적 가능성 탐색

        대중에게 과학 연구의 성과와 내용을 공유하기 위한 과학 커뮤니케이션 측면에서 보면 과학자의 전시 · 교육 참여는 중요하다. 이 연구는 국립해양생물자원관의 연구와 전시 · 교육의 주제어를 살펴본 후, 동일 주제의 연구-전시-교육의 연계 사례를 통해 비형식 교육기관의 환경교육적 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 먼저 연구와 전시 · 교육의 주제어 연결 상황을 분석한 결과, 분류학 · 형태학, 해양생물다양성, 취약종 · 멸종위기종 · 보호대상 해양생물 등의 주제 분야에서 연구성과가 활발하게 전시 · 교육 프로그램에 반영되고 있었다. 또한 3개의 사례를 통해 연구와 전시 · 교육 간 연결성을 구체적으로 확인하였다. 예를 들어, 해양파충류인 바다뱀에 관한 연구가 바다뱀에 관한 특별전시와 교육프로그램에 반영되었다. 국립해양생물자원관의 교육 프로그램은 연구를 토대로 구성된 전시를 활용하여 학습자의 깊이 있는 이해를 도와주는 역할을 시도하고 있었다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 국립해양생물자원관과 같은 연구기관이자 비형식 교육기관이 환경교육에 기여할 가능성을 논의하였다. 우선 국립해양생물자원관의 연구자가 전시 기획이나 교육 프로그램 개발 등에 참여하는 방식은 적절한 ‘과학자의 교육 참여’에 해당한다. 또한 국립해양생물자원관이 연구성과를 반영한 전시와 교육 프로그램을 함께 운영함으로써 제한된 의미에서 쌍방향 과학 커뮤니케이션에 기반한 비형식 환경교육의 가능성을 보여주었다. The participation of scientists in education and public outreach (EPO) is increasingly required to share the achievements of scientific research with the public in science communication. This study was conducted to investigate the possible roles of the National Marine Biodiversity Institute of Korea (MABIK) for informal environmental education. For that we analyzed the key words of research articles published by scientists of MABIK and the key aspects in exhibitions and educational programs of MABIK. The results showed that scientific research on marine biodiversity and marine endangered species are more reflected in exhibitions or educational programs. With three (3) cases of marine plastics, marine endangered species, and marine reptiles, this study described how the features of scientific research are incorporated into the exhibitions or education programs. The educational programs in MABIK usually utilize the exhibition objects while providing in-depth understanding of the human-environment relationships on the socio-scientific issues (SSI). Based on the results, the possible roles of informal educational institutions such as MABIK for environmental education were suggested. This study reviewed the collaborative efforts between scientists and educators in MABIK as an approach to scientists’ education and public outreach (EPO) for environmental education.

Use of screw is using at a lot of extrusion processes. Extrusion process is becoming use that is much in complex processing and process to charge shape or form of various material with, plastic material, medicine material, food material, polymer composite material, iron and ceramics powder material etc. Also, because material correction of deformities by flow and physicochemical reaction phenomenon according to heat transfer and so on of material at extrusion process is available, become fearful. And various material comes to hopper because extruder has function by blender and mixing of materials can go well before come out through dice. These change process is so complicated that process condition is decided by trial and error that process condition is underground mainly at extrusion molding process.

        Exogenous Bio-Based 2,3-Butanediols Enhanced Abiotic Stress Tolerance of Tomato and Turfgrass under Drought or Chilling Stress

        Among abiotic stresses in plants, drought and chilling stresses reduce the supply of moisture to plant tissues, inhibit photosynthesis, and severely reduce plant growth and yield. Thus, the application of water stress-tolerant agents can be a useful strategy to maintain plant growth under abiotic stresses. This study assessed the effect of exogenous bio-based 2,3-butanediol (BDO) application on drought and chilling response in tomato and turfgrass, and expression levels of several plant signaling pathway-related gene transcripts. Bio-based 2,3-BDOs were formulated to levo-2,3-BDO 0.9% soluble concentrate (levo 0.9% SL) and meso-2,3-BDO 9% SL (meso 9% SL). Under drought and chilling stress conditions, the application of levo 0.9% SL in creeping bentgrass and meso 9% SL in tomato plants significantly reduced the deleterious effects of abiotic stresses. Interestingly, pretreatment with levo-2,3-BDO in creeping bentgrass and meso-2,3-BDO in tomato plants enhanced JA and SA signaling pathway-related gene transcript expression levels in different ways. In addition, all tomato plants treated with acibenzolar-S-methyl (as a positive control) withered completely under chilling stress, whereas 2,3-BDO-treated tomato plants exhibited excellent cold tolerance. According to our findings, bio-based 2,3-BDO isomers as sustainable water stress-tolerant agents, levo- and meso-2,3-BDOs, could enhance tolerance to drought and/or chilling stresses in various plants through somewhat different molecular activities without any side effects.

        Enhancement of Disease Control Efficacy of Chemical Fungicides Combined with Plant Resistance Inducer 2,3-Butanediol against Turfgrass Fungal Diseases

        Turfgrass, the most widely grown ornamental crop, is severely affected by fungal pathogens including Sclerotinia homoeocarpa, Rhizoctonia solani, and Magnaporthe poae. At present, turfgrass fungal disease management predominantly relies on synthetic fungicide treatments. However, the extensive application of fungicides to the soil increases residual detection frequency, raising concerns for the environment and human health. The bacterial volatile compound, 2,3-butanediol (BDO), was found to induce plant resistance. In this study, we evaluated the disease control efficacy of a combination of stereoisomers of 2,3-BDO and commercial fungicides against turfgrass fungal diseases in both growth room and fields. In the growth room experiment, the combination of 0.9% 2R,3R-BDO (levo) soluble liquid (SL) formulation and 9% 2R,3S-BDO (meso) SL with half concentration of fungicides significantly increased the disease control efficacy against dollar spot and summer patch disease when compared to the half concentration of fungicide alone. In field experiments, the disease control efficiency of levo 0.9% and meso 9% SL, in combination with a fungicide, was confirmed against dollar spot and large patch disease. Additionally, the induction of defense-related genes involved in the salicylic acid and jasmonic acid/ethylene signaling pathways and reactive oxygen species detoxification-related genes under Clarireedia sp. infection was confirmed with levo 0.9% and meso 9% SL treatment in creeping bentgrass. Our findings suggest that 2,3-BDO isomer formulations can be combined with chemical fungicides as a new integrated tool to control Clarireedia sp. infection in turfgrass, thereby reducing the use of chemical fungicides.

        <P>In fluorescent lamp tubes, a few millimetres in radius, operating at several tens of kilohertz, the initiation of light radiation is characterized by the propagation of an electron plasma wave, accompanied by ionization caused by electron collision. Due to the effects of the ionization collision of electrons on the dispersion behaviour of the plasma waves, the electron plasma waves generated by the pulses of operation voltage, propagate along the positive column plasma without experiencing damping. The propagation velocity of radiated light, which represents the propagation of the electron plasma wave, can be higher than the electron thermal velocity.</P>

      • 기후변화를 고려한 합천댐 유역의 유량변화와 수질변화 분석

        IPCC 보고서에 따르면 수자원은 기후변화와 밀접한 상관관계가 있으며 기후변화에 상당히 취약하기에 향후 악영향을 미칠 것이라고 제시하고 있다(Stocker et al., 2013). 우리나라도 강수량, 지하수, 증발산량 및 토양수분 등 수환경과 관련된 물순환 체계의 불안정으로 인해 최근 35년간 집중호우가 2배 이상 증가하고, 계절 간 강수 불균형이 심화되었으며 (환경부, 2008b), 이러한 변화는 수문체계에 막대한 영향을 끼치게 되므로 미래 강수량 및 하천유량, 수질 등에 대한 불확실성은 유역의 환경변화예측을 어렵게 하여 기존 수자원관리와 계획 시스템에 변화를 가져올 것이다(장재호와 안종호, 2012). 기후변화로 인한 가뭄이나 홍수 등의 극한사상이 대하천사업으로 다기능보가 설치되어 정체성 수역이 된 낙동강 수계의 유량 및 수질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 연구가 필요하며, 이를 고려한 체계적이고 통합적인 수질관리대책을 제시하는 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 낙동강 유역을 대상으로 기후변화로 인한 극한사상의 증가가 미칠 하천환경변화에 대한 전망을 수행하였다. 낙동강의 합천댐 유역을 대상으로 향후 기후변화에 따른 유출량 및 유사량 변화에 따른 수질변화를 분석하기 위해 IPCC에서 제공하는 RCP 4.5 기후변화 시나리오를 이용하여 2100년까지 미래기후변화를 예측하였다. 기상자료와 지형자료를 이용하여 유역유출모형인 SWAT을 구축하여 미래 유출량 및 수질 부하량을 예측하였다.
