The National Police Agency presented the Police Future Vision 2050, signaling future security changes. Above all, The robotpolice stands out among the Police Paradigm 4.0.promotion tasks. Robots, along with various AI technologies, are the main players of next-generation industrial change. The activities of robotpolice in law enforcement and security have great paradigm potential for the safety and welfare of both citizens and police. However, concerns about Responsible AI are deepening in the balance of power between ethics and profitability amid technological competition hegemony. Decision-making relying on algorithms of armed robots with built-in AI is prone to unfairness and vulnerability to prejudice in terms of coercion and risk. The paper examines the legal status and ethics of robots, discusses unsupervised machine learning, Blackboxes of hidden or ignored algorithms, and Digital redlining, as well as the ethical regulations and framework of responsible AI, along with biased data cases from the Ministry of Justice COMPAS in U.S.A. The success of robotpolice for democratic policing is linked to the establishment of an ethical framework. Based on standards and regulations, the government and society are obliged to dispel concerns about robotpolice in public security by spreading civic participation and trust in science and technology through law promotion and awareness improvement throughout society.
Complete oxidation of 1,2-dichlorobenzene over V2O5-TiO2 and MnOx -TiO2 aerogels

Catalytic destruction of 1,2-dichlorobenzene was carried out over two types of aerogels, vanadia-titaniaand manganese oxide-titania. Reactions were performed in a plug flow reactor in the range of 150-600 oC. Both catalystsresulted in very high selectivity to carbon oxides and produced negligible amount of hydrocarbon byproducts. Overthe vanadia-titania catalysts, the chlorinated compound was relatively more efficiently destructed at lower tempera-ture, while selectivity towards carbon dioxide was much higher over manganese oxide-titania aerogel catalysts. Vanadia-titania catalysts, regardless of the preparation methods, showed a tendency to produce carbon monoxide with 35-45%selectivity throughout the reaction temperature range while manganese oxide-titania exhibited more than 90% CO2selectivity at above 400 oC.

While there have been many reports of the species 'Berkeleya scopulorum' from Northeast Asia mainly as Navicula scopulorum, the observation of the living specimen of the species has revealed that the species should be the member of the genus Climaconeis. Here we describe the species as Climaconeis mabikii sp. nov. based on microscopic observations by means of both light (LM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). As part of the review, the regional distribution of C. mabikii as well as the worldwide biogeography of the taxa belonging to the genus Climaconeis are discussed. Newly described C. mabikii from the present study is the seventeenth member of the genus. The discovery of the true identity of the diatom identified for a long time as 'Berkeleya scopulorum' and its description as a new Climaconeis species contributes to the proper appreciation of the diversity of the Northeast Asian diatom assemblage and fills old gaps in the published records.
