In addition, companies should determine to which extend they should respond to the diversification and complexity of consumers. In this regard, CLV (Customer Lifetime Vale) will be the main subject to be considered by companies in the future.

The history of Korea Qualification system began after the Korea War. The Qualification was recognized to it's value with economic growth until the 2000. But the value of qualifications has to be re-evaluated under the current global environments. Almost Previous research has not to work for the value of qualifications all of Korea. So, This study presents a evaluation structure frame to work and some evaluation factors for the qualification value. In addition, the methodology proposed to obtain results using the AHP weights based on the evaluation methodology and questionnaire. The analysis results are used as a basis for selecting the future policy direction of the national qualification.
고객 클러스터링 기법을 활용한 할당규칙의 시뮬레이션 연구

The potential needs as well as visible needs of customer should be considered in order to research and analyze of the customer data. The methods to analyze customer data is classified into customer segmentation, clustering analysis model, forecasting customer response probability model, analysis of the customer break rate model and new customer analysis model by the purpose. In this study, we developed the CW-CLV (Correlation Weight Customer Lifetime Value)method that used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)rule for enhance the reliability of customer data and quantitative analysis of the customer segmentation, based on CLV(Customer Lifetime Value). We suggest to new variables and methodology from determined CW-CLV coefficients, because all of companies respect to the diversified customers classification and complexity of consumers needs. Finally, we unfolded any company"s scheduling added new methodology using simulation and leaded conclusion about the new methodology.

국내 반도체 산업은 불과 20년도 안되는 짧은 기간통안에 곽목할만한 성장을 하여 전세게 반도체 생산 규토 면에서 3위 국가로 부상하였으며, 기술 경쟁력 면에서도 한국인의 자존심을 그나마 지져왔다. 하지만, 반도체 제조는 가장 복잡한 제조공정의 하나로 분류되며, 이러한 복잡한 시스템을 통제하기 위해서는, 다양한 시스템 조건하에서 적절한 생산전략을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나, 반도체 제조 시스템에 대한 다양한 상황과 관련한 연구 많지 않다. 반도체 제조공정 시스템에 대한 스케줄은 생산공정의 재진입, 공정의 높은 불확실성, 급속하게 변하는 제품과 기술과 같은 특성 때문에 반포체 제조공정 시스템에 대한 스케줄은 복잡하고 어려운 작업이며, 사이클타임의 절감 및 단위시간당 생산량의 증대와 같은 시스템 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 반도체 제조 시스쳄에 대한 좋은 방법을 발견하기 위한 많은 연구가 있었다. 반도체 산업의 생산 흐름은 가장 톡특한 특징을 가지고 있으며 생산계획과 반도체 제조의 스케줄링과 계획을 어렵게 하고 있다. 현재 반도체 조립공정에서 수행되고 있는 일정계획은 단순FCFS (First Come First Serve)에 의한 할당규칙에 따른다. 또한 Backlog(예비재고)를 1일 생산량을 기준으로 Buffer로 운영하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 재고관리와 정확한 스케쥴링이 생산의 경쟁력 확보 우위임을 가정하여 다양한 할당규칙(dispatching rule)을 실시간 적용하여 정확한 일정계획 수립의 효과와 결과를 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하고자 한다. 제시된 방법론을 위하여 시뮬레이션 접근방법이 사용되었다.

Scheduling semi-conductor manufacturing process systems is a complicated and difficult job due to such characteristics as reentry into manufacturing processes, high uncertainty of processes, and products and technologies changing rapidly. They have carried out many studies to find the efficient ways for semi-conductor manufacturing systems with a view to accomplishing the goals of systems like saving cycling time and increasing production quantity per unit time. The production flow in the semi-conductor industry has the most unique characteristics and makes it difficult to plan production and to schedule semi-conductor manufacturing. Currently, the scheduling methods in semi-conductor assembly processes follow the dispatching rule by simple FCFS(first come first serve). And backlog is operated as a buffer based on daily production quantity. In this study, therefore, we will apply various dispatching rules by real time basis and verify the effect and result of exact scheduling through simulation, based on the assumption that competitive advantages in production come from efficient inventory control and exact scheduling.

With ever-change and increasingly competitive business environments, firms strive to employ a variety of marketing strategies and execution in order to survive in the market. such effects would be paid off in the right way only when management of the firms perform marketing activities focusing on long term effectiveness, which would drive company profits up and keep them for long. Demands of customers are being changed and varied. And in this circumstance, it become a main issue of management that the company should produce and sell products according to the customer demands. With these trends, each company has been concentrating effects on generalization of product development technique and distinction of service for customer. In this result with the advantage of mass marketing and database marketing have been drawing attentions from company. Also the internet connected around the world completely diminished the limit of time and distance and company have enveloped keen competition out of each nation and continent in the world market. To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from selling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or previous action, With the help of internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. In this paper provide concept of eCRM and Axiom Design. And with the target company of study, it was built eCRM system using Axiom design to insert design for customer request.

Developing a new commercial product, it is need to connect the end users demand of quality to the industrial technology of company. for the reason, this study is to build up the users demand for imminent marketing product of a certain company by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy process), analyse quantitatively users subjective thoughts collected by Group Consensus, calculate the added-value of users demands and verify the consistency of users opinions by consistency-exponential-calculation. The added value obtained by this method is substituted into a user-demand item of QFD(Quality Function Development). and, the technical characteristic data transferred from the extracted essential factor for developing and manufacturing a new product is substituted into a technical characteristic item of QFD. The faculty of quality is firstly finished by this procedure. But, because the relation a technical characterization with users demand do not be known in new product, Wassermans method was introduced for correlation users demand with technology and for the processing and marketing of a new product. The all assumption on the thesis was based on the reliable real data of a certain company.
