        정신분열증과 우울증의 지각결핍의 비교

        정신분열증 환자의 지각결핍을 타 질환군과 비교해 보기 위하여 1983.6.1부터 동년 8월 31일 까지 전남의 대병원 정신과 외래에 다니는 우울증 환자 20명 국립나주정신병원에 입원한 정신분열증 환자 20명을 임의 선택하여 Garner의 모형을 이용 카드 분류를 시행하고 그 자료를 토대로 수정분류시간, 공제지수, 비율지수 등을 산출하여 변량분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 양 군의 수정시간을 변량 분석한 결과 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. 2. 공제지수와 비율지수를 변량분석한 결과 과다성 분류와 여과분류에서는 공제지수와 비율지수에서 아무런 유의차가 없었다. 3. 주사분류에서는 공제지수 비교에서 1% 수준에서 비율지수 비교에서 5% 수준으로 우울증의 분류시간이 긴 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 살펴볼 때 여과기능의 결함이라는 지각결핍은 정신분열증의 고유한 장애가 아닐 수도 있겠다. The perception of stimuli with two dimensions (size and figure) was investigated using Garners card sorting method into schizophrenic and depressive patients. The comparison of three performance indices (redundancy, filltering, scanning) between two study groups revealed that 1) the analysis of variance of the corrected time shows no significant difference between two groups, 2) in redundancy and filtering sorting the subtractive and ratio indices show no significant difference between two groups, 3) in scanning sorting the depressive group shows significantly longer sorting time than schizophrenic group(p<0.01 in subtractive index, p>0.05 in ratio index). The above findings suggest that the previously known perceptual deficit(mainly filtering deficit) may not be specific only to schizophrenia.

        중소기업 재직자의 자기결정성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 커뮤니케이션 역량과 지식공유의 매개효과

        [연구목적] 중소기업의 생존에 있어 혁신성과를 창출은 필수적이며, 가용자원이 충분하지 않은 중소기업에 있어 인적자원은 중요 요소이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 달리 중소기업 조직구성원의 인식을 중심으로 자기결정성과 커뮤니케이션 역량, 지식공유 및 혁신행동 간의 구조적 관계에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. [연구방법] 연구대상은 중소기업 재직자를 대상으로 실시한 402부의 설문을 바탕으로 통계분석 패키지 SPSS 21.0과 Smart PLS 2.0을 사용하여 실증 분석하였다. [연구결과] 중소기업 조직구성원의 커뮤니케이션 역량 및 지식공유에 대한 인식이 자기결정성과 혁신행동 간의 영향 관계에 대한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기결정성과 커뮤니케이션 역량은 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 자기결정성은 커뮤니케이션 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 자기결정성, 커뮤니케이션 역량, 지식공유은 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 자기결정성과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 커뮤니케이션 역량과 지식공유은 각각 매개효과와 함께 다중매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 중소기업에 있어, 커뮤니케이션 역량을 높이는 것이 조직구성원들의 혁신행동을 높이는데 효과적일 것이다. 또한 이미 커뮤니케이션 역량이 높은 기업의 경우에는 지식공유를 높이는 것은 비효과적일 것이다. [Purpose] This study examines the structural relationship between Self -Determination and Communication Competences, Knowledge Sharing, and Innovative Behavior. [Methodology] The survey was conducted on members of small and medium-sized organizations. and the sample of 402 copies was demonstrated with SPSS 21.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 [Findings] First, the results indicate that Self-Determination and Communication Competences have positive effects on Knowledge Sharing. Also, Self-Determination has positive effects on Communication Competences. Second. the results indicate that Self-Determination, Communication Competences and Knowledge Sharing have positive effects on Innovative Behavior. Third, in the relationship Self-Determination and Innovative Behavior, it was shown that Communication Competences and Knowledge Sharing had mediation and multiple mediation effects, respectively. [Implications] For small businesses, enhancing Communication Competences will be effective in enhancing the innovative behavior of the members of the organization. In addition, it would be ineffective to increase Knowledge Sharing for entities that already have high Communication Competences.

        Effects of Phenytoin and Diazepam on the Seizure Activity in the Cortical Dysplasia Animal Models

        Dysplasia-associated seizure disorders are markedly resistant to pharmacological intervention. Relatively little research has been conducted studying the effects of antiepileptic drugs(AEDs) on seizure activity in a rat model of dysplasia. We have used rats exposed to methylazoxymethanol acetate(MAM) in utero, an animal model featuring nodular heterotopia, to investigate the effects of AEDs in the dysplastic brain. Pilocarpine was used to induce acute seizure in MAM-exposed and age-matched vehicle-injucted control animals. Field potential recordings were used to monitor amplitude and numbers population spikes, and paired pulse inhibition in response to stimulation of commissural pathway. Two commonly used AEDs were tested: diazepam 5, 2.5mg/kg;phenytoin 40, 60mg/kg. Diazepam(DZP) and phenytoin(PHT) reduced the amplitude of population spike in control and MAM-exposed rats. However, the amplitude of population spike was nearly eliminated in control rats as compared to the MAM-exposed rats. Pharmaco-resistance was tested by measuring seizure latencies in awake rats after pilocarpine administration(320mg/kg, i.p.) with and without pretreatment with AEDs. Pre-treatment with PHT 60 mg prolonged seizure latency in control rats, but not in MAM-exposed animals. The main findings of this study are that acute seizures initiated in MAM-exposed rats are relatively resistant to standard AEDs assessed in vivo. These data suggest that animal model with cortical dysplasia can be used to screen the effects of potential AEDs.

        The objective of this study was to oxidize chloromethanes waste with pyrolytic incineration unit. This experiment was carried out in actual plant. We have studied incineration temperature VS. removal rate of waste Liquid, removal of Hcl and Cl₂ in the flue gas. The results obtained were as followa : 1) In combustion condition for the temperature of 950℃ and the residence time of 1, 2 seconds, waste chloromethanes and cyan compounds were nearly decomposed. 2) The removal of Hcl and Cl₂ for the use of NaOH in the flue gas was very excellent. 3) The scrubbing of the dust was effected with NaOH solution.

      • 忠北地域의 배추좀나방 系統에 대한 殺蟲劑에 관한 硏究

        The experiment was carried out by the spray method to investigate the insecticidal resistance of the susceptible and the collected strains of the diamondback moth, DBM(Plutella xylostella L.)in Chungbuk Province. The results are summarized as follows. 1.In Chlorpyrifos, the LC50 values(ppm) of the susceptible(s-strain), Cheongwon, Ockcheon, Boeun, Jungwon, Koesan, Yeongdong and Jewon strains were 11.5, 18.2, 39.8, 42.2, 141.6, 154.0, 173.8, and 224.9, respectively. The resistance of the Jewon strain was 19.6 times greater than that of the s-strain. 2.In Methomyl, the LC50 values(ppm) of the susceptible, Cheongwon, Boeun, Jewon, Koesan, Jungwon, Ockcheon and Yeongdong strains were 0.94, 57.1, 83.0, 97.4, 148.6, 240.8, 286.9 and 512.4, respectively. The Yeongdong strain showed the highest resistant level among the collected strains. The LC50 values of the Yeongdong, Ockcheon, Jungwon, Koesan and Jewon strains were at least 100 times greater than that of the s-strain. 3.In Carbaryl, the LC50 values(ppm) of the susceptible, Ockcheon, Boeun, Koesan, Yeongdong, Jewon, Cheongwon, and Jungwon strains were 36.3, 69.6, 141.3, 256.3, 269.9, 884.9, 2224.8 and 34 14.3, respectively. The LC50 values of the Jungwon strain was 94.1 times greater than that of the s-strain. 4.In Deltamethrin, the LC50 values(ppm) of the susceptible, Boeun, Ockcheon, Cheongwon, Yeongdong, Jewon, Jungwon, and Koesan strains were 9.3, 23.8, 30.9, 31.4, 52.0, 55.9, 67.4 and 99,6, respectively. The LC50 value of the Koesan strain was 10.7 times greater than that of the s-strain. 5.In Fenvalerate, the LC50 values(ppm) of the susceptible. Yeongdong, Jungwon, Boeun, Cheo-ngwon, Koesan, and Jewon strains were 9.7, 44.4, 72.1, 78.5, 92.0, 186.8 and 245.1, respectively. The LC50 value of the Jewon strain was 25.2 times greater than that of the s-strain. 6.In Cartap, the LC50 values(ppm) of the susceptible, Ockcheon, Koesan, Yeongdong, Jungwon, Boeun, Jewon, and Cheongwon strains were 18.5, 24.3, 25.8, 119.3, 128.5, 130.2, 132.6 and 384.0, respectively. The LC50 value of the Cheongwon strain was 20.7 times greater than that of the s-st-rain.

        Dynamics of phytoplankton in the lower Nakdnng river was investigated from March to December, 1993. The results obtained on this study are as follows. The changing pattern of standing crop of phytoplankton in water temperature and precipitation. It was found that when water temperature was high and the weather was droughty the standing crop of upper region (Hanam, Samrangjin) were higher than lower region (Mulgum, Kupo), and when water temperature was low and the weather was droughty the results were opposite. The phytoplankton distribution patterns of the lower Nakdong River have a close relationship with the patterns of middle stream.

        The present study is accomplished by the hereafter Four-Year Jeju-Do Human Development Project that a foreign community development projectst institute has andertaken in the rural community. Correlation with the problems of the education development in the project makes the writer teaching-learning process, extension service in the community, facilities open as a center of the community, adult education to the inhabitants and participating actions in the development as a real member of population. Here we understand that the community development is an educational process through the diversified and synchronous approach in the all spheres of ecnomics. politics, society and culture, which are preceded encourage to carry out a set of study with an emprasis on the adult education and the school development of the community. This paper tries to model the community development process in which school is key, on the basis of the function of the com-munity school to make the theoritical foundations of the study concerned. The functions of a school in a community are summarized into two parts-trans-mission and modifbation of school culture. Nowadays the latter must be more emphasized than the former for the will to development. Therefore it is desirable that the school in the community draws up an educational system which will be greatly devoted to the improvement and development of the community. In fact, a school is only a cultural agent in the farming village and teachers are a great number of high-levelled latent human reumurces. It is often reported that a school as a propelling organization succeeded in developing the farming village when we take the snccessful example of the Saemaul Movement, which is typical as a Korean community development movement. Recently a school accepts the national idea and social demands. In particular, the appearance of the Saemaul education sets off the change. But it is not a new educational demand and movement at all, and the theory of the community school suggests that a school can carry out the role as the key propeller of the community development. To accomplish the conceptional illumination of the model, this study deals with the concept of the community and community development, and with the role of school education in the community development in connection with the functions of the community school for necessity of adult education. In addition to that, by summing up the community development process. this study on the basis of conce-ptional set. will sample the development process as a model which a school as a catalytic kernel develops in the rural community with the unions of the outer support of the inhabitants, government and people. First of all, in order to make the inhabitants suppose the systems which promote the development of the four realms, economics, politics, society and culture of their own aociety. by contribution to spiritual development and vocational techinques practice that is the educational tasks for development through the functions, this article will begin with breef description of the functions of the community school curriculum and localization of by the human development, the basic element. The elements of the process will be estimated with the recognition of the urgent contradictions of the community, goal establishment of development, expecting establishment of the criteria of project evaluation, enforcement plans of practical proposal, project implementation and achievements. The results of evaluation will be diagrammed with the process so that the community may complete the develo-pment continuously after being feed-back into each element and separating mutually. When we make out that the community development is the intentional changing process of the community environment, the developmental action of. the community school( I ), a propelling organization, is to make systematic achievements( lV) come true, by the inhabitants' common ownership of the educational demands and assertions in the developmental process which is just expected to cause in the specific process in order to promote the several systematic developmental process to the environmental limited situation(II) of the community. In this sense, the developmental process is an investing means of manipulations of the community environment to approach the consent goal for the continuous achievements of the community development. The rusults of producing function, which are made progress as the developmental process by the investing function for the systematic change of the facing environmental conditions, are the development in the all realms of the community.

      • 신원방우황청심원액의 심혈관계에 관한 약효

        Abstract-In order to investigate the pharmacological properties of New Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (NSCL), effects of Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (SCL) and NSCL were compared. In isolated rat aorta, NSCL and SCL showed the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10^-6 M) regardless to intact endothelium or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presences of the inhibitor of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not affect the relaxing effect of NSCL and SCL. NSCL and SCL inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), NSCL and SCL significantly decreased heart rate. NSCL and SCL, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of left ventricular developed pressure and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In excised guinea-pig papillary muscle, NSCL and SCL had no effects on parameters of action potential such as resting membrane potential, action potential amplitude, APD_90 and V_max at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. These results suggested that NSCL and SCL have weak cardiovascular effects with relaxation of blood vessels and decrease of heart rate, and that this effect is no significant differences between cardiovascular effects of two preparations.

      • 여수화력발전소 플라이애쉬 활용방안에 관한 연구 : 시멘트벽돌을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of fly ash dischaged at Yea soo power plant as a cement substitute material for making cement brick. To achieve the research purpose, comparison analysis in terms of compressive strength and absorption rate using cement bricks which use yea soo fly ash and chung nam fly ash was carried out to measure the quality of yea soo fly ash. The results shown that the chungnam fly ash is possible to use as an admixture material up to 40% of cement quantity for making cement brick. However, the compressive strength results shown that the quality of Yeo soo fly ash was inapplicable to use as an admixture material for concrete related second products due to low blaine rate and high Ig.loss.

        Chrysanthemun frutescens L. 의 開花에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out to examine the effects of day length on the flowering in Chrysanthemum frutescens L. The results obtained were as follows; 1) The elongation of stem was accelerated in the long day group and represented extreme inferiority in the short day group. 2) In the long day group, it is shown that a long interenode of stem and a deep lobation of leaf were affected as the morphological change. 3) The differentiation of flower bud was accelerated in the long day group.
