세계 게임 시장에 있어서 콘솔 게임은 가장 높은 점유율을 차지하고 있고 많은 인기를 얻어왔다. 특히 조작을 위해 몸을 움직여서 동작하는 체감형 콘솔 게임은 독자적인 시장을 구축해왔다. 하지만, 기존 콘솔 게임 소프트웨어들은 쉽게 싫증을 느낄 수 있고, 높은 비용을 요구함으로 서 사용자에게 부담을 준다. 본 논문에서는 저렴하고 쉽게 싫증나지 않도록 지속적인 업데이트가 가능한 키넥트를 사용한 동작 인식 체감형 게 임을 개발하였고 이에 대하여 설명한다. 기존 콘솔 댄스 게임에서는 자신을 모습을 볼 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 지정한 동작만을 비교하는 반면에 본 논문에서 개발한 체감형 댄스 게임에서는 자신의 모습을 직접 확인 가능하며, 매 초 마다 20회 정도 전체 동작을 비교해 높은 정확도와 흥 미를 부여한다. 이와 같은 기능을 제공함에 따라 사용자의 정성적인 평가에 따르면 개발한 시스템의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. Console game has high market occupancy in the world game market and has popular favor for many players. Especially, the experience console game in which body movement is used to control the game has made its own market. However, previous experience console games can easily make players to be boring and require additional payments to update the game. In this paper, we present an experience dance game using Kinet, which has high interest and can be continuously updated. Differently from previous console games, the presented game makes the player to see how they are playing and to know what the next action is. Also, the accuracy of the player motion is compared 20 times in each second to get high interests of players. Through these functions, the presented game can achieve high satisfaction rates based on the qualitative evaluation of users.

To develop effective and safe acne vulgaris therapies with a continuing demand for new solutions, we investigated unique efficacy of an antibacterial agent from marine brown alga Eisenia bicyclis in treating acne vulgaris. The methanolic extract of E. bicyclis exhibited potential antibacterial activity against acne-related bacteria. The ethyl acetate fraction showed the strongest antibacterial activity against the bacteria among solvent fractions. Six compounds (1-6), previously isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of E. bicyclis, were evaluated for antibacterial activity against acne-related bacteria. Among them, compound 2 (fucofuroeckol-A [FF]) exhibited the highest antibacterial activity against acne-related bacteria with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) ranging from 32 to $128{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$. Furthermore, FF clearly reversed the high-level erythromycin and lincomycin resistance of Propionibacterium acnes. The MIC values of erythromycin against P. acnes were dramatically reduced from 2,048 to $1.0{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$ in combination with MIC of FF ($64{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$). The fractional inhibitory concentration indices of erythromycin and lincomycin were measured from 0.500 to 0.751 in combination with 32 or $64{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$ of FF against all tested P. acnes strains, suggesting that FF-erythromycin and FF-lincomycin combinations exert a weak synergistic effect against P. acnes. The results of this study suggest that the compounds derived from E. bicyclis can be a potential source of natural antibacterial agents and a pharmaceutical component against acnerelated bacteria.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We aimed to compare the spatial and seasonal distributions of fecal coliforms (FCs) and other physiochemical factors in the drainage basin of the Jaranman-Saryangdo area. Among the pollution sources, the mean daily loads and half-circle radii of FCs were the highest in June. However, the pollutants did not reach the boundary line of the designated area due to an existing buffer zone. The value of the FC geometric mean at station 1 was highest in August during periods of heavy rainfall; however, this value was lower than the regulation limit. The highest daily loads of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and chlorophyll-<I>a</I> (Chl-<I>a</I>) in seawater were in the surface layer in August; however, dissolved oxygen (DO) in the bottom water layer was at its lowest in August. This study demonstrated that season and rainfall have significant effects on the FC, COD, DO, and Chl-<I>a</I> concentrations in seawater.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The Jaranman-Saryangdo area can be easily contaminated by various drainage sources. </LI> <LI> The geometric mean for FCs was at its maximum in August periods of heavy rainfall in Korea. </LI> <LI> Season and rainfall have significant effects on the FC and physiochemical factors. </LI> </UL> </P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P> <I>Vibrio parahaemolyticus</I> and <I>V</I>. <I>vulnificus</I> are the most common pathogens causing seafood-borne illnesses in Korea. This study determines the abundance and antimicrobial resistance of pathogenic <I>Vibrio</I> species in seawater and zooplankton samples from the Geoje Island coast in Korea, which is an important area for coastal fisheries, the fishing industry, and tourism. The two <I>Vibrio</I> species were detected more in mesozooplankton samples than in seawater samples. <I>V</I>. <I>parahaemolyticus</I> isolates showed greater resistance than those of <I>V</I>. <I>vulnificus</I> for antimicrobials. Of <I>V</I>. <I>parahaemolyticus</I> isolates, 93.3% exhibited resistance to three or more antimicrobial agents. Conversely, more than 80% of <I>V</I>. <I>vulnificus</I> isolates showed susceptibility to all antimicrobials examined, with the exception of rifampicin. 본고의 목적은 이용자 인식도 조사를 통해 공공포털과 민간포털의 정보서비스를 평가할 수 있는 프레임웍을 개발하는 것이다. 평가 프레임웍을 구체적으로 개발하기 위하여 공공포털로는 yesKISTI와 민간포털로는 Google을 선정하였다. 선행연구들을 토대로 공공포털과 민간포털의 정보서비스를 평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하고, 공공포털의 신규 서비스를 제공하기 위하 프레임웍을 개발하였다. This study aimed to develop an evaluation framework for public portal and private portal through user's perception survey. In order to specify the evaluation framework, this study chose yesKISTI and Google as a public portal and a private portal respectively. This study reviewed previous studies to develop indicators to evaluate of public and private portals and developed a framework to provide new services for public portals.
