Micro-Machining을 이용한 SPM(Scanning Probe Microscope)용 실리콘 Probe의 제조

Scanning probe tip, integrated on the silicon cantilever, is fabricated by means of micro-machining technique. This technique utilizes a combination of dry and wet etching and oxidation sharpening to form very sharp tip which is suitable for SPM. The mechanical requirements for proper operation of probe, such as resonant frequency and force constant are simulated using finite element method. Several types of the probe having different geometrical shape are fabricated. Typical dimensions of cantilver are 150 ~ 190 μm in length, 20 ~ 40 μm in width, and 2 ~ 4 μm in thickness. Typical values of tip height and radius of the tip end are larger than 5 μm and less than 100nm, respectively. Simulated results show that high resonant frequency of approximately 140 kHz and force constant near 2 ~ 5 N/m, which can be applied to tapping and non-contact mode operation of SPM.

Background: This study investigated effective posture for gluteus medius rehabilitation training and effects of isometric muscle activity by electrophysiology through EMG while performing dynamic isotonic behavior of weight placed differently on upper limbs. Method: 16 healthy male subjects 20 to 29 years of age volunteered for the study. Lateral stabilizer right gluteus medius activity was assessed using EMG while the right lower extremity maintains single limb support, and the left upper extremity elevation movement maintains 5 seconds without load, 1RM to 1 repetition, 5RM to 5 times, 10RM to 10 times, 5RM and 10RM maintain 5sec. Results: Comparison of the mean value of EMG data showed a statistically more significant difference in upper extremity elevation movement on opposite upper extremity added weight than one that was not added on a single limb weight bearing posture(p>.05). Weight supported side gluteus medius activity for 1RM, 5RM, 10RM weight difference and movement repetition did not differ(p>.05). Comparison in maximum value showed statistically significant differences in not adding weight on upper limb elevation exercise and 1RM, 5RM, 10RM repeated behavior. Elevation behavior and repetition appeared over 70% of MVIC. Conclusion: Unilateral weight bearing stance added weight in the opposite upper limb elevation movement was an indirect exercise to effectively stimulate gluteus medius activity. Applying various added weight will have effective exercise on the early stages of rehabilitation because activity gluteus medius did not differ through added weight.

기후변화협약 체결 당시 개발도상국으로 분류되어 있던 우리나라는 현재 온실가스 감축의무를 부담하지 않고 있으나, 우리나라의 CO2 배출량 및 배출량 증가율을 고려해 볼 때, 제2차 공약기간(2012년~2016년) 동안의 온실가스 감축의무 부담이 예견되고 있다. 온실가스 감축의무를 이행하기 위하여 정부는 2012년부터 RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard) 제도를 도입을 고려하고 있다. 신재생에너지전원의 비중을 설비용량의 5%(발전량의 7%)까지 확대를 예상하여, 봉 연구에서는 RPS 재도를 도업을 고려할 때 전원구성의 변화를 GATE -PRO(Generation And Transmission Expansion PROgram)모형을 이용하여 알아본 후, 이로 인하여 전기를 사용하는 용도에 따라 6가지 종별로 구부하는 현행전기요금체계에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.
RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard) 제도 도입을 고려한 전기요금변화에 관한 연구

Recently, Korea government decided to introduce RPS (Renewable Portfolio Standard) mechanism which requires electricity providers to gradually increase the amount of renewable energy sources such as wind, solar, bioenergy, and geothermal. As a consequence, it is expected that the long-term fuel mix would be changed to result in more expensive production and the increased production costs would be distributed to the rate payers via electricity tariffs. This paper presents the change in long-term fuel mix in year 2020 with the four RPS scenarios of 3%, 5%, 10% and 20%, and the methodologies for collecting the increased production costs through new tariff schedule. The studies on long-term fuel mix have been carried out with the GATE-PRO (Generation And Transmission Expansion PROgram) optimization package, a mixed-integer program developed by the Korea Energy Economics Institute and Hongik university. Three methodologies for distributing the production costs to the rate payers have also been demonstrated.
익모초 물추출물이 흰쥐 대퇴동맥의 혈관경련에 미치는 영향

N/A Objective : In order to study the effect of water extract of Leonuri herba (ELS) on the subarachnoid hemorrhage animal model, the autologous whole blood was applied to the vicinity of the sprague dawley rat right femoral artery. Methods : Following periarterial application of autologous whole blood (PAB) and intraperitoneal injection of ELS (10, 100 and 300 mghg, P.o.), the vasomotor responses to ELS were identified and the histological changes, neovascularized blood vessel were observed. Results : Contractile response to ELS (10, 100 and 300 mg/kg, p.0.) was significantly decreased in the rat femoral arteries of PAB 5 and 7 days. In PAB 5 and 7 days, significantly increased vessel wall thickness and narrowed lumen were observed in comparison with the control group. In the arteries exposed to autologous whole blood for 5 and 7 days, a lot of newly generated capillaries in association with markedly curved blood vessel wall thickness, elastic lamina and irregularly oriented endothelial cells were observed in the periphery of the vessel wall. The number of neovascularized blood vessels were significantly decreased in the periphery of PAB with ELS (10, 100 and 300 mg/kg, p.0.) 5 and 7 days. In VEGF expression, Blood plus ELS (10, 100 and 300 mg/kg, p.0.)-exposed vessel were more weak expression than blood-exposed vessel to vein autologous whole blood for 5 and 7 days. Conclusions : From these results, we concluded that ELS inhibited posthemorrhagic chronic vasospasm and neovascularization in rat femoral artery model.
