유명산의 식물상 및 산림군락분류에 관한 연구

2002년 3월부터 2003년 10월까지 유명산 자연휴양림을 대상으로 식물상과 산림군락구조를 조사한 결과, 관속식물이 98과 331속 570종 1아종 81변종 4품종 2교잡종으로 총 658종류로 나타났으며, 한국특산식물은 10과 14속 13종 2변종 1교잡종 총 16종류. 희귀 및 멸종위기식물은 9과 10속 11종 총 11종류, 귀화식물은 12과 22속 28종 총 28종류로 나타났다. 산림군락은 신갈나무-철쭉군목, 신갈나무-생강나무군단, 소나무-산거울군락, 잣나무-주름조개풀군락, 물푸레나무-신갈나무군락, 층층나무-신갈나무군락, 굴참나무-신갈나무군락, 싸리-신갈나무군락으로 전체 1군목, 1군단, 6군락이 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. The study was carried out to investigate the flora and community classification of forest vegetation in Mt. Yumyeong from March, 2002 to October, 2003. As a result of that, the vascular plants were 98 families, 331 genera, 570 species. 1 subspecies, 81 varieties, 4 formae, 2 hybrid, 658 taxa in all. Korean endemic plants were 10 families, 14 genera, 13 species, 2 variaties, 1 hybrid. 16 taxa in all ;, rare and endangered plants were 9 families, 10 genera. 11 species, 11 taxa in all ; naturalized plants were 12 families, 22 genera, 28 species, 28 taxa in all. The forest vegetation was classified into 1 order, 1 alliance. 6 communities : Rhododendro - Quercetalia mongolicae (Kim, 1990) Lindero - Quercion mongolicae (Kim, 1990) A. Carex humilis var. nana - Pinus densiflora Community B. Oplismenus undulatifolius - Pinus koraiensis Community C. Fraxinius rhynchophylla - Quercus mongolica Community D. Cornus controversa - Quercus mongolica Community E. Quercus variabilis - Quercus mongolica Community F. Lespedeza bicolor - Quercus mongolica Community

고대산 북서사면(경기도 연천군) 지역의 식물상 및 산림군락 분류에 관한 연구

2003년 3월부터 10월까지 고대산을 대상으로 식물상과 산림군락을 조사하였다. 관속식물은 94과 299속 481종 1아종 66변종 4품종 1교잡종으로 총 553종류인 것으로 나타났으며, 한국특산식물은 8과 11속 13종 총 13종류, 희귀 및 멸종위기식물은 12과 15속 15속 15종 총 15종류, 귀화식물은 9과 15속 17종 총 17종류로 나타났다. 산림군락은 신갈나무-철쭉군목, 신갈나무-생강나무군단, 갈참나무-신갈나무군락, 굴참나무-신갈나무군락, 당단풍-신갈나무군락으로 전체 1군목, 1군단, 3군락이 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 사람 정자의 성숙도와 운동성에 따른 세포질내 정자주입 후 전핵형성과 초기 배발생

In the present study, we investigated the effect of maturity and motility of spermatozoa on the formation of pronucleus and subsequent developmental capacity of the human embryo in vitro. The fertilization was performed by means of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in HEPES-buffered m-TCM-199 medium. In the first part of the experiment, motile or immotile human spermatozoa ejaculated were injected into cumulus-enclosed human oocytes matured in vivo. Significantly(P$lt;0.002)higher proportion of oocytes that was injected with motile spermatozoa formed 2 pronuclei than the oocytes injected with immotile spermatozoa(79.8% vs 51.7%). In the second part of the experiment, cumulus-enclosed human oocytes matured in vivo were injected with motile or immotile spermatozoa collected from testes. There was no difference between motile and immotile spermatozoa. In the third part of the experiment, using modified Tyrode's medium containing 10.0 mM lactate, 0.5 mM pyruvate, 0.2 mM taurine, 1.0 mM glutamine, 2.22 mM MEM amino acids, vitamin and 10% human follicular fluid, we found that development of oocytes that formed 2 pronuclei were able to develop to 9-16 cells regardless of maturity and motility of spermatozoa.

This paper describes maximum torque drive of a vector controlled induction motor. As the instantaneous value of the stator current must be controlled to accomplish the superior vector control characteristic, the current controlled PWM transistor inverter with hysteresis controller is adopted. At steady-state, since the developed motor torque is proportional to the product of the flux and torque component, the motor output torque becomes maximum if the two components are equal. The system block diagram is suggested for maximum torque control. The superior characteristic of the proposed system is verified with digital computer simulation.

단지양 근위축증(Monomelic Amyorophy) 3례 : 증례 보고 Case Report

Monomelic amyotrophy is a rare form of motor neuron disease which is insidious onset in the second and fourth decades, male preponderance, sporadic occurrence, wasting and weakness confined to one limb, and absence of involvement of the cranial nerves, cerebrum, brain, stem, and sensory system. Symptoms and signs often progress for several years before spontaneously arresting. Neurologic findings and electrophysiologic studies are only useful for the diagnosis of monomelic amyotrophy and other laboratory testing are frequently normal or nonspecific. We reported three cases of typical monomelic amyotrophy with review of the articles.

소하천 유역의 지형요소를 고려한 유출특성에 관한 연구 : 도달시간을 중심으로

In order to evaluate six formula of T_(c) presented in the facilities criterion of small basin, the water stages were observed on fifteen mountainous small basin in Sanchung county region. The results of six formula compared with the observed data to evaluate T_(c). All basin area were less than 2.25 ㎢. The average basin area was 1.19 ㎢, the average basin length was 1.65 ㎢, the average basin slope was 6.95%. The average length and slope of main channel were 1.86 ㎞ and 7%. The observed data of T_(c) showed large difference from results with each formula in all basin relatively. The conclusions obtained in this study are as follows. The time of concentration depended on Kerby's formula, SCS's Lag formula and KICT's formula was estimated in mountainous small basin excessively. The time of concentration depended on Rziha's and Kraven's formula was estimated small. And the time of concentration depended on Krpich's formula was safe relatively.

소하천 유역의 도달시간 관측에 관한 연구

The average T_(c) was 33.77 minutes and results of six formula showed the changes in average and standard deviation widely. The conclusions obtained in this study are as follows. The time of concentration was influenced basin slope, basin length, basin slope and channel slope consequently but did not affected the shape factor of basin.
