살균전 통조림 내용물의 온도와 냉각처리 유무가 통조림의 살균에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 살균시간을 최소화하고 레토르트안과 통조림냉점의 두 곳에서 온도를 감지하여 치사율의 적산치를 계속적으로 이행할 수 있는 컴퓨터시스템을 이용하였다. 8% 벤토나이트 분산액을 301-5호관에 채우고 반복 실험을 통해서 내용물의 초온의 차이와 냉각수의 처리 유무 공히 살균시간에 뚜렷한 영향을 미쳤다. The effect of initial can temperatures and water cooling treatment on the cans for thermal sterilization was described. The accumulated lethal rate method based on microcomputer-based electronic system has introduced in this experiments to minimize the process time and provide precise temperature measurements at 2 points with continuous calculation of the lethal rate. According to a series of experiments which were performed by using 301-5 cans of 8% bentonite suspension, there was significant effect in accumulated lethal rate initiated in different temperatures and treated water cooling treatment.

<P>Nickel powders were synthesized by the reduction of hydrazine of nickel salts from diethanolamine (DEA) solution, and the morphological characteristics of nickel powders were investigated with various process conditions such as the addition of hydrazine, reaction temperature, the composition of mixed solvents. The addition of hydrazine in DEA solution largely affected the size control of nickel powders. Under N2H4/Ni2+molar ratio= 1.5 and 2.0 conditions, spherical nickel powders in the submicron range were obtained owing to higher the reduction rate. An increase of temperature increased the size of nickel particles. At 220°C for 40min, the nickel powders were composed of polyhedral particles with a high crystalline in the submicron range. The mixed volume ratio of TEA to DEA solvent improved the inhibition of agglomerate between particles.</P>
Thermal Formation of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons from Cyclopentadiene (CPD)

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon growth from cyclopentadiene (CPD) pyrolysis was investigated using a laminar flow reactor operating in a temperature range of 600 to 950℃. Major products from CPD pyrolysis are benzene, indene and naphthalene. Formation of observed products from CPD is explained as follows. Addition of the cyclopentadienyl radical to a CPD π-bond produces a resonance-stabilized radical, which further reacts by one of three unimolecular channels: intramolecular addition, C-H bond β-scission, or C-C bond β-scission. The intramolecular addition pathway produces a 7-norbornenyl radical, which then decomposes to indene. Decomposition by C-H bond β-scission produces a biaryl intermediate, which then undergoes a ring fusion sequence that has been proposed for dihydrofulvalene-to-naphthalene conversion. In this study, we propose C-C bond β-scission pathway as an alternative reaction channel to naphthalene from CPD. As preliminary computational analysis, Parametric Method 3 (PM3) molecular calculation suggests that intramolecular addition to form indene is favored at low temperatures and C-C bond β-scission leading to naphthalene is predominant at high temperatures.

<P>Nickel powders were prepared by the reduction of hydrazine of Ni(OH)2 reactant slurries from non-aqueous media. The morphological characteristics of nickel powders were investigated under various processing conditions. Nickel powders were characterized by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), thermal gravitational analysis (TGA) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The size of nickel powders was increased as the reaction temperature and time increased because of the thermal agglomeration of nuclei and/or increased growth rate. The surface of nickel powders composed of both Ni and Ni(OH)2 was oxidized in the temperature range of 400-600°C.</P>

Two Gram-stain-positive, oxidase-negative, catalase-positive, and coccus-shaped bacterial strains, designated CBA3104T and CBA3105T, were isolated from kimchi. Strain CBA3104T and CBA3105T grew at 10–35°C (optimum, 25°C and 30°C, respectively), at pH 6.0–8.5 (optimum, pH 6.5), and in the presence of 0–15% (w/v) NaCl (optimum, 5%). A phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strain CBA3104T formed a distinct phylogenetic lineage within the genus Brachybacterium whereas strain CBA3105T was closely positioned with Brachybacterium halotolerans MASK1Z-5T. The 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity between strains CBA3104T and CBA3105T was 99.9%, but ANI and dDDH values between strains CBA3104T and CBA3105T were 93.61% and 51.5%, respectively. Strain CBA3104T showed lower ANI and dDDH values than species delineation against three closely related strains and type species of the genus Brachybacterium, however, strain CBA3105T showed 96.63% ANI value and 69.6% dDDH value with Brachybacterium halotolerans MASK1Z-5T. Among biochemical analysis results, strain CBA3104T could uniquely utilize bromo-succinic acid whereas only strain CBA3105T was positive for alkaline phosphatase and α-fucosidase among two novel strains, closely related strains, and type species of the genus Brachybacterium. Compared with strain CBA3105T and Brachybacterium halotolerans JCM 34339T, strain CBA3105T was differentially positive for acid production of D-arabinose, D-adonitol, and potassium 5-ketogluconate and enzyme activity of β-glucuronidase. Both strains contained menaquinone-7 as the dominant quinone. The cell-wall peptidoglycan of two novel strains contained meso-diaminopimelic acid. The major fatty acids of strains CBA3104T and CBA3105T were anteiso-C15:0, anteiso-C17:0, and iso-C16:0. The major polar lipids of both strains were phosphatidylglycerol and diphosphatidylglycerol. Strain CBA3104T possessed a uniquely higher abundance of tRNA (97 tRNAs) than four Brachybacterium strains used for comparative taxonomic analysis (54–62 tRNAs). Both the CBA3104T and CBA3105T strain harbored various oxidoreductase, transferase, hydrolase, and lyase as strain-specific functional genes compared to closely related strains and Brachybacterium type species. The results of biochemical/physiological, chemotaxonomic, and genomic analyses demonstrated that strains CBA3104T and CBA3105T represent a novel species of the genus Brachybacterium and a novel subspecies of B. halotolerans, respectively, for which the names Brachybacterium kimchii sp. nov. and B. halotolerans subsp. kimchii subsp. nov. are proposed. The type strains of the novel species and the novel subspecies are CBA3104T (= KCCM 43417T = JCM 34759T) and CBA3105T (= KCCM 43418T = JCM 34760T), respectively.

대표적인 전자거래 프레임워크인 ebXML에서 비즈니스 프로세스 명세(BPS: Business Process Specification)는 최종적으로 XML 버전의 BPSS(Business Process Specification Schema)를 준수하는 사례로서 규정되어야 한다. 보다 완전하고 일치되게 XML 버전의 BPSS 사례를 정의하기 위해서는 모든 의미 제약을 검증하는 과정이 필수적이다. 그러나, XML Schema 구조체의 제약으로 인해서 XML버전의 BPSS는 이러한 의미 제약을 완벽하게 규정하고 있지 못하다. 이 논문에서는 최종적으로 설행될 XML 버전의 BPSS 사례에 대한 검증을 지원하기 위해서, BPSS의 XML Schema에 표현되지 못한 의미 제약들을 체계적으로 발견하고, 이들을 명시적으로 표현하여 재활용하는 방법을 제시한다. 이러한 방법으로 XML 버전 BPSS 사례를 편리하게 검증하고 오류 수정을 안내하며, 기업간 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화와 적용의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있다. In ebXML, a representative framework for electronic commerce, a BPS (Business Process Specification) should be finally defined as an instance of XML-version BPSS for the configuration of B2B (Business to Business) runtime systems. In order to define the instance more complete and consistent, it is required to validate all the semantic constraints on the instance. Due to the limitations of XML Schema constructs, however, current XML-version BPSS fails to specify formal semantic constraints completely. This paper presents how to find, express and reuse BPSS semantic constraints that could not be explicitly defined in the XML-version BPSS. The method facilitates the validation of XML-version BPSS instances easily with some useful guides for fixing violations of semantic constraints. Furthermore, B2B business processes can be standardized and applied more efficiently and effectively.

농산물의 유통은 그 구조가 복잡하고 비용이 높아 농가수취 가격이 일반적으로 낮고, 산지의 품목별 생산자 조직의 유통기능이 취약하여 생산출하조절 기능이 미약하므로 이를 보완할 수 있는 유통 정보가 필요하다. 기존의 정보는 그 사용이 제한적이고 이용이 불편하며, 신속한 자료가 제공되지 못하고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 공영도매 시장의 데이터베이스 시스템과 WWW의 개방적이고 다양한 멀티미디어 정보 서비스 기능을 상호 보완적으로 통합하는 방법을 제안함으로써 다양하고 신속 · 정확한 농산물 유통 정보 서비스를 수요자에게 제공하여 농산물 시장출하 및 매매에 관한 의사결정을 돕고, 원활한 농산물 유통을 지원하고자 한다.

Nickel powders were synthesized by the hydrazine reduction of nickel chloride solution containing ammonia in DEA solutions. The size distribution of nickel powders were investigated as a function of ammonia concentration, hydrazine concentration and the mixed composition ratio of diethanolammine (DEA) and triethanolammine (TEA). Nickel powders with the size in submicron range were obtained at $185^{\circ}C$ for 45 minutes by hydrazine reduction of nickel chloride solution in DEA solutions. The hydrazine concentrations showed significant effects on the particle size and shape distribution of nickel powders under $NH_3/Ni^{2+}$ molar ratio of 2.0 condition. As the mixed volume ratio of TEA and DEA increased, nickel powders with relatively larger particle size and low agglomeration were obtained. Nickel powders with particle size in the ranged from 0.4 to $0.9\;{\mu}m$ were obtained at the 50 $vol.%$ of TEA.
