        소형민수헬기 능동진동제어시스템 개발

        헬기의 능동진동제어시스템(AVCS)은 주로터로부터 발생되는 진동을 제어하며, 수동형 진동저감장치 대비 저중량으로 우수한 진동저감 성능을 발휘한다. 본 논문에서는 FxLMS 알고리즘을 기반으로 타코미터 및 가속도 센서 신호를 통해 연산된 제어명령을 하중발생기(CFG)로 전달하여 소형 민수헬기의 진동을 제어하는 소프트웨어 개발 및 검증 내용을 제시하였다. DO-178C /DO-331 표준에 따라 모델 기반 설계 기법을 통해 진동제어 소프트웨어를 개발하였으며, PILS 및 HILS 환경에서 실시간 작동 성능을 평가하였다. 특히, PILS 환경에서는 LDRA 기반 검증 커버리지를 통해 소프트웨어의 신뢰성을 향상시켰다. AVCS를 소형민수헬기에 적용하기 위해 지상/비행시험을 통해 대상 헬기 동적응답특성 모델을 획득하였다. 이를 기반으로 시스템 최적화 분석 및 비행시험을 통해 최적 성능을 발휘하는 AVCS 형상을 결정하고, STC 인증을 획득하였다. Active vibration control system(AVCS) for helicopter enables to control the vibration generated from the main rotor and has the superb vibration reduction performance with low weight compared passive vibration reduction device. In this paper, FxLMS algorithm-based vibration control software of the light civil helicopter tansmits the control command calculated using the signals of the tachometer and accelerometers to the circular force generator(CFG) is developed and verified. According to the RTCA DO-178C/DO-331, the vibration control software is developed through the model based design technique, and real-time operation performance is evaluated in PILS(processor in-the loop simulation) and HILS(hardware in-the loop simulation) environments. In particular, the reliability of the software is improved through the LDRA-based verification coverage in the PIL environments. In order to AVCS to light civil helicopter(LCH), the dynamic response characteristic model is obtained through the ground/flight tests. AVCS configuration which exhibits the optimal performance is determined using system optimization analysis and flight test and obtain STC certification.

      • 간월호 퇴적토에서의 영양염류 용출 특성 분석

        간월호는 서산시에 위치한 수혜면적이 6,446 ha에 이르는 담수화된 농업용 저수지로서, 해수 차단 후 수질이 지속적으로 악화되어 최근 들어 호내 수질이 농업용수 목표수질인 Ⅳ등급을 상회하는 등 농업용수로 활용에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 수질 악화 원인을 규명하기 위한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있으며, 수질 오염을 야기하는 상류 유역에 대한 연구뿐만 아니라 호내 퇴적물 관리 및 퇴적물로 인한 영양염류의 용출 문제에 대한 연구도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 간월호 퇴적토로부터의 호내 수질 오염 기여도를 평가하기 위한 기초자료로서 용출 실험을 실시하였다. 용출 실험은 간월호 호내 3지점 (상류, 중류, 하류)에 대해 각각 호기성, 혐기성 실험을 2회 반복하였으며, 오염물질 조사 항목은 TOC, NH<sub>4</sub>-N, NO<sub>2</sub>-N, NO<sub>3</sub>-N, PO<sub>4</sub>-P, T-P, T-N, COD로 총 8항목이다. 간월호 용출 실험에 앞서 용출 실험 재료인 퇴적토의 간월호 퇴적물의 오염도를 확인하기 위하여, 입도 분석뿐만 아니라 강열감량, 유기물함량, T-N, T-P 항목에 대한 분석을 실시하였으며, 퇴적토는 풍건 및 2 mm 체 선별 후 지름 10cm, 높이 44cm의 유리컬럼에 충진하여 이용하였다. 현장 조건 중 호기 및 혐기 조건을 모의하기 위해, 호기성 조건은 DO의 일정 농도가 유지되도록 폭기 장치를 이용하였으며, 혐기조건은 알루미늄 호일로 컬럼 외부를 감싸 빛을 차단하는 동시에 질소가스를 계속 주입하여 혐기상태를 유지하였다.

        GIS을 활용한 인공어초의 적지 선정에 관한 연구

        This study carried out in order to investigate the most basic elements of suitability selection methods for composition of artificial reef. Acquired data by in-situ measurements and satellite remote sensing analysed in applying GIS. To identify the characteristic of marine environment around the West Sea, the South Sea and the East Sea of Korea, physical conditions-seabed sediment and depth, biological conditions-chlorophyll-${\alpha}$, chemical conditions-Sea Surface Temperature(SST) and DO were used. Suitable sites for artificial reef are selected Taean Peninsula, Geoje, Wando, Pohang, Seocheon, etc. From now on, it will be helpful to effectively utilize artificial reef as well as construct synthetic database. It is also expected to use basic data for artificial reef facilities management. 본 논문는 인공어초 조성의 가장 기본적인 요소인 적지선정을 위한 방법에 대해 고찰하였다. 현장관측과 위성 원격탐사(Remote Sensing, RS)로 획득한 자료를 지리정보시스템(Geographic Information System, GIS)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 한반도 주변해역의 해양환경 특성을 파악하기 위해 물리적 조건-해저저질, 수심, 생물적 조건-클로로필-${\alpha}$, 화학적 조건-해수온, DO를 활용하였다. 인공어초 적지로는 태안반도, 거제, 완도, 포항, 서천 등이 나타났다. 향후 본 연구는 인공어초 설치의 효율적인 활용뿐만 아니라 종합적인 데이터베이스의 구축에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 인공어초 시설관리의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

      • 피부단순포진 진단을 위한 Tzanck 도말, 바이러스배양 및 면역형광검사의 비교 연구

        Although Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) infection is one of the most common infectious diseases, its two main laboratory diagnostic methods-Tzanck smear is a simple, inexpensive and rapid method, but it shows relatively low positivity. Similarly, the viralculture is the most accurate and definitive method, but it is expensive and relatively time-consuming test. There is a demand for more practical laboratory diagnostic methods for cutaneous herpes simplex infections. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) staining with monoclonal antibodies, which is suggested as a practical method. For the study, 103 patients suspected HSV infection were sampled at the Department of Dermatology in Hanyang University Hospital from March 1987 to July 1990. In the 60 specimens for Tzanck smear and viral culture, Tzanck smear was 35(58.3%) positivities, and viral culture was 56(93.3%) positivities(p〈0.05). In the 43 specimens for viral culture and IIF staining, viral culture was 40(93%) positivities and IIF staining was 37(86%) positivities(p〉0.05). In the 25 specimens, which viral culture was positivities, IIF staining showed 22(88%) positivities and Tzanck smear was 16(64%) positivities(p〈0.05). In summary, the result of Tzanck smear showed relatively high correlation to the results of IIF staining and viral culture. However, the result of IIF staining showed a significant agreement with the result of viral culture. It is suggested that the IIF staining with monoclonal antibodies is a simple, inexpensive, but accurate and relatively rapid method for the diagnosis of cutaneous HSV infections.

      • 스프레이 菊花의 왕겨경 循環式 養液栽培에서 養液의 濃度 및 供給回數의 영향

        본 실험은 스프레이 국화 왕겨 배지를 이용한 순환식 양액재배에 있어서 양액의 적정농도와 공급횟수를 구명하고자 실시한 결과 양액 농도 처리에서는 원시표준액의 1.6배 처리구가 초장, 화경장, 경경, 화경수, 엽장, 엽폭, 절화중에서 가장 양호하였고, 1일 공급횟수는 표준농도(1.0배)는 12회가 좋았고 1.3배와1.6배 처리구에서는 6회공급구에서 절화품질이 좋았다. 양액농도별 개화기는 표준농도에 비해 1.3배는 2일, 1.6배 처리구는 3일정도 지연되었다. 양액 농도별 T-N함량은 1.3배 농도에서 많았고 양이온치환용량은 농도가 높은 1.6배 농도에서 높았으며 양액 농도별 엽록소 함량은 1.0배 농도에서 가장 높았다. This experiment was conducted to determine the optimal ionic strength of nutrient solution and fertigation frequency affecting growth and development of spray chrysanthemum (Dendranthema grandiflorum) in recycling system using rice hull. Growth parameters in terms of plant height, flowers diameter, stem diameter, number of flowers, leaf length and width and flower weight were shown better in thd 1.6 ionic strength of nutrient solution than those of 1.0 ionic strength of nutrient solution. Fertigation frequency was good at 12 times during day and night in the standard solution (1.0 ionic strength) while 6 times per day and night were good in both 1.3 and 1.6 strength of nutrient solution. Flowering time was postponed up to 2 day in the treatment of 1.3 ionic strength of nutrient solution, and 3 day in 1.6 ionic strength of nutrient solution. The content of total nitrogen was higher in the 1.3 ionic strength of nutrient solution. Cation exchange capacity was high in the 1.6 ionic strength of nutrient solution and chlorophyll content by the concentrations of nutrient solution was highest in the standard nutrient solution.

      • High Density Plasma 발생 장치의 구성 및 특성

        High density plasma deposition system was organized using electron cyclotron resonance source, and its plasma properties were measured by using the Langmuir probe method. The ECR microwave plasma conditions could be controlled by means of mass flow controller and ECR microwave power according to the vacuum pressure of 2.3×10^-5 Torr to 5.2×10^-2 Torr. The ion density was increased with an increase of gas flow rate, and a decrease of the distance between ECR source and substrates. The electron temperatures were decreased with an increase of gas flow rate, and a decrease of the distance between ECR source and substrates. The estimated plasma potential was from 27.0V to 31.5V

      • 聽覺障碍兒의 敎育方案 比較硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the most effective instruction method in the deaf. For this purpose, 120 subjects is selected in the deaf children according to Intelligence, hearing loss and instruction methods. Their IQ range is from 90 to 109, hearing loss range from 70 ㏈ to 130 ㏈. And the subjects have been instructed to oral method (40 students), sign-fingerspelling method (40 students), simultaneous method (40 students), for 5.1 years. Academic Achivement Test and Personality Test (Picture Frustration Test) are administered to the subjects. The result of data analysis lead the investigator to the following conclusions: In Academic Achivement, the sample with simultaneous method is significantly highest, and the sample with sign-fingerspelling is significantly higher than oral method. (P < .01) According to the hearing loss, the Academic Achivement of the severe hearing loss (70-89 ㏈) children is significantly higher than that of profound hearing loss (90 ㏈ and beyond) children (P <.01). In personality, Extrapunitveness % of the P.F.T. (Picture Frustration Test) is signficantly highest with oral method sample, and sign fingerspelling method sample higher than simultameous method sample (P < .01). According to the hearing loss, E% of profound hearing loss children is significantly higher than that of severe hearing loss children. Intropunitiveness % in the P.F.T is highest with simultaneous method sample, and lowest with oral method sample, (P < .05). According to the hearing loss, I% of the severe hearing loss children is significantly higher than that of profound hearing loss children. Impunitiveness % in the P.F.T. is no differences according to the instruction methods (P > .05). According to the hearing loss, M% of the severe hearing loss children is significantly higher than that of the profound hearing loss children. (P < .01). Obstacle-Dominance % in the P.F.T. is significantly highest with oral method sample, and lowest with simultaneous method sample (P < .05). Ego-Defense % in the P.F.T. is highest with simultaneous method sample, and lowest with oral method children (P < .01). Need-persistence % in the P.F.T. is highest with simultaneous method sample, and lowest with oral method sample (P<.05). According to the hearing loss, O-D. E-D and N-P % of the P.F.T. is not significant differences. Consequently, this results mean that the use of sign language and fingerspelling don't prevent the development of psychological functions in the hearing-impaired. On the other hand, the use of manual communication help the psychological - developments of hearing-impaired.
