      • 하상경사가 변화는 실험실 데이터를 이용한 Chiu의 유속공식과 Manning 의 유속공식과의 비교분석

        현재까지 수리학 분야에서 가장 많이 회자되고 인용된 공식이 있다면 아마도 1890년에 발표한 Manning의 유속 공식이라고 해도 과언은 아닐 것이다. 그만큼 그 쓰임새가 많았을 뿐만 아니라 사용의 편리성과 정확도에서도 매우 우수하였기 때문일 것이다. 그러나, 아무리 우수한 공식이라도 약점이 있듯이, Manning의 유속공식 역시 조도계수n을 추정하는데 많은 어려움이 있는 것도 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 어려움을 극복하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 확률통계에서 사용되는 엔트로피 개념을 이용한 3차원 유속분포식인 Chiu의 유속공식을 사용하였다. 그러나 지금까지 실증적으로 Chiu의 유속공식과 Manning의 유속공식을 비교분석하였던 논문은 Chiu와 Choo의 논문에서 일부 언급된 것 외 논문에서는 찾아볼 수 없는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하상경사를 임의로 변경 가능한 실험수로를 선택하여 정밀법에 의한 유속측정을 우선 실시하였다. 같은 지점의 같은 단면에서 하상경사(Ө)가 0.000935부터 0.025794까지 28번의 경사변화를 주고 각 경사마다 유량을 측정하여 28개의 유량측정 데이터를, Chiu의 유속공식과 Manning의 유속공식에 각각 적용하여, Chiu의 M과 Manning의 n사이의 관계뿐만 아니라, 하상경사변화에 따른 관련인자들을 함께 분석하였으며, 실측된 평균유속과도 함께 분석하였다.

        영구치 치수 기질세포를 이용한 연골 분화 및 분화 시기에 따른 형태학적 변화

        Objectives: The aim was to confirm the stem cell-like properties of the dental pulp stromal cells and to evaluate the morphologic changes during in vitro chondrogenesis. Materials and Methods: Stromal cells were outgrown from the dental pulp tissue of the premolars. Surface markers were investigated and cell proliferation rate was compared to other mesenchymal stem cells. Multipotency of the pulp cells was confirmed by inducing osteogenesis, adipogenesis and chondrogenesis. The morphologic changes in the chondrogenic pellet during the 21 day of induction were evaluated under light microscope and transmission electron microscope. TUNEL assay was used to evaluate apoptosis within the chondrogenic pellets. Results: Pulp cells were CD90, 105 positive and CD31, 34 negative. They showed similar proliferation rate to other stem cells. Pulp cells differentiated to osteogenic, adipogenic and chondrogenic tissues. During chondrogenesis, 3-dimensional pellet was created with multi-layers, hypertrophic chondrocyte-like cells and cartilage-like extracellular matrix. However, cell morphology became irregular and apoptotic cells were increased after 7 day of chondrogenic induction. Conclusions: Pulp cells indicated mesenchymal stem cell-like characteristics. During the in vitro chondrogenesis, cellular activity was superior during the earlier phase (within 7 day) of differentiation.

        충주 지역 문화의 발전과 활성화 방안

        This study is to seek the best way to establish the independent local(Chungju) literature without the central occupation. To achieve the goal we have to review what the traditional culture in Chungju is and what the local literati Performed up to now. Then we can find the best way to develop and to motivate the local literature. At first, according to the results of this study on traditional culture in Chungju, I found the passion of research on Science, patriotic spirit and creative art spirit and confirmed that filial spirit and the love of home town are the traditional value. Park Jai Ryun, Lee Mu young, Lee hup, Ji bong mun, Cheong ho seong, Kwon tai ung, Hong gu bum are the outstanding literary men who uphold the great tradition before independent. In 1950s Kim tai gil, Cho nam du, Yoo jong ho, Shin kyung lim played an active pert in Poem, essay and criticism. In 1970s and 1980s Yang chai young, Chung gun seob and Lee kye sang and 1990s Kim chang sik and Kim young gyo played important role in local literature. With these results we can say that the basis of the literature in Chungju is wide and deep. With the recognition of reality, I propose the following 5 ways to develop the Chung ju literature. First, Know the traditional culture clearly and succession of that. Second, Restructure and merge the literary organizations Third, Get the cooperation of related organizations and secure the publication media. Forth, Let students participate in this process. Fifth, Enhance the position of Chungju literature and the cooperation with central literary organizations. Moreover we have to conduct this development project with clear map. This project should include the short term, mid term and long term action plan and the cooperation plan with cheongju and central literary organizations in detail. Consequently, To develop and activate the Chungju liter·attire, the local literati has to start from the recognition of the traditional culture and enhancement of the spirit of succession. And the local literati should restructure the current organizations and secure the publication media. To archive the development of Chungju literature, the perfect planning and execution should be essential point.

      • AB-PROCESS에 의한 燐除去에 관한 硏究

        The Purpose of this research is aimed to find out optimum operating conditions for Phosphorus removal by AB-Process. The Comparision between a partially aerated at B-step and fully aerated AB-Proecess was made at different mixing and aeration time, detention time. The BOD removal efficiency showed up to 90% in the partially aerated at B-step as well as fully aerated process. In the partially aerated process at B-step the substrate removal efficiency remained constant irrespective of anaerobic/aerobic reactor retention time ratios. Phosphorus removal efficiency in the partially aerated process at B-step was higher than that in the fully aerated AB-Process. Phosphorus removal efficiency in the process tended to increase as the anaerobic reactor volume in the B-step increased.

        Iron deficiency anemia is generally much the common type of anemia and it is very prevalent particularly in women and infants. The principal causes of iron deficiency anemia are an inadequate dietary iron content, poor absorption of iron from the intestine and excessive losses iron from the body. Loss of blood is really the only way in which significant amounts of iron can leave the body after absorption into the blood stream. Such loss may be through blood donations, abnormal hemorrhage resulting from casualities or illness, and in women through menstration. Menstration results in an iron loss that is of such magnitude that care must be taken to provide a sufficient amount of the mineral in the diet for replacement. The extent of loss varies widely from person to person. In a study of all of the data in the literature in 1949, Frenchman, R., et. al., found that almost one-half the women lost 0.5mg or less per day; 15 percent lost more than 1.2mg per day-an average spread over all days, not just for the menstrual period. Many studies were reported, so far, concering the anemia of Korean infants and young children but the research on the anemia of women is very few. This study is planned to obtain informations concering the anemia in female factory workers of the age groups from 16 years to 23 years. An investigation was conducted from March 1977 to April 1979 on 2,155 female factory workers in Korea. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The mean hemoglobin value was 11.9±2.4 gm/dl 2. No significant age differences were observed in hemoglobin level in the each subjected groups. 3. It is found that 41.5% of subjected girls had Hb level of less than 12.0gm/dl. 4. The mean hematocritocrit value was 36.4±2.6% and 36.5% of subjects had hematocrit level less than 37.0%

      • 醱酵된 菜蔬食品의 貯藏, 組織性 및 物性에 關한 硏究

        This studies were carried out to evaluate the textural characteristics of traditional fermented vegetable food of Korea namely "KIMCHI". "KIMCHI" samples were prepared by adding 2,3,4, and 5% of NaCl to Chinese cabbage leaves. Morever, half of each sample batches were mixed with 0.1% weight of "Saewoojeot" namely pickled shrimp paste as an additive. "KIMCHI" was fermented at 25℃ during experiment. pH value and texture of samples were investigated at 1hr, 24hrs and 96 hrs of fermentation to compare with fresh cabbage. Influences of NaCl concentration, legion of cabbage, length of cabbage leaves and addition of pickled shrimp paste were studied. Results were as follows: Hardness and Brittleness values were larger with outer cabbage leaves than inner one, longer leaves were larger than that of shorter with outer cabbage leaves of Hardness, Cohesiveness, Elasticity, Adhesiveness, Brittleness and Chewiness were decreased as NaCl concentration increases, especially when pickled shrimp paste was added.
